I went into the store not expecting much but wondering about 5G Verizon Internet. The person could not have been nicer, he immediately said "yes, that's what you need and you'll have great coverage, because of your home's location. Try it--you have 30 days to decide, no contract, and modem is free with service fee of $40 per month." He assured me it would not affect the $97 a month bill we were grandfathered into (Verizon does not offer anymore) of 55+ older for two phones and that this plan would just add $40.00 to my bill. I returned to the store when my bill appeared larger, but it was because I called the Caribbean twice (oops). He told me to take a photo of the modem/router's bottom codes before installing it, which I did. I downloaded the app for Verizon on my phone, and it was up and running in 10-15 min. I connected it to my newer router, and instead of missing Comcast, I am in amazement! My download speeds are around 190 mbps download; 5 upload, and my smart TV now pulls tons of live channels (268 of them), along with the Amazon Prime I already had with HBO and Netflix I had ordered on it. I don't miss any cable tv channels, plus now my internet on my laptop is faster. I hooked up two TVs--an old Roku TV and my newer Samsung Smart TV. I will be saving $2000 a year in cable/net bills. Verizon forecasts my bill going down to $136 next month for two smart phones with unlimited data, text, and calls (in the US) and the 5G network for Wifi, so I'm happily leaving the Xfinity/Comcast train....literally from $225 with Xfinity/Comcast including "very fast" internet and Basic plus Netflix and HBO to $40 plus $36 with my own subscription to Netflix and HBO and now actually lightening fast internet. That's $241 to $76 for internet and cable. Amazing. That's a savings of $165 a month. How did I wait so long to switch?

They run off of cell phone towers kind of like a hot spot but using a MoFi Router Antenna system. We had them for a year and a half and the service was great! We could stream whatever we wanted, the kids could play on their X-Box and when Covid hit I had two people working from home always on the computer. No problem... until recently they had to change our service, they took away our unlimited data and put us down to 300GB told us they were sending us a new SIM card plus they were going to charge us an additional $20/month. What the heck!?? But what other options did we have besides At&t (we heard it's horrible downloads speeds are at 5mb/s) and Satellite? NONE!. We are unable to get any type of hight speed cable/fiberoptic at our locations. So we installed the new SIM card and couldn't get a connection and tried several times! I called and left messages, they said they would call back and never did. I emailed and they sent out a big letter stating if you are still having problems with connectivity then you need to get another plan depending on what cell service you have. We have Verizon so to get that one it was going to cost us even more $. So we went from paying $89/month now up to $129/month an additional $40/month. Another SIM card was shipped out. I tried installing it. No connection, I tried calling the company multiple times, put on hold for over 40 min emailed and they told me that my card wouldn't be activated until that night which was on November 12th, 2021 so we waited and we tried again on the 13th and again on the 14th and no connectivity. So I emailed the company demanding a refund on service and equipment. They only refunded the service because of course the refund policy on the equipments only goes up to 14 days after purchase. Even thought this was their screw up changing service on us and not even calling to try and help us out. And I'm so tired of companies saying "Unlimited High Speed Internet, oh until you reach so many GB then we are going to reprioritized you and slow you WAY DOWN. That's a flat out lie, you can't say unlimited high speed if you are going to slow us down. Such crap!! I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time. I don't know if they changed ownership. Before this big switch in service I could call any time and get a hold of someone. It's unfortunate that companies don't treat their customers with respect. We are the one's making you money.

Had to return to store to have device activated and connected. More recently, my brother-in-law, who is on my account, upgraded his phone. Against my advice, decided to "UPGRADE" his package, cancelling his previous unlimited package with perks, to a new unlimited package with "pay as you go". Long story short, his new package costs more and they screwed up and cancelled my wife's phone service. After returning to the store and spending a total of 3 hours, I was able to get my wife's legacy plan reinstated and my brother-in-law's more expensive plan activated! In July we traveled out of country and added international calling on our package, at the cost of $100 per line for 1 month, an additional $500. After we got home they tried to charge us an additional $500 per month as a recurring charge. I called and made sure they cancelled the international plan as it was only needed for 1 month. My November bill, they doubled up my international plan and charged me an extra $1000! WTF, how does canceling a service get you charged double??? After hours on the phone, I think it may be corrected, only time will tell.

I shopped around but the most value was ordering it online from an automotive remote site. I interacted with Adam and he was able to show up on the early weekend morning. His text are professional and clear, & he included pictures. Mazda even as far back as 2005 (car was delayed as released as an 2006) used a key card. There is a chip in the card and one in the valet key. Mazda blank metal doesn't have all the slots cut into the blank either. Getting the car to go into reprogram mode didn't work because the console said I need two "keys." However there is a chip in both the medal key and card. So one transmitter set will work, or should have. He drove an hour back and forth to get the other generic key and had to modify it with a Dremel rotary tool so that the key would have tolerance to get through the tabs on the ignition. That didn't work and he is coming back next week to try again with just another chipped key. Didn't charge a trip fee for making a round trip, nor for the generic key that didn't work. I will spread the word within the MazdaSpeed group so they can get help if the elect to get the Mazda key card instead of generic. At least have one original card and one generic real key. At this point I elected to tow it to Mazda DG for them to try with my key. Because if I buy theirs, its considered an "installed electronic part," and they won't accept returns. Too risky for $400. If they can do it I just pay for 1/2 hour of programming. Worst case I have to buy their key, mine is also OEM (not eBay/Amazon). His company slogan should be either 'The Locksmith from Lockport,' or 'The Lockport Locksmith.'
