No help at the stores. The stores won't help you after you buy the phone. I needed help with my phone settings.

Had to return to store to have device activated and connected. More recently, my brother-in-law, who is on my account, upgraded his phone. Against my advice, decided to "UPGRADE" his package, cancelling his previous unlimited package with perks, to a new unlimited package with "pay as you go". Long story short, his new package costs more and they screwed up and cancelled my wife's phone service. After returning to the store and spending a total of 3 hours, I was able to get my wife's legacy plan reinstated and my brother-in-law's more expensive plan activated! In July we traveled out of country and added international calling on our package, at the cost of $100 per line for 1 month, an additional $500. After we got home they tried to charge us an additional $500 per month as a recurring charge. I called and made sure they cancelled the international plan as it was only needed for 1 month. My November bill, they doubled up my international plan and charged me an extra $1000! WTF, how does canceling a service get you charged double??? After hours on the phone, I think it may be corrected, only time will tell.

Due to being in Naperville, and the only one in the near vicinity... this location is always almost busy. Luckily, there are two parking garages within a two blocks of this store. Today, I decided to buy some AirPod Pros the day after the new iPhone 17 was released. That in inside was a very big mistake because there was a huge line for pick up orders. I arrived about an hour before the location opened. And there was a big line outside. The person at the door asked what we were looking for, and I told her that I was here to pick up an order. She pointed to the line and I was there waiting. The staff here was very good about making sure people were in the correct line. Every few minutes, someone would come out and ask each other to confirm they were here to pick up an item. Eventually...that question did become "anyone here for AirPods". I happily replied, with enthusiasm "Yes!!!". And we were pushed inside the store. Once we got inside..we had another mini line. However, luckily, they changed their mind and someone scanned my QR code and I got my item only a few minutes later. Overall, while this location is always busy... it is also always clean and I do feel safe. Sometimes, we have armed guards nearby too. I wish there was an Apple Store more west (aka: closer to my house), but until then...I will continue to visit this location.

I would not recommend them in a million years. I'd rather buy a whole new phone than deal with them again. You get transferred from person to person and department to department. Anyway to make a long story short I stopped in there to ask for help while I would be on the phone with asurion expecting that being in a store they would be given priority. Tony started out great. He spent over two hours on the phone seeing exactly what I was talking about with their company asurion. He was over an hour late getting home and had to keep messaging his wife to tell her that he was still dealing with a problem at the store. Yes, their own warranty company. He finally hung up saying that the man on the other line put him on eternal hold and he told me he has someone in mind to call and he would get back to me tomorrow. I go in there the following morning and Tony's not there. I go in again later in the afternoon And tony is there but he is with someone. So I walk up and I say I don't want to bother you but can you call me later about what was happening yesterday and he said okay. By the end of the day I still didn't get a call so I stopped in there again. Tony was not there but the nice man said the manager would be in first thing in the morning. So I stopped in first thing in the morning and Tony is there so I walk up to him and tell him that I'm there to see the manager and that I was told she would be in this morning. He said no she's not here. I said really? And he says yes would you like to see the text. I didn't know why he was talking to me like that. It took me a minute but then I said okay. He said " Really? I don't have to prove anything to you." I said "then why did you ask me". He said "I didn't think you'd say yes". Oh my gosh.. why the game? he turned from being so helpful to me the previous day to downright nasty. At this point he said I need to leave the store and not come back. I was like whoa. "Because I said yes to your question?" So now I definitely needed to speak to the manager but for a different reason so I called back in the afternoon and spoke with her. I gave her my name. I said something crazy happened in there this morning and I'm hoping that you can access the audio and video from first thing this morning. She said I've already talked to Anthony and you can't come in here screaming and cussing and you can't come back. At that point I was floored because I never cussed at anybody in my life. And she went on to say you can't come in here anymore so go to another store. OMG. So when they have a difficult situation. ie. Their own warranty company... They defame their customers and lie about a situation. So I wonder if she ever really looked at what happened that morning or if she was just not wanting her employees to waste any more time with asurion. Regardless the way I was treated and obviously lied about was not cool. I did a whole bunch of research online because nobody can get me in touch with the district manager. I found a whistleblower hotline to report things that are improper. Information on that will follow. But truly. How ridiculous is it for someone who is so grateful for the help they received at a store to come in screaming and cussing? Yet she didn't give me a chance to say anything before she hung up on me. A proper manager would listen to both sides of a situation to ascertain what happened but she didn't seem to want to do that.. they truly picked the wrong person to accuse of "coming in screaming and cussing" because that is actually against every fiber of my being. I was even so calm on that two and a half hour conversation with asurion that I was sitting there with tears in my eyes and shaking instead of raising my voice at all. But Anthony did when he finally asked, at the end of our very long conversation he asked the man on the other line for their ATT ID number.. Tony then told his fellow employee that he was put on an eternal hold and ended up hanging up. Emm was there that day and was so kind after seeing how I was shaking that she went in the back and brought me a bottle of water. And when Tony turned on me and started yelling at me to get out of his store the person there that could attest to my personal emotional state would be the young man whose name escapes me but I remember in having a conversation with him that he was from Moldova. So if a district manager or the store owner sees this I really hope that they can access the audio and video from this date and teach their manager and assistant manager how to properly treat someone even when the situation, caused by your asurion company Is making them stay overtime. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. I went into the store not expecting much but wondering about 5G Verizon Internet. The person could not have been nicer, he immediately said "yes, that's what you need and you'll have great coverage, because of your home's location. Try it--you have 30 days to decide, no contract, and modem is free with service fee of $40 per month." He assured me it would not affect the $97 a month bill we were grandfathered into (Verizon does not offer anymore) of 55+ older for two phones and that this plan would just add $40.00 to my bill. I returned to the store when my bill appeared larger, but it was because I called the Caribbean twice (oops). He told me to take a photo of the modem/router's bottom codes before installing it, which I did. I downloaded the app for Verizon on my phone, and it was up and running in 10-15 min. I connected it to my newer router, and instead of missing Comcast, I am in amazement! My download speeds are around 190 mbps download; 5 upload, and my smart TV now pulls tons of live channels (268 of them), along with the Amazon Prime I already had with HBO and Netflix I had ordered on it. I don't miss any cable tv channels, plus now my internet on my laptop is faster. I hooked up two TVs--an old Roku TV and my newer Samsung Smart TV. I will be saving $2000 a year in cable/net bills. Verizon forecasts my bill going down to $136 next month for two smart phones with unlimited data, text, and calls (in the US) and the 5G network for Wifi, so I'm happily leaving the Xfinity/Comcast train....literally from $225 with Xfinity/Comcast including "very fast" internet and Basic plus Netflix and HBO to $40 plus $36 with my own subscription to Netflix and HBO and now actually lightening fast internet. That's $241 to $76 for internet and cable. Amazing. That's a savings of $165 a month. How did I wait so long to switch?
