    Friendly staff and clean store. Much more competent than the agents over the phone although they did mess up the name on the account and give out unnecessary equipment after refusing to take it back so now I have to deal with that mess. Xfinity as a whole is garbage nowadays so I had low expectations.

    He told me that my phone plan would change to be $20 a month and that was an entire lie.

    I was clearly lied to by the agent yesterday about a lot of things. To start off, the things he said seemed shady but since he openly claimed these things out loud I thought there was some validity. Here are the following lies: 1. The staff claimed that by upgrading from a 4th generation account to a 5th generation account, that my bill would decrease from 30 a line to 20 and it did not (he even showed me the computer screen to show and I took a picture of it, so see attached) and when I called customer service last night they said that's fake. 2. I purchased an IPad from there yesterday because he said there was a $300 off promo for purchasing one. Then backtracked to say it's a $150 discount instead. I called customer service and they stated they did not see a promo applied and from what they see, I'm paying full price. Hence I'm paying $17.29 a month for 24 months and he said if I don't do it this way the "promo" wouldn't happen. 3. The man stated that the $157 deposit I payed for the iPad would go towards the device and not a cent went toward it which makes me believe my money was taken. It's much more to it that I could dive into like how Horrible experience overall. Told many LIES just to get a sale. I didn't get the sales guy name but he wore a black shirt with the purple Xfinity logo and this took place a little before the store closed. He had who I believe was his girlfriend there eating food together on the side and was excited when they switched the tv to the NBA draft because he won $300 on a pick. I'm not a fan of having my money played with and not being given the things I was promised. I hesitated on even writing this review, but a lot of false tales were obviously given just to make a sale and that is problematic. Someone PLEASE explain to me this picture of the screen and plans that I'm clearly not being provided at the rate that I see!

    I didn't know about this location so it was a pleasant surprise on their couple of minutes away from my residence. I had down greatest and services and I had some equipment that we no longer used but we still can charge for it because I didn't return it. Oops my bad. so I ran there, they are open till 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays which is really helpful if your work. During the week. When I arrived I was greeted and I was told to check in by just giving my name and they will call me shortly and was shown where the seating area was and after maybe about 15 minutes. I was called and I told him why I was there and the gentleman took my equipment and that was pretty much it. So I didn't spend more than 30 minutes inside which I was very grateful for and hopefully I'll see that charge coming off my bill shortly and we won't have any more issues but Xfinity is very expensive. I'm definitely in search to find something else as a replacement as in I don't have anything but internet service and my bill is still $75 plus tax which is crazy

    Why do u have a store with uneducated team? Can't answer simple questions about service or dbr storage. The team probably can't spell dvr

I have screenshots and video recording of the live agent chat with Vijay (as you're not able to speak with live representatives). I have spent countless hours, over 6, cried and experienced immense frustration due to follow-up regarding this as my modem for my new plan was delivered but my bill did not reflect what was promised. When following up, a chat agent purposely disconnected the chat because they didn't care to speak to me. The next one kept repeating things that wasn't the concern at the time such as what I currently owe on my bill, how I can make a payment, etc to cause frustration and confusion to avoid reaching a solution regarding the matter. I have where it was repeated 5 times, before and after, the signed change in plan where it is promised my overcharges would be dismissed. They acknowledge this was said, stated they'd contact Vijay but that they can't uphold the agreement but would like to help me set up my new equipment for my plan. They acknowledged the distress this situation had caused me, how I was a valued customer of over 7+ years but that they could only offer me a 60 dollar remediation and asked me to agree. Due to numerous statements stating plural "overcharges" and confirmation of 60 and 80 dollars in total, I refused to agree to such an agreement. They directed me to call: 1-888-565-4329 to discuss things further as they only had so much they could within their limits. After calling and being redirected to over 4 different people at this number at 11p at night, they told me all they would be doing is the ticket#: ECM0018044776 and to call back in a few hours to see if they'd move forward with forgiving the other 80 dollar charge. They purposely told me they'd forgive the overcharges to secure the upsale of their products under false pretenses. I have reported this to the BBB. Blatantly fraudulent.

This nice install rep (hi Chris!) came perfectly on time and did the entire setup for us in a few minutes - he was very pleasant and funny. I had no idea what this new cable was, so he spent time explaining and showing us a few pointers to make sure we understood the software. It's like a no contract, no fee, amazing cable company that has even higher quality imaging. Plus virtually unlimited DVR space (Hello binge watching!) Oh and it's less expensive than what I'm paying for UGHHHHH. The Damage: I believe the price is different depending where you are, so worth calling to see. I stuck with them a little longer but the quality of their services quickly deteriorated. I used to consider them the gold standard but i had to switch after a mystery charge appeared on my bill that they couldn't explain to me. I told them i was leaving and they didn't even care. I also refuse to go to Comcast. I noticed an ad for Layer 3 tv online and decided to try it out. Let me preface by stating i have a 1gigabit internet thru the fine folks from RCN who also have excellent customer service. Layer3 TV is an internet based cable solution. Their feed runs thru your internet. and they have 4K. I admit i was skeptical at first but once i switched i have not looked back. The picture quality is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. They are new to the Chicago area so there are a few kinks but you can tell with the technology they use they will become a force. Please keep doing what you are doing I enjoy your services immensely.

Well, times have changed.....I was on the phone for 5 hours tonight with no resolution....I am not able to access my account, I have no idea what my passwords/codes are now with direct tv as they kept giving me new ones/or temporary ones, and I had to create a new email account which was ridiculous! I have been overpaying for years as I have been billed for having a dish and box which were removed about 5 years ago, and somehow I have been still able to get your service on my computer and cell. Your customer service people kept insisting that I had a dish and a box. When I told them I did not, they implied that I did not know what I was talking about. So.....the fact that I never changed my billing/charges is on me. But, after 5 hours on the phone tonight with no resolution, and the changes to passwords, emails, etc. and still cannot access Directv is beyond my limits. My patience has worn thin. I have had it! I hadn't had any luck finding a reputable company asking friends, family, or neighbors, so I decided to google local companies who might be able to help. That's how I found Video-Comm. The reviews looked promising, so I gave them a call. Rafael answered and agreed to come over the same day. I told him the cameras over my garage were out, and he agreed to try and repair them. Rafael told me there'd be a service fee plus the cost of labor. He quoted me a conservative estimate of about $300. Rafael and his colleague Diego arrived on time and ready to work. I left them to work in the rear of the property while I tended to my yard. They worked diligently for about three hours before successfully repairing the cameras. It turns out that the wires needed to be replaced. Rafael and Diego replaced the existing wires with copper wires and rewired them. I'm not sure of all the technical jargon, but that was the gist of it. Rafael and Diego had their own truck that had all the equipment they needed. They were quiet and respectful of the property. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving the space as they first encountered it. The final bill was $308. I found Rafael competent, professional, and affable. I'll definitely be calling him again if necessary. In fact, I asked him to send over a quote for an upgraded set of cameras. Now that I've found someone I trust, I'll definitely get new cameras sometime soon.
