    This location is great. Been in there twice. Awesome service both times. Got in and out both times in under 15 minutes.

I stopped into T-mobiles new location after having become extremely frustrated with the service at Verizon right before this visit. I could t take it anymore, I was determined to switch providers. It couldn't have been more of a polar opposite when I walked into T mobile. The manager and assistant manager Justin turned my day completely around. Not only did they hook me up with a great new phone they also gave me $300 off on a speaker and an incredible deal on an iPhone watch. Besides all that, over the next hour or so they were extremely patient with me as many other customers came in and wanted help as well. Not only did no one leave, but they all ended up getting help simultaneously while they dealt with me and every one of them smiled and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Go by Verizon and tell me how it is there, me personally, I'll never go back. Thanks for the incredible service Justin and thanks to the manager (forgot his name) y'all I rock and I will def be back.

    **Most Disappointing Customer Service Experience Ever**…read moreStore Associate: Kai Store Manager: Paris After numerous conversations, I worked with T-Mobile to have a replacement phone sent to this store for pickup for a warranty exchange. The store associate, Kai, reviewed the phone and said she wasn't sure she could process the exchange, so we called T-Mobile corporate in the store to confirm my device qualified. Two different T-Mobile leaders confirmed to her (on speaker phone) that since the screen was not cracked and had experienced an internal malfunction it was covered and they instructed the exchange to be processed on the spot. After the call Kai started pushing on the screen, aggressively jamming her nails into it and damaging my phone. I told her to stop. At this point, she told me she would not process my exchange. When I asked for a manager she said her manager, Paris, wasn't available, but she would call her to confirm if the exchange could be processed. Kai went into to the back office claiming to call her manager - she later admitted that she never actually called her manager - admitting she LIED to me. I told her that I had never experienced such poor customer service, lack of empathy, or disrespect - she couldn't care less. I went back to the store a few days later when I thought her manager Paris would be available, she wasn't but Kai was just as rude as before, making other customers in the store very uncomfortable. Many days later I received a call from the manager Paris, her communication disregarded my concerns, she didn't sound alarmed that her employee lied about calling her, or that she damaged my phone - the same one I was trying to replace for a warranty exchange. I told her I wanted to allow her to make the situation right but Paris failed to seize the opportunity. Paris then canceled the warranty exchange against my wishes, I later received an alert that it was canceled due to my request?!! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had, Kai and Paris are an embarrassing representation of the brand. Their actions and interactions were counter to everything T-Mobile claims to be. If I were able, I would rate the store negative stars.
