As you can probably tell from your own Yelp research it is not the easiest to find an installer for Starlink that gives you confidence they can do a good job (maybe not the most common thing in my area). But after just one phone call with The Remo Group, plus looking at the pictures they have shared here on Yelp of their past work, and you will know you found the best option for a professional installation. Setting up an appointment was super easy, they know just what to do - you can really tell they are very experienced with Starlink installations. The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking. They really did an amazing job. The dish is mounted very securely and the wiring is extremely clean. They really cared about doing a good job and making sure I was happy. The negative reviews on here seem to be from people who are used to being transferred to Indian for an appointment setup or technical support. Lars has dozens if not hundreds of clients and he manages us and our inquiries promptly and with sincerity. You won't find a better person in local Internet Providers.

With almost zero communication and ZERO internet after that, we switched to Valley Internet, which has been SUPERB! I asked Lars for a return of the installation fee... and that request was never responded to. The contract was for a year... 6 weeks was hardly close to a year. Ya get what you pay for with this guy. Less $$ up front and monthly but it was a HUGE mistake!

Within 3 months the Hopper box (DVR) needed to be replaced as it stopped working. Instead of sending out someone to fix the issue with a new box, they mailed me a new box but I needed to request a "special" service to have a person come out to install the new box and take away the old one. Since I couldn't call for the service until the new box arrived, that delayed the replacement of their service another couple of days. They obviously didn't care they were under contract to provide my tv service. 2. During a big storm in February, 2024, the satellite they installed blew over and stopped working, as did the satellite for my internet service. When the internet provider came out right away to fix their satellite dish, they found out that the Dish service person who set up their satellite initially had not fixes their satellite to their own base, they attached it to the base for the internet service. That's why both satellites blew over, because one base couldn't support two satellites. When I complained about this to Dish they were unconcerned and did not apologize or offer any credit for the fraudulent/probably illegal work done by their installer. 3. The second Hopper box they gave me stopped working in August, 2024. This will make my 3rd Hopper box in about a year. Again, they wouldn't send a service person out to bring a new box right away. This time they said they would send a new box for free if it was shipped in 5-6 business days, but they would send it to arrive the next day if I paid $20 for expedited shipping. They also would not send anyone out ever to help me install the new box and they won't take the old one back but they gave me a location where I could drop it off for recycling. So, what do they do for the money I send them each month? I'll tell you; nothing. I feel sorry for anyone who signs up with Dish. They are awful!!!!!

(They often don't show up in the Outer Sunset section of San Francisco, then blame the customer.) Though no repair was made, and I didn't have AT&T Internet for over a week, they charged me full price for the entire month. Have had other gross overcharges in the past - including with an old landline they kept charging me for calls on I'd never even heard of! And I was told to bring a burned-out modem to a location on Market Street in San Francisco that subsequently said they'd never received it back. Don't trust or believe them. And don't bring a modem into a store. Get a shipping label and address from them and return it to that address via Fed-Ex. (
