    Came in to ask about the iPhone 17 since I got a text and wait was 45 minutes that's fine but i said I'll come at a different time . Wanted to ask another question but he just completely ignored me and said here is my card text me for more information you want to know . I wanted to KNOW HOW MUCH IT IS TO PUT WIFI ON MY TABLET . And he shooed me away keep in mind no one eles was behind me

    Great Service by Bryan Owen today . extremely polite, helpful and infor native with information and questions we had. We picked up a tower and needed assistance with the connection.He quickly disconnected our previous service and connected our new WiFi tower. His schedule is Wednesday thru Saturday and i highly recommend him. I'ss these type of employees that should be recognized and valued.

    Had to replace my cable box as there was no signal detected after a recent power outage due to the storm and troubleshooting on my own was unsuccessful... besides, my device was really old (I think I've had the same one since the beginning of time). I dropped by the Xfinity store on a Thursday around noon, and was in and out in literally 3 minutes, without any kind of appointment or advanced calls needed, no fees, no questions, no wait, no hassle. The employees were prompt with service, greeting me at the door and immediately directing me to the service counter upon entry. They confirmed my name on the account, made the exchange, handed me the new equipment wrapped neatly and securely in plastic, and I was on my way. Also, the place was spacious and clean, with a convenient seating area (for those that may encounter a wait time on busier days). Good experience overall.

    They can not handle the case of moving my services or restarting the service after disconnect, poor experience.

    Agent help remove the service that I didn't need and also didn't try to upsell or use sales tactics to retain that part of the service.

    Salesman HARRY GELB of Dynamic Satellite Services (later changed name to Dynamic Home Solutions)…read morecame to my door in Capitola with a Dish Network badge asking if I wanted to switch to Dish Network from Comcast. He quoted me $29.99 for America's Top 120 plus $10 for high definition. He also promised me additional savings to switch to Dish because he said that he used to work for six years at Comcast and "knows people" there who could lower my Comcast Internet fee to $29.99, a significant savings. I asked him if this was ethical to do and he said that it was because the marketers have the authority to lower prices and would consider doing so when someone calls them to threaten to quit their service. I thought I would save over $20 a month by switching to Dish Network based on Harry Gelb's sales "pitch". It turns out my service was $10 more than he quoted. I called him and he said that the extra $10 would be reimbursed on my first bill and would not reoccur in subsequent monthly bills. I called Dish's main office and they said my account showed a continuous bill of about $50 per month instead of the $40 per month quoted by Harry Gelb. Harry Gelb also did not speak to Comcast to get my internet price reduced as he promised. I called Mr. Gelb the first time and he said he would call me back that evening. He did not. I called him three more times and left messages which he did not return. I have not heard from him again. I was now stuck with a Dish service costing $50 and a Comcast internet service now costing a higher rate of $62 because I had quit their cable service. According to the flimsy contract that I signed, I would have had to pay $454 if I wanted out of the contract. On the fourth day in the "contract", I called Dish's main office to complain. After being transferred twice, I finally spoke tp their Accounts Resolution Department. I explained that a salesman representing their company misrepresented their services. They put me on hold and returned to say they would let me out of my contract. HARRY GELB is a clean cut salesman in his late 20's and according to him likes to come to Capitola to seek customers because its a nice area. He comes across as a nice guy and unfortunately I took the bait. He works for Dynamic Satellite Services. I called this office, located in San Jose, and issued my complaint of Mr. Gelb. Though the employee was pleasant and apologetic, he did not ask me my name, the address where the service/contract was for, nor did he ask for any dates when this occurred. Clearly this employee answering their phone did not care. Thank you Dish main office for letting me out of my contract though. I would have taken them to small claims had they not but to their credit they did the ethical thing. Beware of HARRY GELB of Dynamic Satelite Services, and all other door-to-door salesmen and do not fall for unauthorized promises they may give you. I will never allow anyone to sell me anything door-to-door!

I was in a bind because my previous satellite provider installed the dish incorrectly two years ago and ended up causing damage to my roof. I switched providers just about the time I was getting a new roof put on the house. Unfortunately, the new provider sent out a young, inexperienced installer who did not listen to my concerns about where and how to install the equipment. He canceled the appointment, which resulted in my canceling the whole transaction. I contacted Dynamic Home Solutions on the recommendation of a neighbor and am very happy with the way they got things done! They saved me from having to spend endless hours on the telephone with a satellite provider. They took care of installing the necessary equipment properly and got me exactly what I needed! I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Aziz was really helpful, and was great to talk to. He asked a few questions, I showed him the offer/mailing I received and he gave me options. There was no pressure to go to a higher plan than what I had researched. When I came home, I followed the directions that Mr. Aziz gave to me, and everything worked.

When I started having issues with download speed and high latency, I tried to deal with it online but was rebuffed because my order (dropping home phone service) was "pending." What transpired was hours of dealing with people who did not speak English or understand how to deal with problems. Finally, I got someone to close out the "pending" ticket, clearing the way for me to request a service call. I tried online, through non-English speakers, AI chatbots, and a series of what appeared to be chatter in India, but got disconnected and received no help. I returned to the store and was told that the problem was probably with my equipment (previously checked out by a Certified IT Specialist at my expense) and when I told the guy that was not the case and showed him the logs from Xfinity's own system (wildly fluctuating latency and speed, dropped connections, etc.), he simply waived me off and told me there was nothing he could do. He suggested I go home and use my remote to schedule a service call. Since I'd already tried that without success, I asked if there was any charge to cancel service. His response was even more disrespectful and he was joined by a group of apparent sales guys standing around looking at their phones, who started making mocking noises about me complaining. When I tried to get their names, they told me to leave the store, so I took a picture of the rudest one. He then tried to grab my phone and got very hostile. It is unfortunately true that Comcast/Xfinity has a monopoly to provide fiber internet in Carmel, but the company isn't helped by being associated with clowns like these guys. I'm now forced to choose between lousy Comcast service or switching to Starlink and further enriching Dr. Evil, with the likelihood that Starlink will be just as bad as Comcast.

    THE BEST AUDIO VIDEO / ALARM / SECURITY CAMERA BUSINESS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA!…read more One day (after about a year of reviewing) I decided to upgrade my home security camera system by adding Deep Sentinel. In case you're not aware, Deep Sentinel will either sell you their wireless security cameras, their POE wired cameras, or may be able to use your existing camera system to monitor your property 24/7 with "Live Guards!" So, I contacted Deep Sentinel who have excellent customer service by the way, and asked them if they could work with my existing Reolink camera system. Since they have never tried Reolink cameras, they told me that they'd try to see if Reolink was compatible with their Deep Sentinel Hub & technology, but they could not guarantee that it would work. They then recommended that I work with their premier vendor named Avati Audio Visual. I originally contacted Drew who was very helpful and from then on I dealt with Dick Hall who turned out to be Amazing! Since I was Deep Sentinel's first customer to try working with Reolink cameras, Dick had his work cut out for him. It took months of installations, troubleshooting, out of the box problem solving, numerous talks with both Deep Sentinel techs, as well as Reolink techs, just to get all of my cameras working. That's what happens when you're the guinea pig for a camera that's never been tried before. Anyway, after months of Dick's determination and him not giving up on me, he finally got my Reolink camera's to successfully work with the Deep Sentinel system! He is definitely an asset to Avati Audio Visual, Deep Sentinel, and the tech / installation industry as a whole. He needs to be commended for all that he does and given a raise! If you need any type of TV, Audio, tech, speaker, security system or camera systems installed, look no further!
