My expectations were blown out of the water with this place. We wanted to try a new hotpot place and came across this up and coming location and wanted to give it a stab. It might be hard to find but it's located in the raising claw at the corner of the plaza! We got the premium set which came with SO much meat. The quality of all the meats were very good and diverse. Our server Hayden was also very knowledgeable on all the cuts and attentive to our needs. He was switching out plates for us and bringing in new foods in the set menu as we ate. The restaurant set up is nice too, you don't have to worry about crammed tables as they have carts to put your extra plates on so you have plenty of room to eat. Overall the experience was fun and the food was really good, the price point is high but definitely worth it since you get a lot of meats and seafood as well. Quality HOT POT over here! Place is a little hard to spot but be sure to lookout for the flagship name "Raising Claw". My bro and I opted out on the 55$ premium AYCE menu. The establishment really focuses on quality and representation. The first round order took about ten minutes to come out after the soup broth was brought out. Second round order was very consistent as the quality of marbled meats came out as identical as the first batch. The tri tip and Australia rib eye was very savory. All beef options were all excellent. Chuck roll is a little too chewy for my liking as opted out on second and third order. Green tea ice cream matcha is a good meal ender. Review Golden set - most expensive one : Food: Only 2 pieces of dumpling even the menu said the set for 2-4 people. All soups are disappointed. The Tom yum has no Tomyum taste, it was super sour. We told the server and they only put more sugar in there. The house broth actually is pumpkin broth. The Tonkotsu was most okay but still lack of the thick quality taste. Wagyu meat was okay but the cut is very big . Server said because it's wagyu , they have to cut that big The seafood was fresh. Amazing. They have flavorful housemade broth made by the owner. The nice server who serve us told us that the owner made their broth included sauce. It was tasty and doesn't feel too greasy like many place. Clean and thoughtful. On all table has utensil and 75% alcohol wipe. Service is amazing. We went here with a couple of friends to celebrate and the meal set was pretty good. We got the Wagyu set which was ~$180 and was able to feed 4 people with it. The presentation was good and the broth and meat quality were amazing as well. The place was a little short staffed on a Monday night , there was 1 other table there at the time and the server seemed to be stretched already. However I would be concerned if they had anything more than 1-2 customers at a time with how long the wait time would be. We got the lowest combo tier that feeds 2-3 people. Portion is good for 2 very hungry people or 3 moderately hungry people. Tomato broth tasted healthy, Tom yum broth was flavorful. Quality of meat was standard. While the portion was very filling for the 2 of us, we did not see anything that stood out from other hot pot restaurants aside from some of their dish presentations. He was very attentive and nice, patient to answer all our questions since it was our first time. We got the golden cow set, and it was amazing. Plenty of meat, seafood, and the broths were amazing. Try the Malatang and Tom Yum, especially under this cold weather, because they were rich, flavorful and spicy at the same time. I cannot believe that my friends and I did not find this place sooner! The service was so amazing and food was also fantastic! We got the Golden Cow combo since it was 3 of us and were starved. It said it fed up to 4 people but in our opinion it could have fed between 5 - 6 people. The combo came with seafood + 6(?) other meats. We assumed the portions would be minimal since there were so many meats offered with this tier but were pleasantly surprised when the meat portions were pretty sizable. Our combo came out with the dry ice cow, volcano, and Barbie (I think we just happened to get lucky with this one since it wasn't busy). Our server recommended the Malatang, Tonkatsu, and Tom Yum broths for us since we were able to get 3 broths with our combo. The Malatang was my personal favorite with just the right amount of spice to feel heat but not be painful. The Tonkatsu was a great neutral broth and Tom Yum was perfect for seafood and veggies with the sweet and sour flavor! We ordered 2 broths, malatang was spicy as hell and herbal pork bone , angus, beef toro, ribeye,all veggies, mushrooms,noodles,,, I love drink their broth , it was best broth I've had, the meat was fresh cut too . My gf said no need the show in here , lol , we agreed with high quality of food and with that price, can't ask for more .
