We got Galbi as well, but the meat was a bit burnt and didn't taste as good 3.5/5. Dinner rush was pretty busy. There was a bit of a mix up in terms of our order. There were some confusions as the staff tried to sort it out. In the end, they charged us for the right item and everything was fixed. So no complaints here and I'd still go back when I'm craving tofu soup.

Whether you're hungover, cold, or craving something spicy, kaju will always be my safe space. Walking in, it's always bustling with people but the wait usually isn't long given their online yelp waitlist. You'll find Korean mothers walking around serving you or refilling your sides (my favorite part) which gives it a very homey aesthetic. I'd imagine a lot of restaurants are like this back in Korea. I did end up trying the lomo saltado with another protein (filet) and it was excellent. The meat was so tender and flavorful. I also discovered that you can get free noodles if you're still hungry for your pho, which I have opted to do a few times when I just want one (or two) more bites. The other thing is that it does get super busy during peak time, so I would definitely try to check in when you're closer to the restaurant and maybe run an errand or two if it the wait is long. Also, want to shout out all the workers there, who have been so nice and helpful each time I go there. Sup noodle bar has become my favorite go-to pho place.

The broth was decent, but nothing really stood out compared to other pho places I've been to. I also wish they were a little more generous with the meat. We also tried the Lomo Saltado. The filet mignon was tender and cooked well, but the fries were quite soggy after being mixed with the sauce. Personally, I don't think fries, filet mignon, and rice make the best combination, so it just wasn't my favorite dish. On the positive side, the restaurant was very clean, and our server was friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout our meal. Overall, it was a good experience, but not memorable enough for me to make a special trip back. Since we were just in the area, I'm glad we gave it a try, but I probably wouldn't return.

They have one of the best egg noodle soups around. The broth is perfectly balanced and well seasoned, the egg noodle is well made, with generous toppings. These days you can't really get a good bowl of noodle soup for under $18-$20. Here you can get a solid bowl for just $8 during happy hour! Whaaat?! Crazy!
