The Szechuan chicken - it was spicy but didn't have any of the Szechuan peppercorn flavor so definitely not authentic. Again the ingredients were fresh albeit a bit oily. 3. Singapore mei fun - my mom actually thought it was not oily enough and too hard/dry. I don't mind the dryness and actually liked it. 4. Chicken with eggplant - if you like mushy and gooey texture of well cooked eggplant, you will like this dish. My dad really liked it. I think it's ok but the eggplant is overcooked for my taste. The price is reasonable and it's good enough for us to go back next time we want Americanized Chinese food. It's definitely not authentic but it satisfies the craving.

We started getting takeout instead, but on our most recent pick up, the girl behind the counter informed us, "oh, we never put in your order," as she laughed with her friend. No eye contact. Both appeared to be wearing their pajamas. Again, the sushi here is really good. But wow, they could really improve on their training of wait staff and their attitude toward the customer.
