Mani by a 5 year old is better than this

I would give negative stars if I could. First off, staffs are very friendly, there's no doubt about that, let's get that out of the way. But, if you're looking for a standard mani, go elsewhere. This is what I got, see pic. you be the judge. If you absolutely have to go here, ask for the younger technician, she did my pedi and it's somewhat better/acceptable. The older lady who seems to be the owner did my mani, and it looked awful.

This was referred by my front desk staff and was told to ask for Mary.

Best place for a massage. GYREAT Pricing. A90 min massage was $30! And 69 min massage $17?!! Like what!! I was so down and happy they spoke English were each super professional and nice ladies. I had Elizabeth she was great and I had a relaxing 90 minute massage. My boyfriend had Maria the owner I believe, and he got a deep tissue massage for 90 minutes and he really really enjoyed the massage. He was super grumpy so after this he was in good spirits. Then went to lunch. There is no A/c but a little fan. It's July 2020. So of course it's humid. But wasn't too bad. I passed out it was just what I needed from a long week and 3 months of Covid stay home orders. So a vacation and massage is perfectly ok with me. The massages was a little different then California but was still good. The sheet over you is really thing and I felt my bum semi exposed, but for 90 min. It's a long time massage someone so they got all the spots. This is NOT. A DIRTY massage place. So don't think of it that way but also it was really interesting is that they do your back your legs your feet have you turned over and do your front something that was new to me is actually getting my stomach ,which was a first. But I felt that they do it for a purpose for digestion. I feel like it definitely worked and got rid of a lot of toxins even my boyfriend said the same about his massage and his lady was super super great. We tip them both very well and appreciate these ladies for all the hard work that you do for very little money. So a GOOD-tip is suggested!! read more

On the recommendation of everyone from the sports bar just a few doors down, I went to Xihuitl and saw Elizabeth. I had just flown in and opted for a relaxing massage. It was so nice, so relaxing. The spa was very nice and clean, and the head masseuse was very kind and really did her best communicating everything to us! We paid about $33 a person for a 60 min massage and pedicure. Massage was very relaxing and the pedicure was amazing! Would highly recommend! read more

Great mani/pedi/massage spa place at the southern end of the Malecon. Got an hour long pedi for $250 pesos (roughly US$13). Clean, efficient and professional. Don't expect a large, luxurious space, because it's small and rather basic. They also offer deep tissue hour massage at $500 pesos which is about US $25. May try that later. Treat oneself while on vacay,no? read more

Had to go back again! went all out today! Mani- Pedi, massage and facial and brought my sis! what a treat she gave us a deal Cynthia did my facial and massage it was absolutely heavenly! I got a relaxing massage and a pedicure. It was awesome for the price. Massage was 400 pesos and pedicure was 250 pesos. She took about 45 minutes to do my toes and spent significant time making sure my feet were pampered before putting on the color. Place was nice and clean - would definitely recommend and come back! read more

Highly recommend this place for a fantastic deep tissue massage in Puerto Vallarta! Xihuitl sits in a beautiful location in the Romantic Zone a few steps from the beach. Maria was my masseuse and was super accommodating and warm. I felt comfortable with her from beginning to finish. I also appreciated her checking in throughout the massage to see if everything felt okay. My body felt so much lighter afterward. This has got to be one of the best massages I have ever received. While they say they accept credit cards, the sign on the door says not on Thursdays or Fridays. How can you accept credit cards only 5 out of 7 days in a week? I also believe the prices are higher than the last time I was here. I think the technicians try their best with the situation they have. Sadly, this will be my last annual pilgrimage to this institution.

Absolutely amazing staff and service!! Our large group of family and friends have come here for many years!! The owner Maria and her son Edwardo run an amazing spa experience!! They go out of their way to give a wonderful experience!! This year Edwardo set up a private spa day for 9 people and even made personalized invites for our guests!! Thank You Xihuiti Spa!! read more
