I asked if there would be a hole left. She said there would be no hole and only one stitch. After the procedure, she told me put in 3 stitches. After the scan fell off; there was a huge hole. She told me not to have the stitches removed for 10 days. When I returned to Canada, 3 separate doctors told me the stitches should be removed in 5-7 days. 2 doctors were confused why she prescribed me an antibiotic which was delaying healing. One doctor advised against the follow up cream she prescribed. Now, 6 weeks later, the wound has healed. But it had healed as a hole, with a giant noticeable scar. It is 100% worse than the non-noticeable mole. I am in film work, and lost work because of this. She never explained any possible negative outcomes. She never explained how long the healing process would be. I will have to go for plastic surgery to have this fixed. I am currently on a wait list. The psychological nightmare continues daily. I swing between servere depression and anxiety over this. Castillon will not refund me my money and has stooped responding to me. As far as I am concerned, this is medical malpractice. I am seeking legal action for financial compensation.

Unless you pay for the spa service, you don't sit in those somewhat comfortable chairs and they put you in a chair what was extremely uncomfortable to get my foot in the position the technician wanted. While they say they accept credit cards, the sign on the door says not on Thursdays or Fridays. How can you accept credit cards only 5 out of 7 days in a week? I also believe the prices are higher than the last time I was here. I think the technicians try their best with the situation they have. Sadly, this will be my last annual pilgrimage to this institution.

We arrived at our appointment early, but were quickly shown into a room. Idk if rooms are pre-air conditioned or not based on appointment times, but it was so sweltering hot in our room and we were sweating bullets during the first 10-15 minutes of our massage. However, the AC finally kicked in and our massage became more comfy. (Again, I'm wondering if we came during our appointed time whether they would've precooled the room for us. Who knows, so I won't fault them for this.) I had a male do my massage and my husband had a female. The guy doing my massage was STRONG! I reallllllly love strong massages so I was all for it! I think I was sore afterwards for a day or two, but I also like that feeling. Reserving massages is easy online. You can reserve the massage but choose to pay in person. Very easy process.
