I am in the beauty industry and have seen the good the bad and the ugly. my eyebrows are lighter then my natural hair color and i have been drawing them on for years. This decision was not made lightly or impulsively When i met Catherine, i started to ask questions...a lot of questions.... she blew me away with knowledge. this woman knows her stuff. never hesitating to answer any of my questions. she talked about each step of the process and why she does it that way. i told her over and over again all of my concerns and fears about getting it done. at the end of it all she made me feel comfortable and confident that i was choosing the right person for the job!. shes passionate and and it shows when she talks about her business. so easy to talk to, Catherine is a true professional. 5/4/2016 Day of my appointment.... the environment is very med spa, comfortable and inviting, yet very clean and sanitized. she handed me the package with needle that was to be used to look at so that i can verify that it was new. She walk me thru the process, and told me how everything works and explained that it was a pigment and would be custom blended and she tested colors on my arm to check pH level of my skin. oh and there was snacks too! all together, the appointment took around two hours. Not gonna lie..it hurt a bit..(ok maybe a lot) but the results were amazing. my boyfriend said he couldn't see any difference and my kids had no idea i had it done until i had a a little peeling/scabbing from healing. which was like a week later.

It sounds silly, but with eyelash extensions, I get to sleep in an extra 15 minutes. I can roll out of bed and not worry about having to apply a lot of makeup! They give me that glam without makeup look and it's just straight up convenient. I'm happy I found Tien because she saved my lashes and brought them back to life! For a little over two years, I had been going to a lash extension studio in the area (that shall go unnamed) and I was never fully satisfied after leaving my appointments. I liked my lash extensions, but I didn't love them. The technicians told me time and time again that my natural eyelashes were not capable of holding the long, voluminous extensions that I had desired. I decided to take a break from extensions and let my natural eyelashes grow out, but that got old real quick. I needed extensions in my life again! I was referred to Tien by a friend and after seeing photos of her work, I knew I had to see her! I booked an appointment via text and Tien was able to accommodate my schedule. She's located at Body Salon Spas right next to GVR and Life Time Athletic. She has her own room, perfect in size and decorated like a spa. I felt very relaxed during my appointment. As soon as I arrived, she asked what type of lashes I wanted and got to work right away. It felt as if I was with Tien for only five minutes because the time had passed so quickly. We got carried away in conversation because she is so easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. Once she handed me the mirror to look at the finished product, I was shocked. Shocked because they had turned out better than I expected. My lash extensions are dark, full, and long, just as I had requested. They are so fluffy and really compliment my eye shape. I absolutely love my extensions. I would highly recommend Tien to anyone who is looking to try lash extensions for the first time or those are searching for an artist to better fulfill their lash needs. That being said, I get my hair cut about every 4-5 months, which isn't that often, but every time I come in, Tracy is so amazing at recalling our conversations and, I swear, every single thing I've ever told her. She's so personable that if you overheard, you'd think I was in there every week. This is absolutely the most I've ever trusted a stylist before. Blush is located inside a Sola Salon, so they don't really have a dedicated entrance or waiting area. I'm typically early for things, so I usually wait in my car until my appointment time arrives, which I don't mind at all. The salon is a bit of a tight space, but decorated so cute and is always super clean. I'd follow Tracy anywhere, but I'm so happy this is where she is now.

I recently messed up my own eyebrows and came in to have them evened out. To my surprise, Susan remembered me!
