    two trays of food

Always come here for fresh roast/peking duck and pig. Come early in the day as they sell out fast and close once they're sold out. Typically the batch of duck and pig is really around noon, there are times, everything is sold out by 5pm. Prices are less compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. The lady behind the counter is really nice. When I order a pound of roast pig, she sometimes add a few extra pieces. They also have other options too such as chicken, and a few Vietnamese deli item (buns, pork grinds, etc)

Inside fresh world el grande grocery, off to the left. Very friendly and clean. You can see them prepare your order! Duck, chicken and toast pork. Different kinds of bao/buns! And more! Enjoy! Near St. James on industrial drive.

Lured by the promise of hot tasty pork belly, I just couldn't resist. Was doing my weekly produce shopping in the Fresh World International Market and noticed a new business had opened over in the "food court" area. The lady working the counter chats away friendly with each customer that comes up to the counter. Not sure what language it was, but she switched over to English when it was my turn. She made sure to trim my pork belly so I wasn't paying for all fat and asked me if I wanted it chopped up. I just wanted a big chunk (would take care of slicing and chopping at home). So she weighed and priced my order, then she proceeded to shove even more of the tender juicy meat in the container. :-) I could barely make it through the rest of my shopping. I was dizzy from the aroma coming from the package in my cart. And you bet I popped open that puppy when I got in the car and drove down the highway happily chewing away on my yummy purchase.

The service was very friendly and fast. The work area was also very clean. When the man chopped the head off my duck I asked if I could have it. He then smiled a friendly smile and said of course. Also the prices are fair and the food is amazing. The only complaint I have is there are no menus available. Will def. Be going back. A true hidden gem.

A small deli type counter inside Fresh World supermarket carrying an assortment of bbq and roasted meats. They also carry a small assortment of baked goods, desserts, pickled veggies and cha lua ( Vietnamese ham). Unfornately they don't have a menu but I do know they have other dishes. My dad has ordered a fried tofu dish from here on many occasions. And we've also gotten a large tray of stir fry noodles catered for parties from here. They make a lemongrass chicken that is amazing!! The salt and pepper chicken comes with a ginger sauce that's ok. They also make soy sauce chicken which my brother really enjoys. For the most part prices are pretty reasonable.

This restaurant offers carryout, delivery and limited dine-in. This is your typical Chinese food carryout joint. It is located in a small strip mall and has an adequate amount of parking available. There are a couple of tables with chairs available in the restaurant that you can sit and wait or dine at. They serve your typical Chinese food including sweet and sour chicken, pepper steak, moo goo gai pan, shrimp lo mein, orange chicken, and egg foo young. I ordered the General Tso's chicken, which I substituted the rice with lo mein noddles and it came with an egg roll. I was surprised, but it did not come with a fortune cookie. The staff was friendly enough. My interaction with them was very limited. It took between 5 and 10 minutes for them to prepare my meal and I took it to go. There was a ton of food. I did not finish it in one sitting. My meal was pretty good. It tasted well and I enjoyed it. I would definitely eat here again.

The staff were great and the prices are reasonable but food was ok compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. We have served takeout from here to US Ambassadors, and with nothing but compliments :) Super clean, super high quality food for the price point, run by polite, efficient and friendly employees who demonstrate real love and care for their customers and the restaurant. It shows! The weekday lunch combo specials are the real star here-for $10-$12, choose an egg roll or spring roll (or can soda), your choice of entree plus a side (white/brown/plain fried rice, can upgrade the side to things like pork lo mein, house fried rice etc for a max of $5.95 currently) A lunch special will legitimately feed me 3 or 4 times for the price of a fast food value meal, and it has veggies so I feel less guilt, haha If you select delivery, do it on their own website and opt for their own delivery to further support this gem of a small business!! If you pop into ABC or Giant, call here to place an order when you pull up, and it'll be ready by the time you finish your other errand. Don't forget them when you're sick-their egg drop soup will cure a cold quicker than chicken noodle soup! They are reliably quick, and reliably error free, you can count on them for an awesome lunch option or a nicer dine in dinner with real ambience. Just an awesome little spot While I was getting takeout alone today, sometimes I have my 97 year old Grandma with me, and they lovingly treat my grandma as if she were their grandma, too!

The service was exceptional, even giving suggestions on what we might like based on what we ordered. For 2 adults, we ordered a plate of pork lo mein, General Tso chicken (comes with white rice), crab rangoons, and a small cup of egg drop soup. We also got two bottled drinks. In total, $40. Not bad for the DMV, you don't find that often. Our rangoons & soup came out quick and fresh. They even threw in 2 spring rolls on the house. Soon after, out entrees came out and WOW. The serving sizes were insane. You don't find portions like that anymore. I enjoyed that this restaurant didn't focus on fancy plates & bowls, and extravagant decor. A paper plate & plastic fork don't matter when you're eating full portions of absolutely delicious food. We will be back!

To make it even better, the restaurant owner kindly gave us free spring rolls as a nice surprise. We really appreciate the great food and thoughtful service! Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately, the service and overall experience made this visit more frustrating than enjoyable. The ordering system relies on large self-serve screens which would be fine if the interface were clear. Several items weren't explained well, and it was hard to tell exactly what I was selecting. I tried to get assistance, but the staff member on duty had headphones in and was watching something on his phone. Even after waving to get his attention, he didn't notice. When my food finally came out, it was delivered to the wrong table before making it's way back to me. The food isn't bad but it's more of a fast food style and I wish it were fresh.
