Over the next 4 1/2 hours I called, texted, left multiple voice messages with no response from the dealership. They refuse to let me speak to a manager. They refuse to answer my questions all the while, holding my car at the dealership and leaving me without transportation. This is the worst dealership experience I've ever had, as soon as I get my car back I will never take it back to them again, and I warn you against using them. They are terrible.

The maintenance technician noticed I needed rear brake pads, and I decided to go ahead with the replacement. I was happy they had the part in house to get this done, and I was also happy with the price. However, when I left the dealership, I kept hearing a rattling noise in the back of the car as I drove. I didn't know what it could be, so I called Yadira. She was able to assist me immediately and had the technician review the vehicle once more. The maintenance tech found that a cover was in the way and fixed it. Now I am able to drive without hearing it. I really appreciated getting it worked out today, and I'm so grateful for Yadira's help with this process and the technician who stayed after hours to fix it.

My truck had been overheating over the Grapevine and through LA on the drive down, and I brought it into S&S to take a look. Despite the fact that they appeared to be very busy, they sympathized with the fact that I was leaving town in 2 days, and quickly diagnosed and repaired my truck in an expert manner. Robert took the time to answer all of my questions, and even gave me different options for solutions at different price points. I chose to have my radiator and hoses replaced, and it was done in one afternoon with no problems thereafter. More importantly, he got my truck back in condition to get my family and me back home safely. Seven months later, on Spring break with my kids, I had an unrelated issue with my truck (it's old!), driving down to SoCal with the family. Remembering how good their service was at S&S, I returned to see if they could help. Once again, I was warmly greeted by Cheryl behind the front desk, was given options from Robert, quickly serviced in one day, and made it home again safely. I should mention that the "Leak Stop" they installed did not actually work, and my engine overheated 275 miles out of town on my way home, on the shoulder of Interstate 5 at 1:00 in the morning. I added a few gallons of anti-freeze, made it home, and ended up having to replace my engine entirely. But because they had explained that possibility, I do not hold them responsible. It was a band aid on a bigger problem, and I chose to go with it. I suppose they could have offered me a partial refund when I told them about what happened, but that's their prerogative. It wasn't their fault. And that fact that I am still willing to give them a 5 star recommendation after so much trouble should speak highly to anyone looking for referrals to this business. As a small business owner myself, I hope to achieve the same level of expertise they have here in making customers feel like they are getting great service for a fair price, without any feeling of regret afterward. They blamed it on Wear and tear on a three-year-old truck and he charged me over $500 to put a new engine mount in even though anybody that knows anything about truck knows that 99.9 probability that they broke it putting the new engine in.
