Pros: Beautiful salon inside! Techs are friendly too! Cons: Pedicure is always rushed... $28 for a basic pedicure and she didn't massage my legs any longer than 30 seconds. I also don't really like that to soak off gel or SNS dip nails, they fill a bowl full of the acetone and have me soak both hands entirely in it while I have my pedicure or wait... eventually I HAVE to take my hands out, it starts to burn. I always wait about 20-30 minutes when I come, which isn't too bad but, if I'm waiting, I expect better quality I guess. read more

Do not I repeat do not get acrylics done by a guy named Tony. They will be the worse looking things ever. Then I go back to get them fixed and the lady ask if I just want them repainted when there is a chunk missing from the side of my nail where he filed them way to much. I went to get my nails done there yesterday for the first time. To be fair the staff and the woman who did my nails were very very nice and the prices were normal/average. I think the woman who did mine may have been the owner but I'm not sure. She was very nice but the entire time she was with me she would leave and attend to other customers or micromanage the other people who worked there or various other things. I arrived at approximately 1pm and my husband and i both got pedicures and then I got a full acrylic set. That should have taken 2 to 3 hours in my opinion but we did not leave until after 5pm because the woman would constantly leave us to do other things. We didnt even begin to get the pedicures until we had been there for nearly an hour. So first. The pedicures were subpar. Not a very good massage at all and at most other places will give you a pretty good calf and foot massage. She, nor the lady who did my husband's nails trimmed our toenails at all. They did some filing but at the end of the day I had to go home and actually trim the length myself. As far as the acrylics go I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I asked for an almond shape but she talked me into doing coffin shape. She insisted pretty fervently to the point I was worried she couldn't do an almond so I agreed to the coffin shape. The nails themselves are all different sizes shapes and thicknesses. The cuticle areas are much too thick and there's no shape in the stress point of the nail. The acrylic itself seems to be very soft too. Which is strange. Usually acrylic has a very hard texture but these feels weirdly soft. I had to show pictures and explain in detail what a glitter ombre was. She still didnt really do a very good job with the polish design. I should probably have gone with a solid color. One of my nails she applied the glitter over the regular polish before it had dried and instead of correcting it she left it like that so one nail is missing a lot of polish on the tip. Just overall I'm not entirely sure she's a very good nail tech even though she's very nice. I probably won't go back. read more

The service was rude, they were talking rude about me and my three friends. We went in their for a great time to have a girl's day but it was suddenly ruined because we have called xoxo nails and spa before hand and asked them the prices, on the phone the lady told me that all of our nails would cost $40 but turns out we spent $210 when it would have been $160. The kept changing the prices and the longer the length the more money you had to pay and for the shape. It was HORRIBLE. I'm never going their again read more

Worst nail experience ever. I got my nails done on a Thursday and they started to pop off by Saturday!! I paid $50 for full set with dip powder. I called asking for them to redo my nails and they told me to come the next day because they will be busy today. I decline and will be disputing the charges with my bank. 2nd time getting a pedicure here. There is always a long wait! The first time I came, I made an appointment and waited an hour. 2nd time here, waited an hour. Total of 2 hours, I'm finally done. They put you in the chair so you think you are getting seen quicker, but nope.. Also, if you get the hot oil pedicure just know the oil isn't hot, it's kind of luke warm. I also noticed one of the younger employees sitting in the pedicure chairs with his shoes in the bowl, which I think defeats the purpose of the plastic bowl covers, but that's just my thought. I have so say they do a good job, if you can get past everything else. read more

Doubtful about trying this place from reading some previous reviews. Honestly it was great! Wait wasn't half as bad for pedicure. The chic that waited on me was so sweet offered me and other clients something to drink and most importantly made you feel comfortable. I went back two weeks later for the exact same nail job and after the manager asked me several questions about what I do where I'm from where I work and other things she decided to charge me $25-$30 more than my last visit and then tried to Act like she did not speak good English all of a sudden but had been speaking very good English for the past hour. And the nail job she did was terrible I was charged $75 for the nail job. Two weeks prior I was charged $85 for a pedicure plus the same nail job don't go to this place!!! read more

I went here at the spur of the moment and it's closer to me. My pedicure was nice, got a pretty color and all. Then came time for my manicure and I wanted dip powder. I've been getting dip powder for a good minute now and I always refuse the drill,hasn't been an issue. My opinion if you can't do nails without relying on the drill then you just can't do nails period. I am Deaf, and I told them just as much. So it becomes frustrating when they keep trying to communicate with masks on. Well I sat down for my manicure and she whipped out the drill. I started shaking my head indicating that I do not want the drill. She kept trying to insist on it. I let her know those make my nail beds hurt for weeks, I don't do drills. Another lady came over and kept talking to me, I shook my head letting her know I couldn't hear nor understand her. She got an attitude and yanked her mask down and said "no drill no dip" I said wow ok got up and indicated that I wanted to pay for my pedicure. The manager was then summoned and she came to me and mentioned about her doing my manicure instead. I said no thank you I didn't like your employee's attitude I wanted to pay for my pedicure and leave. Now what do you propose nail technicians did before the drill???? I will never go back to this nail salon again. Although, I've been living in Nashville a year I'm still fairly new to the area and I don't know much about the nail salons in my area. I decided to try this salon since it was close by, but that was a big mistake. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. I asked for the hot oil pedicure and received the basic, mediocre massage and the woman that polished my toes missed spots and barely cleaned the areas where she got polish on. The woman repeatedly tried to push me towards getting a dip powder manicure. I declined and asked for a gel manicure, she got the gel polish on my cuticles and didn't attempt to clean it until I asked her to. I know the color I chose needs a couple of coats and if I hadn't of told her to do an extra coat she wouldn't have. I'll definitely never go back to this salon again!!!! read more

Came to get my nails done for a wedding. I said I didnt want a clear color so my nails didn't show through. She proceeded to use a see through glitter color and when I told her I wasnt happy she told me I can put another color over it. When I asked about redoing them she told me they'd charge me more. I picked a purple color to put over. They are half painted and all the polish is missing on the sides. They are very uneven with color and very poorly done. I would've done better with Walmart polish myself. I'm very unhappy. read more

Came in a few hours ago with my mom and sister. Had an hour wait, they took my sister and mom but forgot about me until my mom spoke up. The man who did my nails was rushing. Got acrylics done and he didn't even clip any of my natural nails, didn't cut my cuticles, my acrylic nails are not all the same length. On top of it, he charged me 40$ for this set. Ridiculously overpriced for the priced for the quality nails you receive! My 8 yr old sisters pedi was 40$ as well (didn't even get gel). Never going back.. save your money and go elsewhere! We came to this nail salon for the first time today 11/30/2020. We were greeted whenever we first walked in but the individual who did my daughter's manicure didn't speak and just start barking orders at her and telling her how much it was going to cost. They agreed upon a price, which was a little higher than normal, but ok you live and learn, but they should have advice her of the extra convenience fee charged with using credit cards. Now I don't mind paying for good service, but this lackluster service was horrible and I will NOT be back again!! But once again, you live and you learn and it seems that some spots are just out to make money and not provide good quality service. Like I said this will be the last time we come here! Judge for yourself, reading some of the reviews are mixed, some good and some bad...it was bad for us!! So on to the next!
