As a guy just looking to get regular maintenance care done on my nails, my bar isn't that high...but one thing that is annoying is not getting at least the same level of treatment as other customers. A woman walked in, being served by another tech and was immediately asked if she wanted something to drink. It was until then I was offered a drink as well. Once I noticed that, I could see the different level of attention to detail to my service just fell flat. And to top it all off the charge was almost $100. An actual bar in the center for getting fingernails done makes the name a perfectly exciting fit! The service was fast and snacks plus drink options were nice! I tried sparkle dry polish bcus I don't like gel/dip. It lasted 2 weeks! The nail tech was a bit spacey and messed up but all in all he was knowledgeable which helped ease my mind. I'll say, they don't use fresh kits for pedicures and I do believe I have symptoms from it. For the citrus pedicure they use artificial product versus fresh oranges. The free parking was a win. I am really hoping that I've spelled her name correctly and please feel free to correct me if not It had been a while since I'd gotten manicure / pedicure (years) because I was really insecure and embarrassed with pigmentation on my legs but also the skin around my nails. Naturally I was feeling a little vulnerable but I felt comfortable to let her know all of this because of how sweet she was right off the bat. Was in town and wanted to go with my daughters to get a mani pedi for a girls day. I looked at the reviews and they seemed good so we made an appointment. They weren't ready for us when we arrived but they were nice and the place had a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the experience but it was expensive 300 for 3 mani pedis with their most basic package the natural spa. The very next day my daughter's GEL nail polish started coming off and two days later mine completely came off. Do not get GEL here, not sure about the other services. I observed other patrons offered drinks etc. as well as finishing hand lotion massage in which I was not offered. As a first time out of towner, they failed at the southern hospitality that I experienced throughout Nashville. $75 for an overlay and gel polish that does not have manicure services bundled inside of it feels a little over priced. Nail tech did a good job, only had to give him a few pointers on size. They have awesome color selection and the ambience is top tier. I've already had one acrylic nail fall off and I got them done 4 hours ago. it took me almost 2 hours to get my nails done and they're just french tips. the people there were nice but didn't seem welcoming like the other places I've been. I came here because I had an emergency nail repair and my usual place was not available. This place was nice. I had Tim (nails) and Sardy (pedicure) it was a really good pedicure. Only thing is that I wish she worked more on my heels as winter tends to dry them up. I also paid more for it but didn't get it. She was super nice, very friendly, and attentive. They have a menu of pedicures you can select and also extras you can add to it. They have many pedicure chairs and they are very comfortable and they are not damaged (at least the one I was on). They use the protective plastic on the pedicure tub and use new tools from a sealed package. The place is nice and big and it's decorated on the fancy side. They offer wine, water, sodas, and mimosas. Their bathrooms were clean which is always a plus :) Tim did my nails. He was very polite and professional. I broke all my natural nails so he had to add tips to them. They don't offer acrylic (call me old but that's what has worked best with me after I tried everything else that is in the market right now) so I had to do the dip powder. I'm not a fan of it and for how expensive it is, it doesn't last as long. The shine goes away in a few days for me which it did and I'm so disappointed yet again. You also have to remove everything so you can change colors. I am surprised they haven't fallen off already so I'm going to assume they do use good products. The nails are shaped almond but they are not my favorite. They are wide and not natural looking how I like them. The shape is not almond in some of them even though he tried to fix them. My 2 out of the 3 natural nails that lasted are the only ones that look decent. They looked good with the fresh shine but after a few days the shine was gone and it revealed all the bumps and dents that were not buffed during the process. Side note: The color was the same number as my pedicure but they don't match so make sure if you are doing the same color as your toes to see the color from the SNS and not the polish. Overall this place is nice and they definitely try to do a great job so I will recommend it with this in mind. I definitely will come back for a pedicure. I just make sure I ask that they work on my heels more if it's during winter. read more

I've gone here 3 times now out of convenience and I'm happy there's a new salon opening up the road because I can't stand wasting so much money on poor service and quality. The first pedicure I got was so painful I was almost in tears. Once I got home, I realized some of my skin was taken off. Thankfully I had another woman for the manicure who actually was awesome (I'm not sure her name, but she has cats and we talked about them the whole time). The second pedicure went fine, but was nothing special. I feel like the do the bare minimum for a premium. The third mani pedi I brought my mom along and got gel removal, normal mani, normal pedi. My whole service took longer than my mom's normal pedi and gel mani. My nails weren't even at all, I had to ask to fix my toe nails and she seemed like she was arguing with me.. I understand if you aren't feeling well or need to get things, but my nail artist left me several times during the pedicure which slowed the process and didn't make sense. I'll say pros: Convenience - close to where I live Young woman who works the books & organizes is nice and effective Lots of colors and services available It's fine if you want something basic, maybe your nails as pedis are only a 33% success rate. Came in for a dip manicure. Lasted about one hour so it was quick but Sophia did a good job! Definitely on the pricier side, with tip extensions, French nails, and special shape plus tip it was almost $100. What was a little frustrating was they used a communal dip pot and for that much I would definitely expect a nice salon like this to be using individual powder. I have been here a few times and typically have really great service but sometimes it depends on who your tech is. This past time, Manich was my manicurist and did my dip (see photo). She has done my nails once before and did an AMAZING job with white nails in the summer (white nails sometimes turn yellow with sunscreen but mine were great and lasted a long time). She also did an amazing job this past time and always checks to make sure that I am happy with the length on all my nails-- Definitely will request her from now on. The time before this though, I had someone else and I get it was the evening, but she seemed very very rushed on my dip manicure. We called ahead and were told that they could fit us in. Four of us received regular full sets and one gel manicure. My experience was not the best. This is probably the worst manicure I have ever received. My nails have air bubbles in them and you can definitely see the brush strokes on my nails. You can't see them in the pictures but my nails totally suck. It was a waste of $55. I tried to tell him that they were messed up but he insisted that the top coat polish would fix them. After a couple of days, my nails developed this stifff clear paste at the ends, not sure if it's glue but I have never had this before. My sisters and cousins like their nails and their nails turned out nice. For their experience they gave this place 4 stars. My experience is a 1 star. I love how sanitized it was and how clean they were with taking care of everything between customers. Being in a pandemic, I pay a LOT of attention to these details. The customer set was as nice as the atmosphere. Super friendly, accommodating, and open to talking to you about any questions you had about their services. Clientele was mainly centered around Vanderbilt being that it is next to the university. Prices are reasonable and a price point that matches the demographic for the area. I will never come here again. This was my second visit, the first was fine enough I was willing to come back again. However, this time was awful. My husband and I came for my birthday and not only were they rude and slightly aggressive, but they rushed the whole thing. I remeber one of their names was Lala, but I forget the other. Lala took care of my husband and his mani/pedi was probably over with within 20 minutes. The girl taking care of me was so aggressive and rushing that she cut my hands and feet multiple times. My skin also got burned with the drill because she kept going so fast and going off my nail. Not to mention, for my mani (with dip)/ pedi plus my husbands mai pedi, it cost OVER $200! I'm so mad this is where I spent my birthday and now I'm also dealing with stinging hands and toes because I have a bunch of cuts all over them. read more
