My friend told me to come here for 5 months before I actually listened to her and I am so happy I did! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff is super friendly, they listened to my concerns (my nails are super brittle right now & a little painful to the touch) and I had nothing to worry about.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They offer beverages if you want to enjoy and this was probably the best pedicure I've had in a long time. One of the best nail salons in Nashville by far. I've had bad/meh experiences in many salons in the area but never here. Love love loooooved this place. The vibe was totally what I want. She said it would be about 30 minutes (it was about 40) and sat us together.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had Cindy and Terry (not sure spelling) and I liked them enough to get their names for the next time I'm around Priced reasonably and happy with the outcome (although I smudged my big toe, wah waaah). Parking is terrible out front, so just skip it and park in the back. Will definitely be back! read more

4 years ago I came into this shop to get a manicure. I saw my tech use someone else's equipment without cleaning. I ended up with staph infection. I called to let the shop know, but never left a review because I was able to get on antibiotics. However, since then, I've dealt with reoccurring staph infection and would never want anyone to deal with what I've been dealing with. It's possible they've improved their cleanliness, but it would be wrong of me not to warn others. read more

Walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and they got me in SUPER fast. Laura did my nails and I had no clue what to get and just told her to do whatever she thought could be cute and she freaking NAILED IT! Will be coming back to this place anytime I'm in Nashville. I walked in without an appt today for a mani/pedi and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the woman at the front was very friendly and said they were able to accommodate me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She gave me the QR code for parking validation which was a relief because I was about to pay for parking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I saw Vanessa and she did a great job! Super friendly and welcoming. Easy conversation and felt like we were instant friends. She gave a great massage with the pedicure-not rushing through like so many places. This place is the best. Sandy, the owner, is such a hard worker and very professional. Hannah & Laura do a fabulous job at making my fingernails look great with a French manicure dip that lasts and lasts. The job they do on my gel pedi is also first-rate- and the massage chairs mixed with the calf massage make for a super-relaxing experience. read more

I've been going to East Nails for 4 years now and it's the BEST nail salon I've ever been to. I usually call ahead that day if they can get me in or a day or two in advance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are always on their game, I never have to wait, always offered a drink when I sit down (best wine pours in town)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and [[HIGHLIGHT]]each person there is so lovely.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not to mention the quality of the manicures and pedicures are always on point. read more

My friend and I called in last minute for manicures and they were able to take us that day! I always appreciate when salons have flexible schedules. They did a great job and it was reasonably priced. We both got dip for $55 each and love our nails. I told them what I wanted and they did a wonderful job with it. While a simple color and dip can be easy, I've been places previously that messed it up--they did not! So happy! The spot is a little hard to find--but the lady on the phone warned me so I was prepared. There isn't a ton of parking so just be prepared to park in the back if it's full, but the space is decorated nicely so it's worth it! We will be back! read more

My wife and I went for a couple of pedicures today first time to visit but I can say it won't be the last. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. We both left saying the best pedicures we have had in Nashville in quite sometime A glass of wine and a 45 minute pedicure massage what's better way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Parking was adequate they are on the first floor under the stairwell so a little hidden but worth the look. read more

Sandy did a great job on my dip manicure. The place is a little odd. Parking was challenging, and the bar you sit at puts your arms at a bit of an odd angle to get your nails done. visiting from out of town I treated myself to a manicure 2 full weeks ago and it still looks amazing! and I work with my hands. Vanessa did an unbelievable terrific job with my rough cuticles and short nails. Great service. I came on a Saturday morning without an appointment and I was able to get right in. Right away I could tell the nail salon was organized as they worked to assign me to the person who was going to do my manicure and pedicure. They offered me a glass of wine at 9:00 a.m. and I gladly accepted! The massage chairs were the best. The person who did my nails was very nice and thorough. She also helped me pick out the nail polish for my manicure and pedicure as I was looking for two particular colors, so that was super helpful. read more

It took 2.5 hours and cost $100 for the worst manicure of my life. The tech made three of my fingers bleed. I told her it hurt, she said "well it's not bleeding" and it started bleeding moments after. My nails are uneven and look terrible. One of my nails peeled off on the drive home and two more had fallen off my the time I got home. I used to be a frequent patron. This used to be a great place to go. Now it is so unprofessional and poor quality. I will never go back again. read more

Fantastic service!!! I went in two days ago with some friends (called ahead for an appointment) and they seated us all together within 10 minutes. I got dipped and my friends got acrylic and gel. I have been to so many nail salons around Nashville and these guys are by far the best and I will most certainly be coming back. The dip nails technician was so careful with my nails and they are beautiful! And the acrylic tech on my friend was AMAZING. She took so much time and patience on our nails and it was worth every penny. Update: so far my nails have not cracked or chipped and I play volleyball and basketball. SUPER Impressed!! read more

Lily was lovely and everything but one thing is the personality the other is the execution of work. The place: people go to have a facial or massage in a place that is zen and quiet. It's a space for healing and focus. There's no privacy. The working areas are separated by panels. There are no doors but curtains facing the checkout counter. I could hear the next door client chatting with her esthetician nonstop. For that you go to therapy or simply have that session at home. It was distracting and extremely annoying. The choice of music and volume not okay. It gave me the impression these people wants to make quick money without having proper practice and real experience. I'll keep looking and make the time to check on their certificates online. The ones on the wall look pretty fake. I know this is a brutal review but this impression was fully created by you-- the business. I support women owning businesses but please do it right!

I have to schedule around my work-life balance, so it is difficult for me to get my preferred cerologist every time, but thankfully I have yet to have a less-than-stellar experience with any of the ladies. Yes, waxing is uncomfortable, but the ladies are professionally trained to make it as quick and painless as possible. I never had skin irritation, missed hairs, bumps, bruises, ingrown hairs, burns, or rashes afterward. The one hour of free parking is convenient as I am usually in and out in 20 minutes. It is immaculate that I never have to be concerned with catching the cooties. Once you go wax you will never go back!

This young 21 year old they had made it feel like I was in the Korean spa getting my first layer of skin sloshed off. It felt careless and improperly executed, incredibly abrasive and aggressive. Nothing like a massage. Immediately afterward, my face was covered in red bumps and blotchy irritation. I had an event the same evening, she said I would be fine. My skin looked significantly worse than before I walked in. Instead of improving my skin, this treatment visibly damaged it. To make matters worse, the only aftercare I was given was a faded, barely legible printout, and I was quickly ushered out the door with no real explanation. Nothing except a piece of paper. Is this how you treat human beings when you should be the expert? No one took the time to properly walk me through what to expect or how to care for my skin after such an aggressive procedure. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, training, and basic client care. Between the poor communication, disregard for the products I was using, and the way the treatment was performed, I do not feel this service was done safely or correctly. While the clinic did respond after I complained, that does not undo the experience or the condition my skin was left in. I would strongly caution others before booking this service here. I have reason to believe that the "nurse" performing this named Isabelle seemed very inexperienced. I should also mention that this was hard to book this appointment as they had no one on staff to do it on the day I needed it and then suddenly they had someone with a lot of 'expertise' on hand to do it. I think I was her first patient and she had clearly no idea what she is doing. Also they offered me a release form to sign as they know they did something wrong. I should also add that when speaking to the owner about this she seemed careless, stood behind her staff and dismissed all of my complaints as issues. They offered contradictory info, between when I bought this package and when out I tried to book it. They are all about selling, not actually following thru on what they sell.
