Edit: really, this seems like the sort of service to expect, because that discussion with your social media department accomplished nothing, got nothing done, not even an apology, just another broken tv. I was told nothing could be done, nothing could be done to ensure the safe delivery of this tv, and no priority could be given to help out. Now Amazon and Maersk are jerking me around, while RXO is twiddling its thumbs after breaking my stuff and I'm getting stuck with the bill. read more

The two men who delivered our washer & dryer, plus took away our old ones, were both so professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain some important points about the new appliances that isn't intuitive - like the coating in the dryer that puts off a burning chemical smell and needs to be run off. They also started a washer cycle to text the connections and remove any styrofoam bits in it. All in all, this took a minimal amount of time - 20 mins or thereabouts. Also, I love the convenience of the RXO tracking link for the delivery, which seemed to refresh every minute or so. This helped us be totally prepared for their imminent arrival (sequester dog and cats, etc.). Plus, RXO kept me well-informed with updates throughout the entire ordering and delivery process. This company has excellent customer experience/service completely dialed in. read more

My total experience wasn't as tragic as some, it wasn't fabulous either. Originally we were scheduled for the 25th, then they changed it to the 18th. So I called to ask why? No one knew. Four days before (as the 18th was a Monday), it suddenly changed to the 19th. I called and was told because it was a bit of a remote location- they were doing all the deliveries in that area that day. I had specially scheduled off work for the previous day, but I would adjust. They gave us a delivery window from 1-4. We waited, and waited. A little after called XPO - oh, their new ETA is 4:24. About 10 minutes later the driver called us said he'd be there in 10 minutes. Then called back saying his GPS was wrong and he'd be closer to 30 (a betting man said they wanted stopped to eat). They arrived closer to 5. But were in & out and set up the Peloton fairly quickly. So we were happy about that! read more

This is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. I ordered an appliance package from Costco for a location in Colorado to be delivered on today (Monday). I live in NJ so had to fly out to Colorado to receive the package, and scheduled the delivery a month ago. As soon as I touchdown in Colorado on Saturday I get a text that they canceled the delivery. After hours of talking to their offshore customer service department (who have no idea what is going on) and asking to talk to someone in the Aurora, CO warehouse, they finally put me back on the schedule. Last night, the day before the delivery they send me a text that they are canceling the delivery again. These people have no respect for their customers time...they won't even talk to them on the phone directly. Costco should be embarrassed to work with this company. read more

I originally scheduled my delivery for a Thursday; the person I spoke to said that was the only day deliveries were made in my area. When the week for the delivery came, I was notified my items would be delivered on Friday. I called immediately to reschedule as I couldn't be available on Friday and was assured deliveries were only made to my area on Thursdays. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later - the first Thursday delivery date available. Early this week I received notification delivery would be on Friday between 4 and 8 PM. Fortunately I was available this time. In all the emails I received about this delivery, I was told I would receive notification about 30 minutes before the delivery was made. Shocker: this didn't happen. Communication overall was terrible, and I'll actively avoid using this delivery service again. I contacted the individual that responded to my review and a senior specialist contacted me. He basically just apologized and asked if there was anything that they could do. I said that I didn't feel confident in the apology and also explained that the installation team had taken a flashlight that I let them borrow during the installation, probably by mistake. He then sent me a gift card for $150 for my inconvenience and to replace the flashlight. This type of response goes a long way to rebuilding confidence in a company, especially because I have another appliance being delivered. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars based on this response. read more
