One of the worst experiences I have had with a company in a very long time. Extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and poor customer service. My large shipment was rescheduled no less than 8 times. The first few I was patient. Then I started calling to get a status and I would get different answers each time. At times they would say the package was there and sometimes it wasn't. Then I started asking for a manager. They would not allow me to speak with a manager, would not connect me to the warehouse, or provide additional resources to resolve our issue. After several weeks I still have not gotten a call back. A very large waste of my time and extremely frustrating experience. UPDATE: They keep posting to email HomeDeliveryHelp@xpo.com but after 5 emails, NO RESPONSE for a month! read more

Well, I got a call and they were there on original due date. They had to drive it back 3 hours to Denver and it took an additional week to get it. We purchased a refrigerator to be delivered by Xpo Logistics on July 8, 2020. On the day of they called & scheduled it for July 15, 2020. They were suppose to call to deliver from 8 - 12. Never called. Truck pulled up in front of the house. No one got out & then drove away. Called the company & they said the driver rang to door bell & no one answered. This was a lie. I live 80-100 miles away from this company's nearest distribution hub, and I was not initially informed that at that distance, they only have one day available for scheduling a delivery and install. On top of that, they schedule you for a day at the start of the week in which they are delivering, and then re-schedule the actual delivery day later. Sound confusing? It was. To add to frustration, they did not convey this when they initially scheduled the start of the week day. So if you are like me and need to schedule a day off from work so that you can wait around for their 12 hour window of delivery time ahead of time, and then they call you back and push the day back, it becomes an irritation. It did also take 2 weeks from the time that they received my order at their warehouse for them to contact me, and another two weeks for them to deliver. Despite all this, I still would rate them 3.5 to 4 stars. Their customer service reps were very professional, and the actual delivery when it came went very smoothly. No damages to my order, easy install, very capable technicians. read more

I received a Samsung Dishwasher and was told on the phone that it would be installed and that the old one would be removed and hauled away. When the dishwasher showed up I was told it was only a delivery. So I called XPO again and they scheduled a service call but the haul away was removed from the work order. I called and was told "not to worry" everything would be taken care of the next day. I was given a 8am to 12pm service window. I cleared my schedule and when no one showed or called, I called XPO again. I was told that the installer wasn't licensed and wouldn't be showing up. It would have been nice to have received a call about that instead of waiting for nothing. Another appt has been made in two days. I could have had this installed by someone else by now. I gave you an extra star because your delivery drivers were very nice and helped put the 200 lbs package in my garage. I see that there are other reviews like mine. I hope Bryan "owner", sorry if I didn't get your name right, will address these shipping issues. Amazon is a big customer. I'm sure you don't want to loss them. RXO was supposed to deliver a Peloton to me January 9th from 12:30-3:30. I was supposed to get a cast from a broken arm off that day at 1:00, so I went in to the hospital early to get the cast off ( hoping they had a cancellation), so I could be there for the Peloton delivery. The driver called me at 11:15 and said he'd be at my house in 15 minutes. I said I am not there now, but I can be there in 30. He said I can only wait 10 minutes. I said, "so you can drive 15 and wait 10, a total of 25, but no more when I am telling you I can be there in 30. He said that's all I can wait. They weren't able to reschedule until the week of January 20th. Absolute idiot driver had to return the machine all the way to Denver an hour away, when he could have just waited 5 more minutes. My washer/dryer purchased at Costco was told a delivery date of 12/9. XPO called on 12/5 and said the earliest date for delivery was 12/17. I am home from work only to get a call 1 hour before my delivery window that my delivery was not going to happen. I asked for a new delivery date and they could not give me one - said I would get a call by tomorrow (are you kidding me?)!! I have escalated this with Costco but really have no confidence that this will ever get delivered. No one seems to know when this will happen. I will be adding this to the wonderful track record of XPO Logistics on YELP. Wish I would have known this earlier... If I had just walked into Best Buy I would have my appliances in my home by now. read more
