XPO was the delivery company for my Living Spaces bedroom furniture. I had purchased an out of state house that needed furniture. Living spaces has a warehouse in Texas, so my furniture was picked up by XPO and taken to their distribution center. Once there they contacted me via text message and email. I had called them to confirm delivery and they had excellent customer service. Prompt and courteous customer service reps, excellent communication via text and email (you have to sign up or enable text message communications). Once my furniture was out for delivery, the driver called once they were about 20 minutes out and they were on time. Best delivery service that I have experienced in a long time. I cannot say enough great things about my service today!!! Not only did they treat me with respect, but they helped me get something done that I couldn't! Mike experienced the same frustration with Samsung customer service that I had been dealing with, but unlike me he got the results that I wanted!! My fridge door was so damaged and he said no problem they will send out a new one to replace it. Well I was told that I could return this one and reorder a new one!! But after Mike was put on hold 5 different times they finally agreed to send the new door!!! I don't know what I would have done without Mike because he made a stressful situation so much better!!!! I have tried every way under the sun to get the kudos that are much deserved for our delivery people. Their names are Paul and Pacheco. They had great attitudes, were very respectful to my dogs, children, as well as, myself. They both had great senses of humor and used the utmost care and responsibility. I have tried to talk to a human boss about them so that they might get some sort of exceptionality award or recognition. I have gotten NO ONE who even gives one shit. It is a circular phone conversation around and around getting to no one. That is my only complaint. Other than that, I would always order more from Costco so that I could have this company deliver. read more

Anthony M and his co-worker did an amazing job of delivering and assembling a large outdoor Polywood dining set for us -eight chairs and a large square dining table. Somehow there was a glitch in communication and they were not made aware of our additional order for White Glove Delivery Service to be included with our purchase/delivery. Good text communication to tell us when they would be arriving to deliver our washer and dryer. They were very courteous and did a great job of navigating the stairs to remove the old washer and dryer and install the new washer and dryer without any scuffs. They were great about pointing out some of the features of the dryer and made sure that they had the correct kit to take advantage of the features. These two men came with a washer and dryer at the time they quoted. A short phone call when they were 25 minutes out so I could meet them for the installation. They were careful with the appliances as the doorways made it a tight fit to get through. I had removed the old ones to save them time for other deliveries. They had a two hour drive back to Olathe. Took the old worn out washer and dryer as promised. I am happy with Rxo and the new appliances. Well done. read more

Delivery of my mattress and base was efficient and professional. The team came in and assembled the base and unpacked the mattress with a friendly attitude. The men called a few minutes before arrival and arrived right on time; they were very polite, fast, and picked all packing materials from the new unit. I am completely satisfied. The RXO team came in and removed my old dryer and then brought in my new dryer. They also helped me to remove and then put my door back on which they had to go through to bring the dryer in and out of. I didn't pay for installation, so installation was on me as expected.
