Horrible, Horrible company! Avoid them at all cost. They do not deliver on time. They do not honor their word when a product is to be delivered. They do not contact you about any schedule changes. I took a day off of work so I would be home when the shipment was to arrive. They were a no show and didn't care that I took a day off to receive a scheduled package. SADLY, XPO is the delivery partner for Macy's Furniture in Reno/Sparks/Tahoe. As of yesterday, two completely missed appointments with NO call from them to say hi, we're running late, or hey, we cannot make it today because..... Just crickets. First time, was told the truck had "mechanical difficulty" and could not deliver that day, the day after it was scheduled. XPO Tracking app sent via text kept showing delivery soon, then showing truck onsite after 6PM, when the appointment was for 11-1, it obviousy wan't at my home. Pretty sketchy, like someone is gaming the system. This happened during the initial 1st delivery date as well. Also, the truck tracking app is NOT using HTTPS encryption to protect client data. Nice to have my name and address exposed on port 8080. Just a lazy IP with port 8080 wide open. The second most hacked port on the internet. Kudos, security team. Now on the second delivery missed, they claim the vendor did not deliver furniture to them, a day after the missed appointment. Again, NO CALL, NO SHOW. I asked them why the local office could not pick up the damn phone and communicate with clients, are they incapable of picking up a phone and dialing the seven digits? Do they even care? I don't think so. The local office needs a refresher on project management and communication. From the several Google, Facebook, Twitter post this seems to be the MO. In the corporate world, two no call, no shows for an employee or manager would be fired on the first event. read more

Kudos to Keylila for doing her best to take care of my issue but alas they did delivered a cord but it was the same delivery team as last time that screw me over, plus they are now rude, they just keep saying it was XPO's fault or something like i get it but i just wished i was told you guys are going to re schedule a cord delivery than keeping me in the dark because i didn't have any more information about it anymore, if i haven't said anything here then probably won't deliver it at all but with all these trouble they gave me a wrong cable, i give up i will give this issue to Peloton directly now. read more

Failed to deliver generator, either they lied to me or they lied to amazon! would give a negative -5 if I could, either way dont trust them! Couldn't deliver on schedule that they knew about 2 weeks earlier (they couldn't deliver, not due to limited drivers, weather on the pass, aliens interfering) they even sent me an text message confirming that they knew they had to deliver it on the appointed date. Then wanted 3 more weeks to deliver! Buy local, do not trust this delivery service!!! Bought a gun safe on Amazon and XPO delivered it to my hour. Had ordered the extra set up by the delivery service and found out that this was not the case and the XPO drivers just brought the case into the house and that was it. I said that paid for set up and they gave the reply that they do anything except bring it into the house. After I complained, they complied and help me set it up in my house. This is second time that I bought the extra set up fee. Wouldn't recommend XPO. Vault is excellent, but delivery service is lacking. read more

I purchased a refrigerator and they didn't want to move the old refrigerator into the garage. They wanted to leave it in the middle of my floor for my daughter to move until I complained and then they finally moved into the garage. They wanted to charge me a delivery charge to take it into the garage. I explained to them a delivery charger when they take it away from the residence. After complaining they moved it into the garage. On the good side they did a professional job hooking up the refrigerator and icemaker and did no damage moving into the house. I needed to make an urgent change the destination of a delivery and XPO customer service (800#) told me that I needed to call Living Spaces to get the address changed. I called Living Spaces and was put on hold for 45 minutes. The delivery date was for the next day and I was only going to be in Nevada for one day so it was urgent that it be changed. We had no choice but to go to XPO in Sparks to see if we could change to will call. Rhiannon (sp?) who was fantastic! ( I was in panic mode) said absolutely no problem. She and her wonderful team made it happen right then and there. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but it was a huge deal to me after trying to figure out timing, weather and the fact that I live in another State and could not come back for a while. This company was supposed to deliver a TV to the UNR campus that my department ordered using amazon and instead of delivering it at central receiving (1000s of packages a day get delivered there) one of their drivers just left it somewhere on the UNR campus on a Saturday (UNR isn't open on Saturday, this is specifically stated in the delivery instructions). I guess some student in the dorms now has a nice TV? Contacted XPO several times but no one replied. Ended up getting a refund through amazon. read more

Very reasonable 3 hour time window provided a day before the actual delivery. On the day of delivery, delivery driver called within 30 minutes of our time window beginning and provided an accurate arrival time to my residence within 30 minutes of check-in call. We had a freight shipment ready for pickup yesterday and XPO never came. They did not call and did not show up today either. I contacted their local number and the representative said that the order was cancelled due to freight not being ready. This is not the case...XPO never came by our building. XPO is always late and never calls to update you. I asked if we should reschedule with another carrier and we were told that we should.
