Absolute worst delivery experience I've had so far. My IKEA delivery was originally scheduled for May 17. RXO failed the delivery despite my building having 24/7 concierge service available to receive packages. After contacting IKEA customer service, I was told delivery would happen the next day. I took time off work and waited -- nobody showed up. After multiple calls back and forth between IKEA and RXO, I finally got the failed delivery rescheduled and was given a delivery window of May 22-26. I checked again and the date had disappeared. When I called RXO, I was told delivery is now scheduled for May 27. I had already scheduled furniture assembly for May 22 and had to cancel and reschedule it for May 28, creating additional inconvenience. At this point the issue is not just delay -- it's the repeated schedule changes, lack of reliability, and complete disregard for customers' time. If this delivery fails again, I will cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. read more

Literally the most god awful delivery company I have EVER dealt with. We haven't even gotten our furniture yet and I'm already regretting ordering my item- JUST BECAUSE OF THE MORONS THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS. we were told dozens of times we could schedule evening and/ or weekend appointments. When it comes time to actually schedule our delivery, we are given zero options. When we call to reschedule to something more convenient (haha), they offer us Tuesday. BUT! They can't give us a window. Just that our delivery day is Tuesday. How on earth is this an acceptable model??? Seriously???? You just expect people to drop their lives to convenience YOUR service!!!!????? Our supposed delivery driver today was rude, arrogant, and literally just awful. Sent us a pic via text of our damaged couch and simply said "u want it or not". What? We told him we won't be home, and this jerk still shows up anyway. And now my furniture is sitting in limbo on a truck, and I can't reschedule. Why you ask? Because "they don't have it". What in the living hell????? Cancelling my order with the furniture company so I NEVER have to deal with this god awful delivery company ever again. They employ overseas two bit customer service agents that do not understand anything other then the script they are given! They cannot answer any questions unless it's on their script. After placing an order through Samsung, XPO was scheduled to deliver and install my product. I was initially told by Samsung, that my order would arrive at my home, on or before July 01. That was perfect, as I had prior plans to go on vacation on July 3rd. As soon as I get confirmation that XPO is going to be the delivery service (June 30), I call to confirm the delivery date. I was told that the product had not yet made it to their warehouse, and therefore they were unable to provide me with a date. They suggested that I call back the following day (July 01), as the product should be there by then, and they should be able to provide me with a delivery and install date. On the morning of July 01, I call XPO to confirm my delivery/install date, and the automated service provided me with a delivery date of JULY 09!!! A far cry from "on or before July 01," and smack in the middle of my vacation! I push the option to speak to a representative, and was transferred to a gentleman who confirmed that the product was at the warehouse, however told me that since my order requires professional install, he could not provide me with a date and that only the warehouse could do that. I told him that I could hold to speak to the warehouse, as time is obviously not on my side at this point, however he told me that it didn't work that way... I was going to have to wait for them to contact me back, usually 3-8 hours!!! WTH??? So I'm here waiting 3-8 hours with nothing better to do, so why not complete a Yelp review. ***UPDATE*** 3-8 hours have passed, and no one has contacted me as promised. Additionally, as requested, I emailed the company with my information, and immediately received a generic response informing me that a member from their "support team" would be following up with me today to resolve my inquiry (see attached). Well it's now 8:05pm on the east coast, and no one has contacted me. read more

After having our delivery pushed from Sunday to Monday 8-12 then 12-4, I called again and was told our shipment was on another delay. I cut out the 3rd party and contacted lowes directly. Item was delivered appropriately 1 hour later to my home. Post delivery XPO called to delay shipment due to heavy rain & traffic. I am elated that I received my sofa, before the expected date of delivery. I was expecting (based on what Living Spaces (furniture company)) had conveyed on their website, that my sofa wouldn't be arriving until early Feb. Two days ago however, I received a call from XPO alerting me that my sofa could be delivered the next day, if I wanted or I could schedule a later date. Of course, I requested that it be delivered the next day. :) I am very thankful that the XPO delivery guys were able to deliver the sofa. Unfortunately, the sofa didn't fit into my building's standard elevator. The sofa wasn't large; therefore, I was surprised that the delivery guys couldn't get it in, but they put in the work and carried the sofa up 3 flights of stairs, to help ensure that my sofa was delivered inside my condo. Wow, where do I even began! If I could give them 0 star, I would in a heartbeat. Make sure to grab yourself a nice cup of tea... I purchased a couch from a furniture store and unfortunately they use XPO as their 3rd party delivery company. So according to their professional procedures, they are to reach out and schedule an appointment for your delivery and get you a delivery window. Never happened. I used tracking number from furniture company and saw that it was already in XPO's possession. I called them myself and got a delivery date. Had I not called I would've had NO idea that it was being delivered the next day. The day of delivery came and they are to reach out at least 30 mins before the arrival and a whomping 10 mins before arrival they called to let me know they will be here. Already 2 miscommunication. But that's now what earned them the star. My husband went down to meet the delivery guys (2 of them) at the loading dock and saw them pushing the furniture off the truck and then dragging it on the ground roughly. When my husband made a comment, the guy rudely smirked and asked him to sign the delivery sheet. When my husband refused to sign until they get the furniture to our door, the delivery guy said 'No, this is the as far as I'll go. You want it or not? If you don't sign, you can send it back!" There was no way my husband could've carried the furniture up by himself but he was willing to push it down the hall if they would help with getting it at least on the elevator and the 2 delivery guys refused. Long story short, they took the furniture back and we called XPO and was transferred. Supposedly got in contact with the "manager" from the warehouse who seemed apologetic about the whole thing. By the way he confirmed that they are supposed to get the delivery to the door!! Manager said he will reschedule the delivery for Thursday (which was 2 days away). Said someone would call on Wednesday with the delivery window. NOPE, no calls. It's Thursday morning, I decided to call the company and 2 reps and 2 hours later... found out that furniture got shipped back to the furniture company?? What the f*** They advised I call the original sender so I did. When I got in contact with original sender, XPO had gave them information for delivery today Thursday. But it's 7:38 pm. No delivery here. When I called xpo AGAIN letting them know of what was on file with the furniture company... the rep seemed confused. Nobody knows anything at this company. Doesn't help that the call center is Philippines either. Nobody can give me a definitely answer about anything. What a horrific experience this has been. Still don't know where my furniture is. Seems XPO still has it in its possession. The worse company. read more

The delivery drivers were courteous and polite. Showed up as scheduled we decided that because of the stairs going up stairs that we wouldn't put the Shower Door up but just put it were it would be easy for the drivers. Would use them again. read more

These guys delivered our Casper king-sized mattress and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I paid for the mattress on Wednesday, got an email to schedule delivery on Friday, and they delivered it Saturday morning. Very terrible delivery company. Scheduling is a mess with me calling multiple times to confirm the timing and logistics. But they never called the day before (As promised) to confirm the delivery window, and on the same day, the driver would call and tell me he is 5 minutes without prior warning (they promised to give a call 30 minutes prior to delivery, with which I would've made home). Since I was more than 5 minutes away from my house, the delivery had to be rescheduled. The driver again promised to come back at 7pm that day, only to never pick up the phone again and leave me in the dark on where my delivery went. Had to call them to reschedule for a third time, which they actually delivered. The delivery personnel was not professional at all (certainly not white glove). They refused to take off the shoes entering in the carpet area of my house (and didn't bring any shoe cover), and the whole delivery was a very bad experience. I would not believe the response from Business Owner on Yelp either since probably nothing would change after contacting them (i did multiple times). If you have the choice, please stay away from this company. read more

For the office based out of Winchester, VA: "They had the simple task of delivering a toolbox from Harbor Freight located about 15 miles away. The toolbox had obviously been dropped upside down (landing on a top corner) from the back of a semi trailer and the toolbox was so badly damaged that not a single drawer could be opened. No fuss no Muss. Easy as pie. Would have been nice if we didn't have Covid restrictions and they could have put the mattress in the proper bedroom. Fortunately I was able to drag it there from the screen porch only 30 feet. Logistics were great. Only other suggestion for improvement would be to have real time tracking on the vehicle, you know like Pizza Hut. Driver and assistant were very courteous. Jose and his partner arrived an quickly removed my old refrigerator and installed my new Samsung!! They hooked up my water.and rolled in place. I am completely satisfied with a 5 star experience. Initial delivery was great but they couldn't install the dishwasher. I was told once the new dishwasher was installed they would be no problem for them to return and remove the old dishwasher. Not the case. Called on a Monday was told the local hub would contact me w/in 48 hrs- didn't happen. Called back Friday. Nothing had been done. The delivery guys called in advance and were actually able to get to me 2 hrs before the scheduled time. It took them less than 30 min to move a King mattress to another room, and bring in the new. 3 levels, very precise and even vacuumed the floor of the small materials that were waisted from the move.
