    After placing an order through Samsung, XPO was scheduled to deliver and install my product. I was initially told by Samsung, that my order would arrive at my home, on or before July 01. That was perfect, as I had prior plans to go on vacation on July 3rd. As soon as I get confirmation that XPO is going to be the delivery service (June 30), I call to confirm the delivery date. I was told that the product had not yet made it to their warehouse, and therefore they were unable to provide me with a date. They suggested that I call back the following day (July 01), as the product should be there by then, and they should be able to provide me with a delivery and install date. On the morning of July 01, I call XPO to confirm my delivery/install date, and the automated service provided me with a delivery date of JULY 09!!! A far cry from "on or before July 01," and smack in the middle of my vacation! I push the option to speak to a representative, and was transferred to a gentleman who confirmed that the product was at the warehouse, however told me that since my order requires professional install, he could not provide me with a date and that only the warehouse could do that. I told him that I could hold to speak to the warehouse, as time is obviously not on my side at this point, however he told me that it didn't work that way... I was going to have to wait for them to contact me back, usually 3-8 hours!!! WTH??? So I'm here waiting 3-8 hours with nothing better to do, so why not complete a Yelp review. ***UPDATE*** 3-8 hours have passed, and no one has contacted me as promised. Additionally, as requested, I emailed the company with my information, and immediately received a generic response informing me that a member from their "support team" would be following up with me today to resolve my inquiry (see attached). Well it's now 8:05pm on the east coast, and no one has contacted me.

    This company has a serious issue with customer service and honesty. After having our delivery pushed from Sunday to Monday 8-12 then 12-4, I called again and was told our shipment was on another delay. I cut out the 3rd party and contacted lowes directly. Item was delivered appropriately 1 hour later to my home. Post delivery XPO called to delay shipment due to heavy rain & traffic. Funny how sun was shining in this rural area with a forklift driving down our lane.

    The delivery drivers were courteous and polite. Showed up as scheduled we decided that because of the stairs going up stairs that we wouldn't put the Shower Door up but just put it were it would be easy for the drivers. Would use them again.

Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO.     I've always had particularly good luck when asking FedEx to pack extremely fragile servers and…read morenetwork equipment. This was no exception and even on a weekday the place was extremely busy (1pm) due to its close proximity to a mall. There were at least 5 people ahead of me and all counters were opened. They have a hand cart in case you need to wheel some heavy items over. I had several pieces of equipment to ship and each one was nicely packaged for a 3 day FedEx Express Saver delivery. Usually when doing self-packing in the old days, I would have stuff come back with missing rack ears or slightly dinged up edges. In this case I paid for the extra filler, double wall boxes and everything arrived in good condition. Props to them for packing things so well and making sure it didn't exceed any weight limits. It's always tough finding specialty boxes that fit server equipment. Nobody asked for my ID (though many years ago I did get asked but that was for a retail purchase and not with an account #). I gave them our corporate FedEx account number and all they did was confirm my name. Not sure what happened with others but the manager on duty was the one that helped me. She knew exactly which items to ring up for the specialty boxes. Chalk it up to good luck perhaps because the items arrived a day early, exceeding expectations hence my 5 star rating for FedEx.
