If you think you can depend on this dealership to take care of your motorcycle, think again. I…read morebrought my older bike in just to get new tires put on, and on the way home I immediately noticed a loud rotating noise that had never been there before. I called the shop and was basically told it wasn't their fault, that my bike was already in poor condition, and to just try riding it home to see if the noise went away. When I got home I saw my chain was left super loose and sagging onto the swingarm, my front wheel bearing is now failing, and the axle nut on the front wheel was completely missing. None of these things were issues before I took it in. They've been dodging my calls ever since and won't do anything to help. Now I'm stuck with a bike I can't even ride. Super disappointing that a shop that seems professional can have such dangerous and incompetent oversight that could seriously hurt myself or others. stay away at all costs. Update: After 28 days of being gas lit at every moment they finally fixed their mistake. they did want me to pay for them to fix their mistake but after twisting their arm and not giving in they fixed it for free. I was accused of taking the nut off my bike myself and blamed for the problems they caused. highly unprofessional shop and honestly for your own sanity just go to another shop. Im done with these people. no accountability. 0/10

Worst service: rude keeper-of-the-flame mentality, poor understanding from the service department…read more(perhaps because most of them were teenagers) and they never called or emailed to let me know my bike's service was finished. They looked to be put out in most of the departments if I had questions. Buy your bike anywhere but here and definitely don't get your ride serviced here.

Absolutely Worth the 2-Hour Drive - Best Dealership Experience Ever!…read more I had been hunting online for a Street Triple RS for what felt like forever. Everywhere I looked, sellers were asking new bike prices for bikes with sky-high mileage--totally unreasonable. Then I found Factory Powersports. I messaged Juan about a bike they had, and right from the start, everything felt different. Straightforward, honest, and helpful. I made the trip down from the Bay Area, cash in hand, and wrapped up the paperwork with Rebecca in just 30 minutes. No games. No pressure. Just fair pricing, knowledgeable staff, and a dealership that actually respects your time. This is exactly how every dealership should operate. Worth every mile of the drive--I'd do it again in a heartbeat

My partner and I help an open house down the road. On the way to the open house, we saw Factory…read morePowersports. My partner has been looking to purchase quad for a new property she just purchased, so we came in to see what they carried. First off, the entrance to the parking lot is a little funky. They try to make it one way in and one way out. The parking lot entrance is actually around the corner on Carrillo St. (small side street) and the exit is on Cleveland Ave. (larger, main street). You would think the entrance would be on the larger street and exit on the smaller street, but it's the opposite, so if you are driving on Cleveland Ave. towards College Ave. and miss Carrillo St., you will need to turn back around. As for the store itself, they have a good selection of motorcycles, power crafts, ATVs and accessories. The thing that this place is lacking is customer service which seems to be the theme when I read other reviews. When you walk in, no one greets you. There was an employee sitting at the desk doing some paperwork, looks up as we walk in, but there was no greeting. As we were browsing the inventory, no one came by help or ask if we had questions. When we walked out, again no acknowledgement that we may be potential customers. I'm sure if they had better customers service, their business would be much better.
