I was able to bring it in same day to get an estimate and the repair itself was a few days. The communication at every stage was very quick. The repair was perfect and my mom-van was shining when I got it back. They not only washed the exterior, but they also cleaned and polished the headlights and vacuumed the inside. Over all those new car-buying experiences - and not counting the few used one's we purchased from a dealership as well - none came close to the quality of care we received from Andy and Ben. (I should include my initial online contacts with Dan, as well.) To a person, they were competent in their demeanor with us; considerate and friendly; authentic (as in, "being real" and not a "salesman"); educated on the facts and admitting it when they were not - but were willing to find out; genuinely sincere. We came away with not only the car that we were looking for, but with the sense that we actually made friends with some individuals who, when they leave their "day job," are the same at home with their families. They helped us above and beyond our expectations, and our expectations are not low, but nor are they unreasonable. Adam's conscientious time with us in test driving and getting Joy the right vehicle she wanted, was simply matched by Ben's absolute friendly expertise in managing the financial aspects of the purchase. Perfect. You as the reader may well ask: It's just a car sale, dude! But for us, a purchase of this amount was no small decision. Honda Pilot Certified Used Purchase I purchased a certified…read moreused Honda Pilot (only about a year old at the time) from Manley Honda, along with the extended warranty. We've kept the vehicle fully serviced and maintained exactly as recommended -- yet it has been consistently unreliable. Sensor/Camera Failure The first issue was a sensor/camera failure, which was only resolved because it happened under warranty. Rear Subframe Failure Now we're dealing with a far more serious problem: a section of the rear subframe has broken off. Despite the vehicle having only 60K miles and an extended warranty, both Yuba City Honda and Manley Honda have refused to help in any meaningful way. We've been given the runaround, treated disrespectfully, and dismissed at every step. When we pointed out that this exact part has an active recall in the Midwest for the same failure, Yuba City Honda responded with: "This is what happens when you buy a used vehicle." That level of disregard is unacceptable. Manley Honda -- the dealership that sold us the vehicle and the extended warranty -- has also been completely unhelpful and unwilling to stand behind what they sold. Warranty Denial Between both dealerships, we've received no support, no accountability, and no professionalism. For a certified used Honda with proper maintenance and a purchased extended warranty, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

The detailing was excellent considering that the car was 40yrs old with original paint so extra attention had to be paid and it obviously was. The windows tint came out perfect and as for the paint touch up people really need to understand that only so much can be achieved with a touch up job and even when it comes out really good it is rarely showroom perfect even when companies do their best with what they have to work with, so the choice is simple,you either spend 6 grand or more for a new paint job or a couple of hundred for a decent touch up job. It's just not the same level anymore. Where things really went totally off was in the touch up paint job I paid extra for. It was the absolute worst touch up paint job I've ever seen. I left a review on Google and the response was ridiculously childish. They first said well we weren't doing a full repaint of the vehicle. Duh? I new that! I simply wanted the chips touched up. Then they totally changed their argument. They said well we threw in a wheel wax for ya! That had nothing to do with what I had paid for! Then their argument changed again, when they said well we gave you a mother's day discount LOL! You gotta be kidding me! None of this had anything to do with the lousy paint chip touch-up that I paid for! All they wanted to do in their excuse parade was deflect to something else. Quinn is basically a good guy, but he's got people there now that are not of the caliber he once had. Their reply to me was they were done with me and I couldn't agree more as I'm done with this shop. The professional adult response should have been to bring it by and well take a look at it to try and make it right. Instead, I received the above childish changing of topics to something else on their part. UPDATE: In response to your below reply Quinn . . . it would have been beneficial for you to check work "BEFORE" it goes out to the customer. My subsequent confirmation with two of your competitors said this mistake was on you! My previous visit to you was primo excellent. This time . . . not so much. Had the work simply been looked over you would have seen it for yourself and said WAIT! Your company contacted me WANTING a review left for what I experienced. So, I left a review per your request! Just picked up my bike from B&B. Although I had to wait a week to bring it in (which tells you how…read moremuch their service is in demand), they turned it around in a day. Changed out all the fluids (oil, coolant, hydrolics) so bike good as new (other than a near-dead TPMS battery I asked them to ignore). The bill for the service was reasonable considering the work that was done. If I weren't (regrettably) selling my bike, I'd bring it (or another one) in for service in the future.
