Not only did they reply quickly, but they also provided all the information I was looking for right away. Their pricing was very competitive, and after looking through their reviews and photos of previous work, I felt confident choosing them. Since I was new to PPF, I had a lot of questions. Sarah was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She answered every question I had and even sent photos to help explain certain things, which made everything much easier to understand. The customer service was honestly one of the biggest reasons I felt comfortable moving forward with them. The whole process took exactly one week from drop-off to pickup, which I thought was pretty quick. They also let me drop the car off the night before my scheduled appointment, which made things even more convenient. The package included: * Paint and body inspection * Deep wash * Paint correction * PPF installation * 10-year warranty * 2-year ceramic coating I'm really happy with the results. Knowing the warranty covers issues like bubbling, yellowing, and peeling gives me extra peace of mind and makes me feel even better about the investment. Pickup was a great experience too. TLDR: after the fact he said that to provide the work specified in his offer would be 2x the quote. And it seems he has fired this great 5 star team for *his* mistake. Bah. The technicians are hard working and delightful, in particular Christian. 5 stars for Christian. I don't think he is with this company any more though. If only scheduling had been the only challenge. Scheduling is unreliable, as you've seen in multiple other reviews. Three reschedules at the last minute. This is not the company to use if you have a deadline or event. Paolo offered a written scope of work, including the unambiguous "Our steam and hot extraction and removal service of stains, liquid spills, has no additional cost, it is courtesy of our company." Screenshots provided. This was not communicated to the technicians, who did not have the appropriate steam extraction equipment when they arrived. I reasonably expected the owner to send them back at a less busy time to complete the agreed upon written scope of work and at which time I would pay on completion. Nope. You can see here in the follow up messaging Paolo said the cost of the work as he had promised would be $190 more, providing justification for the cost with information he already had prior to creating the quote offer in the first place. He had the size of the vehicle, the location, and my explicit priority for deep shampoo of an older used high mileage vehicle. I also re-communicated this multiple times each time of the last minute reschedule. I am at a loss as to what I as a client could have done for better communication. This is frustrating most of all because at the time of updating this review, he is punishing his hardworking team for his mistake and I am of the impression they were fired.

Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. i got my first brand new car in december and immediately started looking up car wash and detailing…read morecompanies for future care. i wanted a place with a physical shop vs just mobile services and titan's came up as a highly rated business on both yelp and google. i appreciated the thorough descriptions of all the services on the website and competitive pricing compared to other places. with all the pollen lately, i read up on washing techniques and protecting the car's clear coat and decided to get ceramic coating done sooner rather than later so i reached out to titan's on yelp. steven replied right away and had availability for the following morning. i originally wanted level 1 ceramic plus interior detailing but he advised me to do the new car coating and i'm looking forward to seeing how all the other surfaces are protected. he explained the process and benefits of the service, which i always appreciate hearing. it took the maximum quoted time (8 hours) and my car is so shiny and smooth and looks amazing! i can't speak on the longevity of the coating just yet but hopefully it lasts a while. the interior looked dull at the time of purchase but glistens and glows now after a proper, thorough cleaning and conditioning. random oil stains and suction cup marks left by the dealership are totally gone. the gauge cluster screen and piano black center console are free of obvious scratches so these guys know how to handle sensitive areas. i'm happy with my experience here and will definitely be back! so glad i found a local place with friendly customer service and solid, detail-oriented work. 5 stars :)

That's why I'm still giving 5 stars--this is about consistency and making it right. I came in around 3:15 PM today and it was busy, but the team was moving things efficiently at first. Shortly after, an attendant let me know there were equipment issues and about a 30-minute delay. Totally understandable--things happen. After about 30-35 minutes, they started moving cars again and explained they'd be doing hand washes instead of running through the system. I want to give credit--the team stayed professional, communicated well, and worked hard to keep things going. That said, for a $45 wash, the final result didn't match the usual standard I've experienced here. The photos show it best--wheels still had buildup, interior areas needed more attention, and I didn't receive the Armor All treatment that's typically included. I'm not upset--just being real. I know what this place is capable of, and that's why I keep coming back. Today just didn't hit that mark. If someone from the team could reach out so I can bring the car back in for a proper finish, I'd really appreciate it. I only needed the inside of my car cleaned and they gave me an "off the top of their head" price- $30. I thought ok fine, I have my toddlers with me and didn't feel like driving to a self vacuum place. Well, this is the last time I EVER go there again! I had been there once before but got a more expensive package with steam cleaning on the inside so of course they did a good job because that cleaner was on it and I paid more. The problem is they have some inconsistent lazy workers that barely wipe down your car. So you pay but they don't do their job! It's the luck of the draw if you get someone good that day. I should have known better. The guy taking payment was rude and arrogant, and as I was driving away that's when I noticed so much dust on the dashboard, and many uncleaned areas inside. The only reason I didn't turn around was because I had my toddlers with me! And I'm mad I gave them a tip!! See my pictures- they didn't wipe down anything inside, didn't lift the mats, didn't clean the mats, literally the only thing I felt they did was vacuum....$30 FOR A VACUUM?!?!!!! Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place! Buy a good handheld vacuum and vacuum your car yourself and do your own wipe down, why?
