Called the team back for another project and this time I was left significantly disappointed. The service guy was awesome, taught me everything I needed to know and did everything well for the faucet. At the end; however, when it came to the bill, I was initially quoted $250 Max which is relatively high in my opinion (I sent screenshots of the faucet listing so the owner would know what they're working with for a good market quote) and once the job was done, the owner texted the service guy that because it was motion censored that it would be $385 Max. Note: I sent the info of the faucet (to the Business Owner) before I agreed to the "$250 Max" which was already a pretty high ball price since the service costed the same as the faucet piece itself. To have the price at the end jacked up to $385 unexpectedly because the owner didn't do due diligence by looking at the screenshot provided and communicate pricing expectations correctly was very disappointing. Pros: Don the plumber who works for Drainhelp is probably the best plumber I've found in San Diego. He's got 30 years of experience, can work with cement and stucco too. Seems a little expensive but he may be the best in town. Cons: [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you have a wall leak, watch out, not only will Don show up but also a mitigator from Fusion Flood and Fire will "show up" unannounced and then talk you into not calling insurance agent while he installs mitigation measures and proceeds to overcharge a huge amount.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am still fighting bills not covered by insurance from that. Sorry I didn't get the persons name that came to jet the sewer line on Labor Day. He did fantastic work even though it didn't solve the problem. He provided enough information that the city was able to send their massive truck to attempt to unclog the sewer. That truck didn't work either. Some sewer pipe liner had failed and blocked the communities main sewer line. They were able to get the clog with yet another different truck. Summary: Great for emergencies. Company was quick to respond and arrived for inspection in less than 2 hours. Ali and his team did a great job cleaning our drain. At 11 pm last night, we noticed all of our bathroom sinks were clogged or at least not draining correctly. We already had issues with our drain since March of this year but it only affected our master bedroom sink and not our guest bathroom sink. Now, all of the sinks that shared the same pipe was clogged and my husband, being a claims adjuster, thought it was bad news and not a simple draino fix.
