Being a top California Google reviewer I was asked to review this place. I walked in this establishment with my family and was excited to walk into a clean eatery with clean dishes, clean cups forks and spoons a clean table clean floors I expected to see clean chairs and a clean bathroom BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT I SAW if pictures are worth a thousand words than let me be clear mines speak 10,000 + words the tables, chairs floors bathrooms counters walls were disgusting how are these people even still open I was shocked to see Dirt, Mold of every kind in this place black, green, gray this is a Health Inspectors worst night mare how do you cook food in this place knowing that older people come here and may have compromised immune systems and yet I witnessed the tabled being left with plates and food on them for 45minutes until someone realized I was taking photos and began to clear them the forks were so nasty I requested plastic forks and spoons, I tasted the food and it was basic at best. You are feeding the public and yet there is 0 concern of cross contamination of any kind some of the Games didn't work or they malfunctioned and you lost your credit I wanted to say something so bad to the staff but I kept my thoughts to myself. In my opinion this place needs to be temporary SHUT DOWN and new flooring, tables and chairs hot steamed cleaned and the old Grose dished and cups be thrown out and replaced with plates that will not obsorb human saliva and bio fluidd that stain the plates that were clearly still filthy. And God only knows what ithe staff was thinking when there ok with leaving chipped paint, rust and mold in the bathrooms just to make a quick buck please view the pictures. read more

Never had an issue here. However tonight after spending money on 4 buffets. There was never anything other than old pizza and in over a half hour no pizza was put up. Employees were propped on the window in the kitchen laughing and joking and not prepping. Lots of people had asked for more and people started getting angry and leaving. Drinks and tea were out. No one was cleaning tables. Unfortunate this place has come to this. We always enjoyed coming here. read more

The food is cold. Nothing like cold pizza and pasta. The pizza is okay, flavor wise. But it would be better warmed up. I'm not complaining too much, I got the senior discount. But, not the greatest experience. So $6.99 worth of salad and dessert. We didn't play the games but it looks like they have a large selection of fun. read more

Just as different version if CICI's pizza. Food was good but we went there more for the grandchildren do they could enjoy some time in the arcade after. Which all three of them had a great time. Best bet is get the pizza from the trays that just show up it will be the hottest. Spaghetti sauce is okay but you can tell it is out of the can/jar. We enjoyed our time for the children. read more

She said if he wasn't a service animal he wasn't allowed which I totally understand, but her tone of voice was unnecessary and she should've been on the same page as the server who told us our shi tzu could come inside on the patio. First time at this establishment and my family and I enjoyed our time here! Very cool arcade and buffet. The food is good, nothing fancy, mainly kid friendly foods. The pizza was actually pretty good, better than Chuck E. Cheese pizza that's for sure. They had a good variety of games just be aware some games may be down. The prizes were average and the ticket prices for them were super reasonable. While we had little interactions with the staff, they were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! read more

The Service was good, everyone was nice, the gameing area was boring (as for teenagers/adults) was kind kf rigger was taking the money but not activating the system. Prices were overrated for the quality of the experience. $56 For buffet, fountain drink, and $5 game card. For 4 people. Not a bad price but $17 for all that but for 1 person is overrated. First timer, happened to come on Wednesday which is senior buffet and drink for $6.99! Friendly staff, salad bar is big and fresh and cold with plenty of options. At least 7 or 8 varieties of pizza; best bet is to grab a slice when they first bring it out, nice and hot otherwise they're lukewarm. Surprisingly good Mac and cheese. I wish I could've tried the potatoes that others have talked about, but they were missing; maybe they don't do them at lunchtime. Dessert was a pizza that looked liked apple pie, another looked like cinnamon sugar, the one I tried was s'mores which was delightful. Having been to several Gatti's with the buffet and games, this one has been the best so far. The reason being, it is "very" clean, pizza is fresh and taste great. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Seating area was very clean as well. Clean tables and floors. Didn't see old dried up old crumbs on the floor under the table legs like most places where children frequent. Gaming area was also very clean. Games were not outdated and all of them were in working order which is definitely a plus. Overall, I'll be coming to this location often. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Our first visit in about 1 1/2 years, will NOT ever be going back. Went about 6:15 on Friday. Paid for 4 buffets and $20 on game cards and of course they don't tell you ahead of time that half of the games are out of service. While paying had no idea they didn't have any pizza out and that other customers had been waiting 20 minutes for more pizza to be brought out. One shriveled up desert was out. Saw at least 2 people taking videos of the empty pizza bar. Salad bar was DISGUSTING. Took our grand daughter (3) to the restroom and she vocalized how bad it stank! read more

This Gattis refused to allow our nieces and nephew to eat with us in the dining area. They stated anyone sitting in the dining area must be a paying customer. Regardless of the fact they had already ate and were not hungry. They were there to play games which was included in the pizza order. All the manager did was keep pointing at the sign at the register. If they are worried people are trying to scam $7 for not paying they are sadly mistaken. This place is never clean anyways. We came for the nostalgia of Mr. Gattis. This place is not recommended and doesn't look safe for children. read more

They have stepped their game up with a variety of options on the buffet. Red roasted potatoes, mixed medley vegetables, pizza, pasta and salad. Their mixed medley veggies is WONDERFUL. Add some red crushed peppers and Parmesan and it's a party in your mouth. read more

The food was not bad at all and I was actually surprised for it being a buffet. The only decent buffet in town is Yank Sing so I was pleasantly surprised when coming here with my son for the first time. They are by far better then Cici's pizza. I actually caught myself craving the spaghetti and potatoes LOL. Not that it was out of this world, but it was made well, someone took the time to make sure whoever ate it liked it, as simple as the meal is. Came back today for more pizza !!! This place is no joke when it comes to customer satisfaction. The manager will make sure you are happy with food. If you don't like something they will surely make it right for you. The pizza bar is amazing. You can request a pizza that you want if it's not available in the buffet. Man oh man. 11$ and some change for a less than mediocre buffet. Started with a salad and no amount of toppings or dressings could mask the taste of the greens, they tasted like someone took the mower clippings and threw them in the bin. The other toppings seemed fresh but the salad bar was horrible. & now for the pizza.... worst pizza I ever had, considered asking for my money back but I'm on lunch for work and didn't have time. I know this place is brand spanking new, but it is a really warm and inviting place. For starters, all and I mean all employees were extremely kind and courteous from the time we walked in to eat, all the way up until game time. On top of everything else, the cost of food and games was not nearly as much as I thought it was going to be.
