What a lovely gym! Super clean, organized, lovely view…read more Also amenities are top! From the Hyperice massage machine, the vibration plate, to the Le Labo products and toiletries. But the best part is their staff, starting from Lamar, Azalaiah at the front, the cleaning crew, the private trainers in the room, super available. Overall really happy!! **1 downside: complementary parking for 2,5hr, however the lot C is 3 floors down so get ready to spinning around while calculating a full 30 minutes, up and down.

He really listened to my goals and physical limitations and recommended Jenna as the best fit. Before training with Jenna, I was dealing with recurring pain, stiffness, muscle strains, and diastasis recti. Since working with her, all of those issues have improved significantly. I became much stronger and achieved incredible body recomp results. At my 1st check in the number on the scale barely moved but I'd lost 6 inches of measurable fat from around my body and replaced lbs of fat w muscle. That's why the inbody scan is so important. I got it done beginning, middle, and end and invested in a smart scale for home. Beyond the physical results, Jenna gave me the knowledge and confidence to train on my own, and I've continued applying what she taught me. Working with Jenna was hands down the best investment in my physical health. I highly recommend meeting with David and allowing him to guide you toward the trainer who best fits your goals and needs. As for the gym itself, it's one of the cleanest Equinox locations I've been to. There is always staff cleaning equipment and keeping everything organized. If it's your first visit, be sure to allow extra time for parking, the garage can take a while to navigate. Also, don't forget to validate your parking and keep track of your ticket.

WOW!!! Just when I thought I loved the Pasadena location, this one might actually take the cake…read more The service was great from the moment I walked in; the front desk staff was so sweet and welcoming. I'd had a bad experience at the Pasadena studio with a girl named Megan, so I decided to try a different location, and I'm so glad I did. This studio is waaaay cleaner. The mat towels smelled fresh, everything felt sanitized, and the space was clearly well taken care of. My instructor, Jimmy, delivered an amazing workout, he incorporated moves I've never seen before and actually walked around correcting form, which is rare in larger fitness classes. He was fun, energetic, and really set the tone. Playlist was baddie certified! LOVED him! I also appreciated how well maintained everything was, soaps fully stocked, cozy studio rooms, and an overall vibe that felt intentional and inviting. I think this might be my new go to location. I don't even mind the drive :)

Cleanliness at this specific location could definitely be better maintained. The mat I rented that day was a bit smelly, and the towel was too, which wasn't great. That said, this has nothing to do with the staff.. the front desk is very friendly, and the instructor I had for yin was wonderful. No complaints there at all. I'd probably avoid this particular location moving forward though, that's all.

Her timing is perfect in class, she has a calming tone also that makes the class enjoyable! So I arrived early and found the parking no problem. Reina who was the lovely front desk person was so helpful, amazing and kind. Then we get into the fact that they have towel service and 2 showers!. Yes you do have to sign up for the showers and girls if it's hair wash day they have blow dryers for you to use. Full service in this location. Then we get into the class which has an open studio policy 10 minute before class. Coach Dave was awesome today. The class itself was a 2g which I typically don't like but was able to get through it no complaints. This would definitely be my 2nd choice for when I need to be in dtla if my home OTF or favorite coach isn't teaching.

There's space in the track: Minimal instrumentation & pauses that matter. (Foreshadowing the class.) The Space: Minimal/Somewhat Industrial. Front Entrance: Matte black wood, clean lines A simple check-in Props stacked right outside the room The Yoga Room: Dark. Black walls. Candlelight. No mirrors. Plenty of space between mats. (The darkness pulls you inside your space, inward.) The Class: WeFlowHard Vinyasa w/Kelly Choi We started on our backs. Kelly brought everyone into the same place: Breath. Then lightly layered in core, just enough to wake up the body and connect you inward. From there, the structure takes over: Each flow builds in three rounds: Round 1: Slow, both sides You learn it Round 2: Breath & movement You feel it Round 3: All Yours You dance it out in your rhythm You're trusted to move as a collective or at your own pace. No pressure either way. Each Flow: Flow 1: Warm-up Flow 2: Short, connective sequence Flow 3: Balance & focus layered in (Example: One-Legged Mountain Pose Airplane Shiva squat Half Moon keep going...) Just enough to hold your attention...and then release it. We finished off with light core, stretching & then suddenly...savasana. The Teacher: Kelly Choi Calm. Steady. Easy to Follow. English cueing followed by Sanskrit. She sets the rhythm and lets the structure do the work. Because you're listening to remember, your mind stays engaged enough that time disappears. Genuinely, the fastest 60-minute class. What I Noticed: It's not intense, but the structure works. Once slow. Once a little quicker. By the third round, you're not really thinking anymore. Your body remembers. Your breath takes over. And then you're just moving. (Think less, feel more.) Practical Notes: Free parking lot Lockers (with locks) Private, gender-neutral bathrooms & showers Mats & towels available for rent Props right outside the infrared yoga room The room never got too hot, just enough heat for a light sweat.

Hi Y7 Team, I wanted…read moreto share feedback about a recent Sculpt class. There were not enough towels available for our mats, face towels, or for showering afterward. About half of the class seemed to be without towels, which was especially frustrating after a heated Sculpt class. I do want to recognize Ciara, who was very kind, understanding, and professional about the situation. Unfortunately, my interaction with the other employee at the front desk was the complete opposite. She was dismissive and came across as having an attitude when I simply asked about the towel situation, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Ciara demonstrated exactly the kind of customer service I would expect from Y7, and I think the other employee could benefit from following her example in how concerns from members are handled. I understand that supplies can occasionally run out, but the combination of having no towels and then being treated rudely when asking about it was disappointing. I hope this can be addressed with the team. Thank you, Austin
