I didn't have any. He charged me sales tax, but it did not appear on the receipt. and the fact that the consumer law states that there a 72-hour buyer's remorse. he failed to give me a refund. he did not even do the diagnostic but claimed he did. if he did, he would have called me to tell the actual cost for the repairs had he done it. i am prepared to report this business to the IRS for theft of sale tax. He charged me $81.66, gave me $18.34 upon accepting my $100 bill. however, receipt showed $75. this is a federal crime. Also, I truly believe he never got to the diagnostic. I left him with the money. he and his business looked like they really needed it. the store was the day before and the next was the same. i do believe in karma.

Additionally, my iPhone comes with special plan, and it means - I did not buy it neither through "Apple"-online nor through "Amazon", directly in my Brooklyn, thus it's necessary for it to be in perfectly undamaged conditions. I repaired it on December 10th, 2023. Yesterday, on December 27th, I arrived by B6-bus, which stops exactly on their worksite, and I had Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet with me, and they sold/helped to place a new screen protector for this device. I must have waited for less, than a week, and on then - I made order with those guys for ONE screen protector. For everything, I paid $20. CONVENIENT SPOT. GOOD PRICES. QUICK REPAIR. I am happy!!!

I have been going to Eric for Repairs at 2 prior locations and I think highly of him. This time I went on 2/28/25 to fix an iphone X whose screen was "ghosting" due to a prior fiz I had while out of town a few months prior. Eric is reliable and communicative, and will not make a fix unless he lets you know the exact cost up front, and he uses good parts, and out of 2prior fixes in the last 13 years I never had a problem with those phones, and they still operate today I just upgraded models. One was an older android, and one was an iphone 5S! Although my initials are the same as the company, I have no affiliation with them, but I do recommend them, but because when I tried to find them the only listing they had was for the older address and he hasnt been on Chrstie street in 10 years at least. He is located in a pharmacy, and the sign is outside, but his work is fast, and he is courteous and efficient. Once their was a phone he could not fix as it was determined to be a motherboard pronlem and he did not charge me anything.
