Authentic NY pizza at its best! 10/10. The crust has a perfect coal-fired taste and the sauce-to-cheese ratio is exactly right,no soggy slices here. Make sure to save room for the Trio Dessert; the New York cheesecake is elite. Super creamy and rich. I'll be back!

Grimaldi's pizza is amazing! They have so many interesting and delicious variations and toppings; we got a rare opportunity to sample many of them! My running group took us there after one of our Monday night runs. Pizza was complimentary, courtesy of an In Kind partnership, and whole pizzas kept coming out...each looking more appetizing than the last and each tasting delicious! The first one I tried was to die for: Prosciutto, Parmesan shavings, mozzarella and hot honey. What a great topping combo! Some of the other delicious Chef's Selections included: MARGHERITA Tactional Pizza with Extra Famous Sauce and Fresh Basil. BROOKLYN BRIDGE Roasted Sweet Red Peppers, Creamy Ricotta Cheese and Hand-Pinched Italian Sausage atop the traditional pizza. QUATTRO FORMAGGI Mozarella, Asiago, Parmesan, Pecorino Romano & Gorgonzola Cheese. PROSCIUTTO ARUGULA Our Classic White Pizza Topped with Thinly Sliced Prosciutto, Shaved Cheese Blend and Fresh Arugula. BARBECUE CHICKEN Sweet Baby Ray's® Barbecue Sauce, Chicken, Bacon, Red Onion and Fresh Cilantro. TUSCAN VEGGIE White or Traditional Pizza, Roasted Red Peppers, Artichoke Hearts, Spinach, Garlic and Basil. THE IVY White Pizza with Garlic, Pesto, Mushroom, White Onion They even allow you to create your own pizza, and gluten-free cauliflower crust is available for small pizzas. Someone ordered a pizza with pesto and jalapeños. That was interesting and tasty! We also tried the Buffalo Chicken pizza: Fire-braised chicken breast, Sweet Baby Ray's® Hot Sauce, mozzarella, Gorgonzola crumbles and celery. The servers were incredibly friendly and helpful, making it a truly memorable experience. We sat outside, enjoying a warm evening and even warmer atmosphere.

First visit to Grimaldi's Pizzeria. The salad was surprisingly good and fresh. Pizza had a nice crispy crust, but the taste was a bit average. Not bad at all, just didn't live up to the hype. Service was solid. Overall a decent experience, just not a place I'd rush back to.

A great establishment whose pizza was delicious and filling! Staff were kind and it was evident that there were strong, open lines of communication. Music made for a noisy atmosphere inside. Outdoor seating had the radio on quiet but the background noise didn't impact one's ability to hear conversation. Outdoor seating also had the heat on when temperatures drop with the changing of the seasons which made for a cozy atmosphere. Bathrooms were small considering the size of the restaurant and the amount of maximum occupancy the restaurant was allowed. The menu had quite a bit of variety but my party stayed with ordering different types of pizza. The sizing of the pizza made it possible for either the pizza to be spit between 2-3 people or for one person to have leftovers. I liked what I ordered so I would go again!

I've always wanted to try this place out, but we came right around the "stoking" hour, so it felt a bit rushed trying to decide what type of pizza I wanted right when we were sat. The Bellini tasted so good, I had to get another! I ordered a small white sauce pizza with chicken and jalapeños. To add chicken was $4, and it seemed like they did not put enough chicken on the pizza for the cost. The 12in pizza was about $30 w/chicken, basil and jalapeños. It was pretty quiet, but once 4o clock came it started to liven up a bit. I'll def come back for the giant slice and cocktail.

Disclaimer: if you are eating here under the assumption this will be anything like the original Grimaldi's in Brooklyn then you will be sorely disappointed. Unfortunately for us, we are a tad delusional and went in with that mindset. Let's start with the good: the staff is very friendly and attentive, the options for pizza are great, and for how busy The Domain can be on any given night it's nice to be somewhere a bit more relaxed and quiet. The subway station stop decor made us feel a bit at home, which is always a welcome feeling. And for the bad (or at least not good): the pizza is just severely overpriced, almost comically so. You're telling me a 12 inch pizza with 2 toppings is pushing $30? If I wanted to be robbed like that I would just go to 6th Street and hand a vagrant my wallet. The food isn't bad per se, but it just isn't worth the price it's set at. We ordered four pies: The Don, a white pizza with chicken and sun dried tomatoes, a white pizza with spicy sausage and sun dried tomatoes, and a tomato pie with Italian sausage. Aesthetically they all looked great, and the flavors were good as well. We poured a bit of hot honey over our slices which provided it a strong zip of heat alongside some sweetness. The pizza is well balanced and would be considered decent by NY standards. Altogether Grimaldi's is a good pizza place handcuffed by the fact that they think they can charge NY prices for Austin pizza.

Eh. The pizza is ok, but the prices are insulting. We ordered an 18 inch Exxtra Pepperoni with Hot Honey for our family of 3 thinking it would be more than enough, which we were very wrong. The price for their 18 inch pizzas is close to $40 and I can safely say that their pizza is not worth those prices. The servers were cool. I definitely wanted to love this place, but would recommend Desano's over Grimaldi's which is not too far from here.

delicious thin pizza with a crispy crust (def recommend to ask for their ranch, if you are a pizza ranch person). their pizza was yummy and fresh. however i would've loved some more variety within the toppings that were offered. service was very friendly and helped a lot with our big group. overall but definitely come back when graving a solid margarita pizza.

The good about this restaurant is it is in a great area and is a very nice atmosphere. It has a ton of potential but is a chain so not sure if they can make the changes they need to get the extra *s from me. We were a table of 10 and our server was great. He did a great job of taking care of us. We ordered 5 pies and they came out fairly fast but not all at the same time. That made sense possible because of the wood fire oven but the pizza got cold extremely quick IMO. I am a fast eater and love hot pizza and by my second slice it was no longer hot. This may have only bothered me as no one else in my group said anything. I was surprised by the lack of favor on this pie that claimed to be a spicy pie. It was mild and hardly had any flavor. I am not a fan of writing negative reviews and I hope things can be fixed because I would love to give them another shot next time. The pizza are not cheap so that means they got to be memorable.

Guest beware!! DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!! We got to the restaurant and were very excited to eat here. We decided to eat a pizza that is half and half. We expected to be charged the higher price of the more expensive pizza. Instead, of a $3 difference we ended up with a $13 difference because they charged for each ingredient that wasn't on the other pizza, on top of the original price. Oh and when doing this no one said anything about how we would be charged. When I asked someone that works here they said it was how corporate wanted them to ring it up. So either they lied (I believe them and think they were being truthful) or the corporate offices want to nickel and dime customers. Either way horrible! Very disappointing and would definitely NOT recommend coming here!!

Yum! Went on a Wednesday evening and wasn't busy. Xavier served us and the service was amazing. Very attentive and made sure our orders were correct. We got half hot honey and margarita pizza and it was so good! Really big slices! I like that they give generous amounts of sauces on the side. Casual but still a good date spot. Will def be back!

It's nothing like the original Grimaldi's in Brooklyn but it's still good! Caesar salad good. Pizza is thin crust and good. I like they have "slice deals". These are really good cuz you can try multiple toppings. See photos for the menus. And if you can fit it in, don't forget the cheesecake for dessert! The bartender was our waitress even though we sat at a table. She was sooo nice. Gave extra tip just cuz of her happy and helpful personality. And I love the open feeling here. Lots of space and cool decor. I like the wine bottle chandeliers.

Great ambience. Fun indoor and outdoor seating. Tasty food. Big outdoor space for little ones to play. Convenient location. Decent pricing. The salads are served on big trays which makes sharing easy (even when I didn't really want to share my yummy tossed salad with toasted garbanzo beans and Chunks of fresh mozzarella and a super yummy dressing. The pasta and pizza tasted really good. From an owner of a few pizza places in Houston, I was disappointed in the crispness of the dough. I don't care for pizza that can hold its shape when being held. But if I just told myself it was bread instead- I enjoyed it. It was really the pasta and salad for me. We didn't try too much because we were actually surprised it was open. Many friends mentioned the desserts were to die for. Even Guy on DDD mentioned the caramel rolls were what cinnamon rolls wish they could be. He also LOVED the pastrami sandwiches. So I'd i could do a 1-10 scale I'd give it a 9 for the extra work we had to put in to align with their limited open hours and for the soggy crust. But highest marks on the rest. They also have a room you can rent out in the back or the restaurant and good parking. Next time you want pie- Give pieous a try

I've spent my life chasing the perfect crust, comparing everything from the legendary pie shops in Manhattan to the pristine corner slices in Pittsburgh. I didn't think Austin could pull off truly authentic pizza. I was dead wrong. Baldinucci is absolute sorcery. The moment I took a bite of their Roman-style pizza, I was instantly thrown back to the tiny, narrow pizzerias I stumbled into in Italy. It has that exact, hyper-specific airy crunch that is so incredibly hard to replicate outside of Europe. The dough is clearly fermented with patience. It's light, shatteringly crisp on the bottom, and has those beautiful, irregular air pockets that give it a pillowy structure without ever feeling heavy. Let's talk about the sauce, because that's where most places fail. It isn't that sugary, paste-heavy stuff you find at standard joints. It is vibrant, bright, and tastes intensely of sun-ripened tomatoes and clean olive oil. It is remarkably fresco; striking that perfect balance where the acidity cuts through the richness of the cheese without overwhelming the palate. The vibe inside the West Lake spot is casual and unpretentious, but they take their craft seriously. Food service is streamlined and efficient; you order at the counter, and they pop the slices back into the oven so they land at your table screaming hot. The staff is genuinely proud of what they're slinging, and they should be. If you are an East Coast transplant drowning in a sea of mediocre pies, do yourself a favor and get over to West Lake. It's the real deal. PS: The gelato flavors are also sorcery. However, a review of their gelato is for another time. I must continue to savor the pie for now.

They're especially known for their Roman-style pizza so I highly recommend giving it a try. As for flavors, you really can't go wrong but the standouts for me were the Potato, Chicken Parm and Lasagna slices. They also serve calzones, New York-style pizza, gelato and wine, so there's truly something for everyone. The pizza is priced by the slice, which makes it easy to mix and match like I did, though you can also order a full pie. I will say this definitely isn't cheap pizza, but you're absolutely paying for quality ingredients and incredible flavor. I ended up taking mine to go, but they do have a few tables inside and outside if you want to dine in. With plenty of parking, fast service and mind-blowing flavors what more could you ask for from a pizza spot?
