I support this business A LOT. Its my go to for my Açaí Bowls. And I take my family there as well. However, any time I try to make a call for my order, my calls get ignored. So I continuously call until someone picks up. I know others can relate. And no it can't be the phones being down- because after I've "bothered" calling them a few times they answer so rude and sound monotone. If you can't handle the job or the spikes in foot traffic, it's not my fault. Be better don't make excuses, or work somewhere else that doesn't involve customer service. do NOT order online! I placed an online order for pick up and upon pick up, the employees told me 3 of my items were not available and I will be refunded. I have not been refunded. I try to call and email the store, but no response. This experience and lack of honesty to refunded me for the items I did not get really changed my desire to want to get Acai from here again. read more

Came here with a friend after a good workout at Signal Hill and enjoyed delicious açaí bowls! We ordered the Pyramid & Local Press! They do not skimp out on the toppings and granola! Yum! Went here to try my first acai bowl. Really no strong signage on bellflower.. Thank you yelpers.. Its just south of hofts hut south of the target in lbc. Or next to the sees candy shop... Had to stop by there too! Got the "local press" bowl.. I tweaked it a bit subing extra granola instead of the shredded coconut. Delish! And a ton of yumminess. We ate this bowl 3 different times throughout the day. My kids love it! Very fresh, bright, refreshing. -got it with the almond milk base, it was creamy, fresh berries, coco nibs a great touch! Nice service.. The wait it similar to a jamba.. 5-8 min so if you are in a rush maybe call ahead? Never had an issue until today. Waited 35 MINUTES for one medium bowl. They served four people that came in after me before i got my bowl. And NO they were not call in orders; they were all walk-ins like me. Absolutely ridiculous. Idk their process of making sure it's first come first serve but it's trash. I blame management for having two teenagers who don't know what they're doing working by themselves. If you have time to waste come here. read more

I've been going to this place for years!! The bowls used to be amazing, really big with lots of fruit and granola on top and on the bottom. Yesterday we went and they are now using a smaller container (about half the size of the other one), they barely had fruit and granola on top, but none of the bottom. We were craving something sweet and refreshing and came across this juice spot that was perfectly located on the way to our final destination. I didn't know what to expect as we entered. But one of the most important parts of the experience for me is the customer service, and it was on point. I had the mango flavored smoothie which you can have with cayenne pepper, which I absolutely loved! My companion ordered a berry smoothie, which I also tried, & that was absolutely phenomenal! Terrible service! The cashier seemed bothered that she had to attend to my friends and I. Didn't smile once and didn't try to hide the fact that she was unhappy. We all were polite while ordering and she was just dry no attempt to try to hold a conversation. I used to think Banzai Bowls was the ultimate when it comes to acai bowls but Yago Juice now comes up high on my list! || food / price for quality || The portion you get for the price you pay is definitelyyyy worth it. My simple-minded self chose the Long Shore Man since it included the basic yet yummy fruits in an acai bowl. My total came out to around $9 and although I was hesitant about spending basically $10 for lunch, the amount/size that came out was soooo worth it in the end! I ended up eating only half and freezing the rest for later. || service || Service was super friendly! I appreciated when the employee offered me a small menu to look at when he realized I kept walking left and right while looking at the menu boards. Although it took quite some time for my bowl to come out, it was def worth the wait as my acai bowl came out both looking AND tasting delicious! || ambiance/environment || Place is very small and very easy to just drive by so make sure to see the location so you know where to park! As seen in my previous review, I absolutely love this place. This time I decided to switch things up a bit and got a different bowl, the QueenBee. Swapped out the pineapple topping for some banana and opted out of the extra extra honey. It was good, but next time I think I might stick to my usual and go with the Long Shore-man or the Roundabout. My five star account allowed me to get a free pressed juice with the purchase of a bowl or smoothie, so that was nice since I've been wanting to try their pressed juices for a while. Since I went later in the day, most of their juices were sold out already, but I decided to try their Beet Juice. It taste like a bunch of vegetables, haha, maybe pressed juice isn't exactly my thing, but I appreciated the five star gift. She said that it tasted funny and I'm thinking it's the Acai. The Acai tasted fine but there was a soapy aftertaste. We had to throw it away. What a waste.
