Service for small businesses is everything! I wanted this place to be our weekly go to, after my child's nearby activities...we decided to try it today. When I entered the store the woman working didn't even acknowledge us, had her earplugs on and never bother to look up or smile. I proceeded to wait while wondering if they even want our business. Finally she rings up her customer, takes gulps of her water bottle all nonchalant (sure she needs a break I get it) not sure if she washed her hands after tho. Finally walks over puts her blenders away and makes her first acknowledgement. I explained it was our first time, so we had questions along the bowl process and every question just seemed to irritate her even more. These are bowls I make at home all the time or bowls we can purchase elsewhere where our business is welcome. I just can't believe that with this economy and the amount of other competitive businesses, service isn't a priority at this location. Stopped by today to check out Coach Paolo's second shop. The new shop was spotless. The bowls were exceptional just like the original location. We had the Roundabout and the Halo-Halo which were made with fresh ingredients. The Halo-Halo reminded me of my time in the PI.
