This place is new here. The owner is a really nice guy. The staff is friendly and works hard. There is an on-site manager who's very conscientious and professional. The place is super clean and open feeling. The back area is clean too. The people work efficiently and when I was there the online orders were pouring in. It was busy and nobody got stressed out. I really like juice/smoothie places. This one is like most of them in the selections. They have juices, smoothies of different types, and bowls. They have one thing you don't see everywhere: pretzel bites heated to order. I got a lava flow smoothie, which was great. read more

I came in person to order and had to wait for over 30 minutes. There was only one person who ordered in front of me and a couple people came in for pick ups. After 20 minutes I asked if there was an update and they said they were out of strawberries and were going to get more. They didn't realize that til I asked because they hadn't even started on my order. After 30 minutes three people working I asked if I could get points on my app or something for waiting that long and was told I couldn't and the lady who spoke to me didn't even ask me anything she just said it's just the online ordering system. So happy to have Juice it Up open next door to the gym I frequent. A great and healthy addition to the plaza! Atmosphere is super clean and bright and inviting. We met the owner Wes and his son and some of the team, and they were all super welcoming and explained the menu thoroughly and gave some recommendations. My husband opted for the zone smoothie and I selected the vital proteins blue smoothie, since we just finished working out and wanted a protein based smoothie. The prices are super reasonable. I LOVED my blue smoothie. It was not too sweet and had an amazing mix of tropical flavors and tartness from the yogurt. It was blended well and super easy to drink too (sometimes smoothies can be too thick, you know?). My husband liked his as well, and if you're a peanut butter person, you'd also enjoy the Zone. The fruit was incredibly fresh, and the combination of honey and coconut was delicious. The pitaya and acai base was really, really good, with the honey adding a nice touch of sweetness. Everything tasted fantastic! Service was five star. Cashier was super friendly and helpful when asking questions about the menu. Girl who made the bowl was super sweet and asked how questions on how much honey I wanted and how sweet I wanted it. Super kind staff. I also had a sample of their mango smoothie (or mango something), and it was absolutely delicious. I can already tell this is going to be one of my favorite places. Been waiting for this Juice it Up to open ever since I saw the sign. I come here at least 2-3 times a week and I love it. Super friendly staff, they try to remember your name if your a regular. The big thing to me, the prices are definitely competitive if not cheaper than Robeks and Jamba. So definitely worth a try. They are a franchise, but its a family that runs it, so it has that family business vibe. read more

All I can say is amazing and caring customer service! I am 24 weeks pregnant and prediabetic so I can say I have a pretty restricted diet, I really wanted a smoothie as a snack. The manager and employee were so understanding and thoughtful, they answered all my questions and even took the time to looked at the nonfat yogurt nutrition list to check if there was any sugars in it. I am not typically a picky person but due to the nature of my pregnancy I have to be.
