This RV Park is awful. Our First day of our vacation and my husband was attacked by along term renter's Pit Bull. It knocked him down and grabbed his foot and attached it. My husband is now bleeding all over his arm and wrist. His wrist is now sprained because of the fall and his shoe has a hole in it where the dog had grabbed him. He went straight to the office who immediately said they were NOT responsible. My daughter is an Attorney and dissagrees. They WILL have to deal with it one way or another. This place is a dive in a bad location with homeless everywhere and now this. At least we met some nice people from. Yakima who were very nice and fun to talk to. ​We will try to focus on that. We've been living here since October and love it. The people working in the office are so kind and helpful! The pool is great and there's a playground for our kids. The park has been even better since the security gate was installed. Now there's no random people in the park. Just residents and their visitors. The noise level is low which is nice. The only noise I typically hear comes from whatever tools or machines the handyman uses to keep everything looking clean and nice. We plan on staying here for at least a few years! read more

KEEP DRIVING!!! This place is ghetto, small and NOT what the pictures are portraying. We made reservations which included all the details about the size of our RV which they accepted. We got there and tried to get to the spot assigned to us. We couldn't even make the turn onto the road to our spot it was so tight. They let all their permanent residents park along the side of the road in front of their trailers so it's impossible to even turn onto the road let alone drive down to our spot. I would guess by the looks of it that most of the trailers there were permanent residents. We went back to the office and told the girl we cannot fit. She said she had a feeling we weren't going to fit and told me she would cancel the reservation and refund my two nights which took 18 days to get back HALF OF OUR MONEY. You read that correctly. They kept one nights fee for not fitting in their ghetto park. I don't care what their cancellation policy is we told them how big our RV was so it's not our problem if it didn't fit. I told a family member what happened and she said we dodged a bullet. She was very happy we did not stay there because it is in a very unsafe area. She said there is also a homeless shelter down the street. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to my words and DO NOT STAY THERE!!! read more

We have been living here full time since February after we sold our house. We have had nothing but a good experience here! The manager Deena is amazing, as is Don. Not to mention Norm the maintenance man. They all work very hard to keep the park clean and smoothly running. On site indoor pool, laundry mat and club house. No cable but there is high speed internet that allows you to watch Netflix, Hulu etc..., security cameras and the park back gate closes at dusk. Yes, there are rules, but there should be! Follow them and you won't have a problem. We'll be here for at least another two years until hubby retires and we start traveling. But we'll always come back here when we visit family in Yakima. So the bad. the park is in a sketch area of town. so much so we were told to not leave the park on foot after dark. The good. Stephanie at the front desk was helpful and concerned and just gave great customer service. the rest. your average rv park we'll kept and clean. read more

Stayed for one night. The showers were very clean. They have an indoor pool, which looked very clean and inviting. The park is in a very convenient for getting in and out. It is surrounded by mature sycamore trees which provided great shade in the evening. Would definitely recommend this park for a nice quiet respite after a long day on the road. read more

We did come to the office to say it was unsafe to walk the pets on the side of the road. I personally on a separate occasion came to the office to apologize for not coming to pay the fee I had no idea about for me staying there. We stored poo bags under our trailer once after I got screamed at by a junkie and was afraid to go back to the road. We did find another park, unfortunately not soon enough as all in the area were full. But that's ok you kept our full $300 security deposit and pet fee for just seeing the bags once. Extremely rude personnel. The manager Don is Almost never there. They like to be in a power trip and put notes on your door for every imagined infraction. They wanted us to pay $6 each night for our 3 year old twin nephews to send the night in our own trailer whose mother is a single mom with 4 kids due to her husband leaving her. They apply some of the rules to some and not to all. Huge lawsuit waiting to happen. Very discriminatory. The supposed free wifi is not accessible. I have been here 3 weeks and cannot connect on any device any time of day. read more

This place was fine for a while, we just needed a place to stay. But after a month one employee started harassing us about the yard so we always did every thing in our power to fix the yard or not damage it at all. Months later the lady at the front desk made sure she gave us our THREE DAY EVICTION NOTICE late at night on a Saturday, knowing all places are closed on Sunday's. I do not recommend coming here, YOU WILL REGRET SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE! read more

DO NOT STAY HERE! Thief owner-Don, two-faced front desk staff-Deanna, unskilled so-called maintenance man-Norman. Constant water shut offs without notice, no hot water for 5 days straight without notice, cable issues, electrical issues, bad tasting water, trees dropped several branches on my trailer, which I was afraid it was going to punch a hole in my roof, charged bogus charges at end of term so they don't have to return your deposit; such as, hair in the drain, like who can control hair in the drain and how do you know it's mine? They charged me an extra person fee when my daughter came to visit for 5 minutes. TOO many petty rules, prostitutes and homeless literally a block down the road, hop warehouse next door smells disgusting; worse if you have allergies. I would hire Norman for simple maintenance issues that were fixed subpar and he would leave a mess that I would I get rule violation notices for. I had swept my parking space and the next day Norman blew a bunch of leaves and gravel back into my site, which I got a rule violation for to clean up. He unclogged my sewer line but spilled it under my trailer and never cleaned it up and also dumped the bucket along the back fence. I got 2 violations for his so-called work. I always cleaned up any rule violations even though I didn't do it, but I still got charged fees. Their paperwork says you're paid until 11am on one day but they would always tell me the date is wrong in the computer so that they could charge me additional days. I always talked to Deanna about the issues in the park and Norman's behavior and she assured me she would tell Don, but she was basically looking and blaming me for any BS reason to get me out because I was complaining about Norman, all while pretending to agree with me. They don't communicate issues. They charge your credit card WITHOUT permission. I once had a woman masturbating in the shower very loudly while me and my daughter were in there. Disgusting place. Disrespectful and unskilled staff. read more

Booked 2 nights here stayed about 16 hours, a Walmart parking lot would have been better, 90% full timers old RV and Trailers all about. Patches of grass they dont want you to walk on, They say they take dogs, but they dont want them, dog walk area is outside there fence in the street, Not much fun to be out there in the dark with all the homeless folks walking by, could probably score some drugs out there if your looking, oh did I forget to mention the razor wire all around the top of the fence.WI-FI did not work and there was problem with the cable, Take my advice RUN RUN RUN read more
