We could not have had a better appliance buying experience at Yale in Hanover. We completed a kitchen renovation during summer/fall 2021, and purchased all new appliances. We worked with Stan. He was very knowledgeable, listened attentively to our buying wants/needs, and directed us to appliances that he thought would work best given our preferences and project timing needs. He was honest and up-front about supply-chain related delays as well as the timing and amounts of expected price increases from manufacturers. We ended up purchasing Thermador for all appliances (except wine fridge and hood vent) through their 1-2-Free program. We ordered on 4/30/21 and all but 2 appliances arrived in Yale's warehouse by mid August (which was consistent with timing we were told to expect as "best case" scenario at purchase date). The last appliance (wine fridge) arrived just before we were ready for installation in October. Highly recommended asking Yale to take delivery as soon as appliances arrive in their warehouse; even if some arrive at different times than others. In doing so, you won't run the risk of losing the appliance as it is not allocated specifically to you from the warehouse until you schedule delivery. This obviously is contingent upon having room to store appliances if you are not ready for install. Yale is great about coming back out to install when space is ready. read more

We went to newly opened Yale Appliances in Hanover to look for kitchen appliances.What a beautiful showroom they have there ! From the moment you walk in you will be impressed. Our salesperson was Paul Kislauskis. He was excellent. He listened to our needs and was extremely knowledgeable about different product lines and individual appliances as well. We went back more informed for our second visit. He spent the time to answer our many questions. We purchased our kitchen appliances from Yale and saved A LOT over our local stores. The entire experience was smooth and professional. We highly recommend Yale Appliances and Paul Kislauskis in particular. They will be our appliance store from this point forward. Yale Appliance use to be fantastic. You bought the appliance and there were no installation issues. I recently bought a stackable washer dryer. After 2 site visits and to-date 2 installations I still don't have a completed job from Yale. Instead I have units that are too big for the space (not sure why this wasn't flagged in either of the site visits) and dryer that leaks. What makes it even more frustrating is that on each of the to-date 4 visits from Yale I get a different install technician who flags new issues and the response from Yale is "this is weird. This doesn't normally happen." I'll update this once the job is complete but based on recent installation reviews this seems to be a downward trend with Yale. Be careful buying from them -- the installation has gone down. read more

Great experience from start to finish! I appreciated that the salesman quickly assessed my level of knowledge and "dumbed down his answers and explanations just enough to meet my needs! I'm not fond anyone in sales consciously trying to show me how much they know and how little I do! I advised him of what I was looking for in general and those were the appliances he led me to. Chill it was I'd say! The delivery crew couldn't have been any nicer or professional. They were very pleasant and professional for the very short time they were here. it's not very often I feel I got a fair and square deal on any purchases of substance but right now I'm feeling just fine. I always try to purchase all of my appliances at Yale. It was a bit challenging at the tail end of Covid as it was for everyone, but they seem to be back on top as far as stock goes. Shout out to Kenny Keefe in the Hanover store. I just purchased a washer and dryer from him and it was a totally seamless experience. Henry and the delivery team were wonderful. Very personable and even helped me clean the dryer hose and the floor. I have had Matt from their service department here for my refrigerator and they have always been excellent as well. You can't go wrong with Yale. They definitely have the process perfected! read more

I never write any type of reviews, but I had to on the service from Yale Appliance in Hanover MA. My wife and I went in looking to purchase a new refrigerator and dishwasher to their Hanover location and were greeted right at the door and was guide to were we could view the product. While we were looking at the product, Stan Pendrak from Yale came over asked if we had any questions and helped us from there. Incredible knowledge of the product lines and was not pushy at all. We went into the showroom in Hanover to look for a new dishwasher since we were in the area. We were very impressed with the warm greeting and knowledgeable front desk staff member. She sent us to the area to browse until Michael Monahan, salesperson came to meet us and give us assistance. The delivery was set for a week out and Mark and his team member were so professional and efficient. They removed things to get access and left our kitchen exactly as it was before they arrived but with a brand new dishwasher installed. We are so happy that we went with Yale! read more

We purchased a new Bosch dishwasher to replace an older model (both bought at Yale). The salesperson was helpful & truthful about the wait time for installation. Dan & Walter came today & installed the new dishwasher. 5 stars aren't enough praise to compliment their skill & professionalism. Install couldn't have been better. They worked hard to level & square the machine in the cabinet space. They were neat & careful with our oak kitchen floor & a real pleasure to deal with. Whole experience was terrific. We needed a washer and dryer for a location that was very tight on space and even tighter access. We wanted a full size W&D. Yale helped us identify the perfect W&D to meet our need. They sent out a crew to measure our space and access to confirm prior to our placing our order at no additional cost . Yale has been my go to place for appliances for over 30 years and they never disappoint. We recently replaced our oven and it needed customization to the existing cabinet. They were professional, measured and remeasured and the made it better than before. Kudos. I also had a couple of repairs to a non-functioning ice maker and burner and those were quickly dealt with. Laid down a piece of plywood to be respectful of the hardwood floors. Removed the old piece and brought in the new piece. They took all the trash. They made sure everything was as desired. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and amiable. They worked neatly and cleanly, respecting their surroundings. Yale is reliable and dependable and honest. Use them! Also, I loved that fact that when you schedule someone to come out they provide a way to track the person's schedule so you don't wait around all day. Very knowledgeable, and honest, sales people. Terrific service. Installers showed up on time, were wearing masks and cleaned up beautifully after the install.
