I think that all of the negative reviews speak for themselves and the responses from B&G employees are pretty awful. Stay away....$200 for an oil change and a new pull cord is ridiculous. December 20' update l - the $200 pull cord dry-rotted and broke the first time that I pulled it this year. I've had pull cords outlast engines. Not only did they overcharge me, they also used poor quality parts.

I went to enter the claim on their site and immediately noticed two things - one, Today is Nov 3 2018 but their automated response has the date June 7, 2018 on the top. Not good, but maybe just their software. Two, the very first thing says how they don't guarantee against "bad storms". Hmm... who gets to determine that? Finally, they want me to take a shingle off the roof to send to them - which would damage the installation. Now I see these bad reviews. I'm really hoping they've made some changes to their customer service otherwise it sounds like a class action suit or even small claims. I"ll adjust this review as I get through their process.

Mowers n' More took a few days to set the appointment and 90 minutes in my driveway. He breaks the tractor down, cleans it, changes the oil and gas filters, and spark plugs. He was on time and left my driveway clean and was no more expensive (maybe cheaper) than my former tune-up guy. The scheduling of the appointment is done all over the internet. Very easy.
