The mocha and banana tasted like water down chocolate milk and the mango had a sour and nasty like dirty dish taste, I called and talked to the same lady that took the order and all I got was a 'I explained to him that we were busy' not even an apology, then I asked what could be done about the drinks and she said that I could get them remade but I told her I wanted them refunded and said 'like I said' 'you can bring them back and have them remade, other ways I can't help you'. I once again asked her for a refund instead since we had literally just a sip from it and said that we could get one if they were sealed or if they haven't been drink from. I've been a customer for a while now and this experience has completely ruined my experience, since this place it's already on the pricy side the horrible service makes it not worth it.
