But it was a good roll, tasted fresh. The spicy edamame was a great starter as well, perfectly seasoned. The restaurant was empty aside from a few people walking in to pickup, one waitress but she was very attentive & kind. I appreciate her checking in but not too much. Made sure we had everything we needed as soon as we sat down. The vibes are nice but it is pretty quiet considering it was empty, no music, or tv on. I can definitely see this place having great potential, reminds me a lot of Sansei in Reedley. Would def return

Food: 5 The tonkotsu spicy and shoyu spicy ramens were delicious. Both came with a whole egg cut into two halves and two decent size chashu meat, along with your typical ramen veges. The noodle was cooked well and the portion was good. We also ordered the Hokkaido (baked) sushi roll which was very tasty, but I have to admit all the good looking ones with the best names are on the raw sushi side. Overall very satisfied with the food. Service: 5 The gentleman has great etiquette and service and assistes with recommendations as we were first timers here. He is a large part of the experience being amazing and quiet honestly an example of the standard for quality service. Overall a great experience and we woulddl definitely return.
