It kept announcing, "customer service needed in the pain and sleep section". This went on for like 10 minutes. Finally went to front checkout, which was empty, and the cashier came back and helped. I dont mind things being locked up. But waiting over 10 minutes for an unlock (who knows how long if I didn't go to the front) is just crazy; especially in such a small store. I talked to the CVS complaint, Customer Relations Department, they confirmed that they have violated company policy for photo services! Stay away from these mentally unstable self-claimed supervisors / employees who couldn't tolerate a regular customer who wanted to purchase family holiday photos with her own money!! Honestly, the only people who come here just to complain tend to be difficult customers. There's constant traffic, and unfortunately, a lot of theft--so yes, they limit what's out on the floor for a reason. Staff also deal with people coming in yelling or even being aggressive, which most customers don't see. If you had to wait 10-15 minutes, it's honestly not unreasonable. This isn't a drive-thru. A little patience goes a long way. That said, it's actually a good store with loyal, hardworking staff who do their best. The store is clean, well-stocked, and self-checkouts are almost always open. Most of the time, you're greeted when you walk in or at least see staff available. The makeup department specially Ileni & Connie are so nice. This store is consistently being stocked, and someone usually helps you within a few minutes. They'll explain sales and how to use your CVS ExtraCare card, and they're genuinely willing to help you shop if you ask. The photo department works mainly through the CVS Pharmacy app--if you use it correctly, your order is usually smooth. If not, that's more of a user error situation. Food items are always available, and I've never seen anything expired or questionable in the fridge. As for the pharmacy--understand they are extremely busy, especially with a hospital just minutes away. It's a 24-hour CVS Pharmacy location, so yes, expect lines and sometimes a tired or direct pharmacist--they're working around the clock. Bottom line: this is not your average CVS. It's high-volume, high-demand, and the staff are doing the best they can under pressure.

He wanted to check it out since the one by our church had closed down and we hadn't stopped by one in a while. It felt a little bit eerie going in there since everything felt too in its place, quiet, and like a blast in the past because of how long we hadn't bin in a Rite Aid. I was bummed that they didn't have a wall of frozen desserts to pick their Thrifty ice cream from or maybe I missed it? Anyways, we and our way to the ice cream counter and got ourselves some ice cream with my go to always being Chocolate Malted Crunch, but was able to get a taste of my husband's Cherry Garcia ice cream. Would have tried a different flavor if they let us sample ice creams, but they don't. Both were as good as I remembered though we wished there were more cherries in the Cherry Garcia.
