If I had other options, I might consider them after interacting with her. Maybe don't join customer service if you feel that way. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time to be let inside and wait longer for the doctor. As mentioned by others, they tend to pack in appointments. My daughter started orthodontic treatment with Vivian Lee Orthodontics about four to five years…read moreago. Before choosing this office, we consulted with several orthodontists. What convinced us to come here was the treatment plan they presented. We were told that their approach had a very good chance of improving my daughter's lower jaw position through counterclockwise rotation. I specifically asked how likely this outcome was, and was told the probability was quite high. Based on that recommendation, we chose this office even though the total treatment cost was about $2,000 more than other orthodontists we had consulted. Unfortunately, toward the later stage of treatment, we were told that the expected jaw correction could not be achieved. When I asked what could be done about my daughter's lower jaw, I was told that surgery would essentially be the only option in the future. We had made it very clear from the beginning that we strongly wanted to avoid surgery, so this was extremely disappointing, especially after several years of treatment based on the expectations originally presented to us. Since the orthodontic treatment was already near completion, we had little choice but to accept the result. We were then told that treatment was finished and were asked to sign the treatment completion paperwork. Less than a year later, my daughter's lower teeth and dental arch began shifting significantly. We contacted the office again because we wanted to see whether her lower teeth could be corrected. I explained that during that year she had not worn her retainer 24 hours a day as consistently as she should have. We were told they would review her case and contact us within three or four days with possible treatment options. I waited nearly a month and never received any follow-up call or message. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. My biggest concerns are the large difference between the expectations presented at the beginning of treatment and the final result, as well as the lack of follow-up when we later asked for help. I'm sharing our experience so other parents can take it into consideration and ask very detailed questions before choosing this orthodontic office.

Once done, the dentist came in and we started with the crown replacement. I was there for about 3 hours, but not too bad given the amount of work I had done. Prices for their services seem reasonable, and they even had a promotion for a $100 off dentistry with a can food drive during the holidays. The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly/knowledgeable, and they're always very accommodating to my schedule. They also have a second location in West Covina, but I haven't given that one a try yet.

When I have my insurance call them, they say I owe nothing. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE IVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS. DO. NOT. GO HERE. i regret EVER going there. After the procedure she would message me to see how I was doing, she's very sweet. The second time I went it was a breeze. I knew what to expect, no pain and gums healed perfectly.
