I finally email back and the owner reply "I sent a message to the shipping dept." That's all you say? Didnt want to look into it? Shift the blame if there was a shipping department. I dont think he had the intention of ever sending a replacement hoping i'd go away silently so i just disputed it with my credit card company which gave him 3 weeks to reply. The audacity of this owner to send me an email first before replying to my credit card company saying he wont be shipping a replacement anymore just blew my mind( i confirmed my suspicison as i called my credit card company told me they got no response from him yet.Complete lack of professionalism and ethics was the first negative experience since getting into fishing, the community is great but i guess this is why we cant have nice things

The park rangers have always been helpful with directing traffic and making sure runners don't veer off course. There are buildings throughout the park with plenty of bathrooms : CLEAN bathrooms! , There is also a small gift shop & Cafe that is open for " most" of the year . . You can definitely " Get lost" here , if that is a goal...and daydreami. There are wide open smoother paths as well as paved walkways & more paths you can track through the woods. There's different water displays with the river running throughout the park iWe got to see a few animals in nature. : a Hawk. Dear, chipmunks. to start. Any time of year this park is beautiful. S if you're in the area or even if you're not in the area, it's definitely worth the drive in the season. It's a MY Star park so they take the NYS EMPIRE PASSPOET or pay cash at either entry . I know there are at least two ways to get into the park. With plenty of parking and again they only charge parking fees during peak season. Bundle up agates this weather breaks, it's good for you to get out there for fresh air and exercise in the dead winter. ( an you tell I am a mom? ) I love this place, I am just trying harder to try to see more of what Long Island has to offer as far as Parks & trails. Oh, at the beginning of one of the trails it had a sign and showed different plants and bushes. And we had identified all 10 of those even though it was I believe late November when we came here. He made certain that we were fed always providing a box of Popeye chicken with biscuits giving us a bottle of water and soda and walking around the boat asking is everyone okay. Fishing buddies of America has seen a lot of members come and a lot of members go. I was very happy to be a part of a fishing trip that took place in North Carolina on a 24-hour fishing vessel where we caught lots of Vermilion snappers the size limit and the limit for two days as well as Grunt and triggerfish. It was my first experience and a great one. It's sad to say though in 2018 Mr Ernest Fernandez passed away. He does have friends of fishing buddies of America who are running their own charters as a matter of fact there is a trip on June 9th the boat is almost full will be a dedication to miss the earnest Fernandez will we will dedicate to the sea memories of mr. Fernandez. I think that is a great way to pay homage to him. We will also fish on this day in memory of mr. Fernandez for one of his favorite fish porgies. I can see the smile on this man face now catching two parties at one time. Nonetheless great man and a great time I had with him fishing with fishing buddies of America tightlines forever mr. He was able to take 6 for a banana boat ride while 2 sat in the boat and took pictures. We had 11 people for the banana boat so he made 2 trips for us. Everyone had a great time from the youngest (5 yrs.) to grandma and grandpa. Keith was so accommodating to all the needs of our large group and everyone liked him so much. My husband and boys went fishing and caught a couple fluke. The boys were excited to catch a couple of crabs and robinfish as well. We definitely felt like VIPs and we will only use Fire Island VIP for our yearly vacation from now on! Thanks for a great time we all thought it was awesome!

After weeks of failed attempts to make contact I decided to email them. After several back and forth emails over the course of a few days (they only send responses in the middle of the night) I requested someone call me directly to book an appointment because I was told that time slots available on the website were actually NOT available. I never heard back despite continued follow up. When contacting Groupon to put in a claim I was advised there were many complaints for the same reason. Don't waste your energy.
