I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this salon multiple chances, I feel it's important to share my experience. One of the main reasons I kept coming back was because my favorite nail technician works here. Otherwise, I would have stopped visiting a long time ago. On one visit, I asked for nothing more than a simple trim to remove my split ends. I left looking exactly the same as when I walked in. There was no visible difference, yet I was charged a premium price for a service that didn't deliver the result I requested. What bothered me even more was the atmosphere. Instead of feeling welcomed and comfortable, I felt watched the entire time. Some staff members would often look at clients while talking among themselves, which made me feel uncomfortable and unable to relax. Another thing I found unprofessional was that, during business hours while the salon was full of clients, the owner would sometimes gather a few employees in one corner of the salon. They would stand there laughing loudly and having conversations unrelated to work. As a customer trying to enjoy a service I was paying for, I found this distracting and unprofessional, and it took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. A salon should be a place where clients feel respected, comfortable, and valued. Unfortunately, that was never my experience here. The only reason I continued coming was because of my nail technician, who is talented, professional, and always did an excellent job. I've never been so disappointed. After calling and asking for pricing for a mani/peti and getting answered $40, I decided to give this place a shot. They're punctual with their service. Regular mani/peti there is NO BASE COAT, they said the polish doesn't require it. The mani has no cream just uneven polish application, a thick top coat which caused bubbles (in some areas so thick it didn't dry), and cuticle oil. She cleaned the cuticles but it took a WHILE. For peti the exfoliation is properly done. She waited a while for the one polish they had and then ruined it by rushing the top coat as seen in the photos. Then at check out they asked for $80. The receptionist said it's $40 per and that I understood wrong. The only great parts were the exfoliation and the cuticle removal. I would never return to this establishment. Also, parking is a nightmare, 2 spots available for what looks like can be servicing 10 people at the same time not to mention the manicurists. read more

I called for last-minute pedicure appt and the receptionist was able to give me a 12:30 appt - perfect bc I had a 2 hour lunch. Well, I should've heeded some of the bad reviews but I figured my co-workers thought it was a decent nail salon/experience (they had gone once). I got there 5 minutes early and checked if they could also do a manicure - they said yes but not simultaneously so the whole thing would take about 50 minutes. I didn't get seated for my pedicure for another 45 minutes! So I told the receptionist I would skip the manicure due to time but she insisted everything would be finished at the same time. Fine... The result was 1 toe and 2 fingers that were bleeding around the cuticles. One of them never stopped bleeding while I was there even though the girl was trying to get it to stop. Now blood doesn't bother me, and I'm often able to tolerate discomfort but the girl said I was "sensitive!" I think it was more because she used a nail burr under my cuticles, and then cut them that made me bleed. On top of that I had to remind them that I needed to leave to get back to work. I ended up being late and the whole appt ended up being an hour and a half (and I'm sure they didn't do everything that they would have normally done during their pedicure/manicure appts). I've never had such a bad experience getting nails done. Hopefully they sterilized their instruments as they claimed they do bc this could be a serious health issue! read more

This is just plain rude. I leave with headaches. So I complained at the front desk and few minutes later owner Karine called me. I told her that neither me nor my sister or my mom or my friends will ever come to the salon. She told me " will $100 gift card make u happy. I would love for u to come back and try again and schedule with Julie" even the owner knows that Julie is the only one who works right. So today I decided to call and give it a try again. Regular pedicure and gel manicure took them 2 hours and 20 minutes. I am not even counting the 15 minutes I waited even though I was told there is no wait. It seemed that they were trying to do a good job, but were just incapable. For example, I was offered coffee when I went in so it seemed they wanted to make me happy, but while working on me, my manicurist literally answered her cell phone like 5 times and was taking pictures of some envelope and sending it to someone. Oh, and she went into the break room in the middle of my manicure to take lunch. I loved the shape of my manicured nails. The quality of my pedicure was terrible. They put my feet in cold water (yeah, not even warm), and barely even scrubbed. Again, it seemed like they were trying, but were just not fully capable.
