The women that supply the services here are phenomenal. they…read moredo tend to run a little late, but their work is impeccable, so it's fine. They are kind and thorough they go out of their way to mani and pedi you to your hearts content, with several options in the pedicure section if you want fizzles and your dry cracked feet to be smooth and presentable this is your saving grace!!!! Tiffany and her team are amazing! my favorite is Hanna For nails and Tina for toes ;) if you come here you won't be disappointed even if you're a little late to start!!!!

"UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:"…read more Thank you for the apology regarding the cuts, but I need to clarify the facts regarding the severe damage done to my natural nail layers. Since you claim my "before" picture could have been taken at any time, I am explicitly uploading additional photos of my nails from throughout this year to show a consistent history of my natural nail health. The "before" photo I provided was taken exactly two days prior to my appointment. My natural nails were incredibly strong and long--so much so that your technician explicitly looked at the undersides of my nails during the appointment to verify if they were my real nails or extensions. A tiny bit of gel lifting on two fingers does not change the fact that the rest of my nail beds were perfectly healthy before walking into your salon. Regardless of what base was on my nails, a professional gel removal should never result in raw, painful "rings of fire" and bleeding cuticles. The e-file was used recklessly, and too many layers of my natural nail were taken off. Free cuticle oil and nail strengthener cannot instantly fix over-filed, physically thinned nail beds that now hurt to the touch. I am sharing my experience and this undeniable photo timeline so others are aware of the risks to their natural nail health.

Best service in Burbank. My go to salon…read more Staff is very friendly, salon is very clean. Highly recommended!:)

I went here to get my gel removed, I called ahead, they had availability and said it would be $10…read moreto get them removed, which was perfect so I went! I went in and the nice technician started removing my gel, at the end of removing my gel she asked 'do you want me to cut your cuticles for you?' And I said 'if you don't mind that would be appreciated!' She cut my cuticles and I went to wash my hands and was ready to pay. However when I went to pay, the receptionist told me it would be $45, I asked to confirm the price because all I got was my gel removed and she told me because I agreed to having my cuticles cut, it was now considered a manicure and 'she did the service so I need to pay it.' To which I asked for clarification because she did not paint my nails, do a clear coat, soak my nails, or any of the other services that come with a manicure. She said I could get a polish if I wanted to and I considered it but then I asked again is there no way to pay a little more than the gel removal fee because yes she did cut my cuticles but it feels unfair that since they did not communicate that uncharge to me that I would be expected to pay for a service I simply did not get. She said I should have asked for the prices when she offered to cut my cuticles and I said that doesn't feel fair because I've gotten gel removed before where they just cut my cuticles without asking so why would I have assumed it would be a $35 add on to my $10 service. The receptionist then told me to leave and she would rather me not pay than argue with her. I explained I was not arguing and I do want to pay, $45 for a service I did not receive feels unfair but I would not be leaving without paying. I took a $20 out of my wallet and put it on the technicians table and left. I paid double what I would have paid for the service alone, I will not let someone think I'm trying to not pay service workers, she deserves to be paid, however, I am not okay with trying to be scammed out of $35 for a up-charge that was not communicated properly. I do not recommend this shady behavior in an establishment, sorry for the miscommunication but this could have been handled so much better than it was.
