Tender with a nice slight crunch from the fried battered outside. 2) Sauteed string beans with minced pork - Delicious, especially eaten with rice to sop up the flavor from the minced pork and pickled veggies. The string beans are flavorful. It is a salty, savory, slightly sweet flavor with the right crunch on the green bean.
