We wanted to try this place after seeing it on Yelp! We ordered a few appetizers and a noodle dish! "Xiao Long Bao" Soup Dumpling - the skin was too thick and not much taste! Yao Fuzi Spring Roll - Marinated shredded chicken and mixed vegetables served with honey citrus dipping sauce. (Didn't taste any chicken in the roll) Chicken Lettuce Wrap - the filling was too salty! Salt and Pepper Shrimp - this was the best out of all the dishes we had! Yaki Udon -Japanese udon noodles stir-fried with onions, bean sprouts, and carrots, with shrimp (the sauce was really salty) The waitress was not too friendly! The ambiance was noisy and really dark inside the dining area!

Inconsistent. That's my overall impression of this Chinese restaurant that has been in Plano for years. In my recent visit, my Kung Pao Tofu was barely edible. The sauce was soooo overly sweet. Clearly too much hoisin and the expeditor was on break! Also there were no vegetables and no peanuts. You can imagine the texture. Yeah.........Also the fried rice- oh, it's on par with Panda Express. Don't get me wrong- I like Panda, but their fried rice is 1/8th of the price. On the same night hubby got the founder special. It was cooked to perfection and the sauce was nicely flavored. Will I return? Not likely.

Verdict: felt the place was too overpriced for they're serving. Here's what we got: Apps: - Blue Crab and Cheese Wontons: very little blue crab and cheese. We could mainly taste the crispness of the wonton - Spicy Ahi Tuna with Asian Pear Summer Rolls: all we could taste here was lettuce and tuna and mainly the lettuce. Entrees: - Crispy beef: good but not worth $34 - Fuzi prawn: way too sweet. Side: - lo mein: For $9, I expected way more noodles than what we got. In fact, for that price, I would've expected the lo mein to include vegetables as well. The restaurant itself was dimly lit and had thoughtful decor, but I don't think that should be reasoning for higher pricing. Our server was kind, but service overall was slow.

This establishment has a very relaxing ambiance, dim lights, and very great service. The crispy beef was the star dish of the hour, although their dumplings were also very well made and flavorful. Prices were fair, and I enjoyed my meal!

Really wanted to like this restaurant but was underwhelmed. I had the Kung Pao chicken and my wife had beef with broccoli. My sweet and sour soup was pretty basic and my wife enjoyed her egg drop soup. Kung Pao chicken was okay but the fried rice was undercooked and not seasoned. My wife thought her beef with broccoli was very tender but a little spicy for her. Spring rolls were good. Service and ambience were good but I was disappointed in my meal.

This place is absolutely made for a group outing, and we're already planning to come back with a group to take full advantage. The food was a delight. The Singapore noodles had this wonderful curry flavor that I absolutely loved, and the combo fried rice was just as satisfying. We also ordered the Peking duck (P1 on the menu). It was good, though not quite as flavorful on its own as we'd hoped. That said, once you load it up with the hoisin, cucumber, and spring onions, it all comes together beautifully. The bao buns that came with it were soft and delicious, honestly a highlight. We also sipped on hot jasmine tea throughout, which was the perfect, refreshing complement to the whole meal. A solid spot with great vibes, tasty dishes, and room to grow on us even more with a return visit.

But regardless, we didn't have enough skin so asked if we can get 2 more skins, even if we had to pay for them. The waitress barked at us that it comes in 10-pks and that she can't get us just 2 pieces. Fine, but there's no need to be annoyed and roll your eyes at us. The service was much to be desired. We ordered the A-Choy vegetable and it was awful, old and yellow and not cooked well. It's like they didn't sauté it in a hot enough wok so it wasn't crispy. So disappointing this time. Don't get me wrong, the Peking Duck and the soup that comes with it were still pretty good. Thus the second star.

We have dined at this location often over the last five years. Our recent visit (yesterday…read moreevening)was less than satisfying. We were seated ( party of four)next to a larger table in the corner of the restaurant. When we ordered, they only took our appetizer order and we had to wait a long period of time before they would take our entree order. During this time, a large table next to us filled up with 6 people who were making so much noise that our table could not even hear each other's conversation. The larger table occupants were loud, rude , and obnoxious. We asked our waitress to do something and the wait staff ignored our request to intervene on our behalf for calmer demeanor from them. Finally , someone from my table had to address this personally and confronted the loud group and asked if they could tone down their enthusiasm so we, and other patrons, could enjoy our evening at the restaurant. They only cut the noise for a few minutes and started again with the loud voices and over boisterous laughter . We were greatly disappointed with the staff and the overall establishment. We normally have a nice dinner with the attentive wait staff and enjoy our menu choices. Because our concerns were not addressed, we don't feel respected and wonder if we will dine again here.
