I decided to try this new Thai fusion restaurant a couple weeks ago and am excited about having this place not far from me. It's a build a bowl type concept with Thai/asian cuisine. I love the customization aspect & wondered if it would be seasoned well. To my pleasant surprise it was delicious and didn't need any seasoning at all added. They make their own sauces & those were such an awesome added touch too. What's even more impressive is the owner came over several times to check on us, brought us extra items such as more napkins, more milk for my Vietnamese coffee and extra utensils. This speaks volumes when owner/mgr comes by and takes their time speaking with me as well as getting feedback. I'm headed back there again today and have already told several friends about it. Only 1 plate and some spring rolls, so take this with a grain of salt. So far this is OK fast food. I came for the many 4-5* reviews. A few strengths - Their ordering system is good- you can see pictures and details about ingredients of everything. - You can customize in many ways - You can opt out of cilantro the hell-spice - Service was very good. When I ordered, I mistakenly clicked "extra cilantro" instead of "no cilantro" without realizing it for some veg spring rolls. I realized my mistake quickly and they were glad to make a new spring rolls order. - Food came fast Ok.... The garlic soy stir fry bowl was ok at best. Overall it was dry, and so the flavor was bland (which I don't expect from garlic/soy anything). I don't expect stir fry to be very saucy, but this was too dry to enjoy. Veggies were good & crispy and rice was the way I like it (the veggies and rice provided a small amount of moisture I think as the saving grace). But the beef was very dry and the soy/garlic sauce showed up most in the color of the top of the rice. I may try this place again if I am in a pinch and if I try other menu items. read more

On the other hand, my partner had the Lemongrass Ginger Stir Fry. It had a brighter, zesty flavor and was just as good. Service: Excellent! Ordered through a kiosk, which was a pretty straightforward experience, and the person at the front was helpful with understanding how to make modifications. I liked being able to see exactly what was going into my dish and being able to customize it. The cost is comparable to most dine in or take out thai places in the county ($15-ish for a noodle bowl). To give them a fair shot I ordered Chicken Pad See Ew - a dish I have probably had 100 times from dozens of different restaurants in dozens of different states and cities. I was surprised to see included were; cherry tomatoes and chopped iceberg lettuce, neither of which have EVER found their way into my Pad See Ew, so I removed them from my meal. I chose "Spicy" for my heat and added chicken. My friend and I took our seats and our meal was brought to us by a very kind gentleman who asked us if we needed anything else. The dish looked fresh and was piping hot. Before I dug in, I was surprised to see my friend's Pad Thai dish had neon yellow noodles, also something I've never seen at a Thai restaurant. My dish was cooked well but my first bite told me everything. The sauce was not a traditional Thai sauce, it tasted like soy sauce and bbq sauce, maybe some ponzu mixed in. It was runny like liquid, not thick like a sauce. The spice was not Thai spicy with spices or fish sauce, it was spicy like siracha or jalapeno. The kind that burns your tongue because it's hot, not spicy. The noodles were fine, but the flavor was lacking. And the chicken was really disappointing. It is NOT grilled chicken. It's a breaded chicken cube that I thought was tofu at first because it was almost gummy in texture. When I looked back at the picture of the chicken on the screen menu I see it's not grilled chicken although they call it "chicken". The service was great and the restaurant inviting and clean, but the food did not impress. For the same cost I'd go to another Thai place to get more authentic Thai. read more

I like that everything is served in a ready to go dish so it's easy to take home your leftovers. Wow! This place is amazing! I would have never known to try this. Inside feels like a fast food lounge but also restaurant. You order at kiosk in front the they bring the food to you. My drink was nice, but our chicken wings I didn't care for I felt like they had a bad scent to them I dunno bc I love me some chicken wings. I also got some edamame- good! And Thai noodles - very good as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone to try looking for something different and good. This place absolutely deserves 5 stars! It's a fast casual restaurant and they even have drive through. It feels like a cross between a fast food restaurant as well as a regular restaurant with service since you do not have to bus your tables and they bring your food out to you. Waiting time was a bit faster than a typical restaurant but not as fast as like a fast food place. It'll probably depend on how busy it is. Now on to the food, we loved everything we got. The wings are amazing and the sauce is so flavorful. It was crispy and fried well too. I appreciate how you can modify everything in your order from spice levels to taking out ingredients. Some standout dishes include the pad thai which has shrimp and fried tofu pieces by default, the tiger noodles and pandan coffee soft serve. You can get either pandan or coffee or twist that I highly recommend the latter!!! The mix of flavor is so good and it really gives a good balance. Fast casual Thai! Gorgeous design both outside and inside, making it feel a little nicer than your average quick service spot. We especially liked that they served beer, wine, and a few cocktails, overall making for a great casual date night. Tried out this new spot and loved my experience! We walked in and were greeted by the servers on how to order. They have tablets to make your order. It was easy to use as well as easy to customize meals. We got the Drunken Noodles, Wings & Basil Fried Rice. The spice was surprisingly hot and the food all tasted great. They also have a homemade sriracha on each table which I thought was a nice touch. I also saw they have a drive through which is a bonus for days you want Thai and quick. A new fast, casual Thai restaurant at the old Chick Fil A building. Beautiful space with kiosk to order food from. I ordered their wings which came with size decent size tender and juicy wings tossed in a tangy garlic lemongrass sauce. It was sweet, savory, salty good. I also had their Drunken noodles which is one of my favorite Thai noodle dish over Pad Thai. It has the right amount of saltiness and sweetness to it on top of the spicy level you prefer. If you have been to their Southlake sit down restaurant location this place is just as good quality, but you get the convenience, of casual fast food. You can self order at the kiosk and benefits of modifying any ingredient of the dish, and self serve refillable drink. You get to monitor the status of your order on the tv screen. I had a pineapple fried rice and honestly it tasted nothing like a pineapple fried rice. It just didn't have that wok flavor and the pineapples were not prepared well. I couldn't eat much of this dish. 3/10 I also had a noodle dish with chicken and broccoli. It didn't compare well to how this normally tastes with the brown sauce. It kind of had a sticky and too sweet feel. So this place is probably one of the cleanest restaurants I've been to in a long time. The interior decor is very good. Has some really good music playing. The ordering experience is awesome. You go to the counter and they have several kiosks that you can order from these are not kiosk like McDonald's have, but these are actually well-thought-out and well functioning kiosks I've had several meals here, including Pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Both are exceptional, and you can order it with your level of spice that you want. the staff are amazing.
