went here for a nice dinner before going to a concert. lots of yummy sounding food options on the menu - but we both went with the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak! I got a side salad with mine w/ balsamic dressing, but I did try a couple of my friends fries as well. both sides were very good and of course the sandwich definitely did not disappoint! for drinks we got an espresso martini and the painkiller, both were perfect! also there were a good amount of tv's for the people who were into the football game that was playing - which added a little bit of a casual sports bar vibe to the nice semi-upscale atmosphere/decor they had going on. overall very good experience, and was in walking distance from our hotel which was a plus! read more

To go service was awful. Staff was rude and slow. I asked if my food was ready and they said no without checking (they were very busy) the food was sitting in a bag behind them. They continued to talk to each other and someone brought another several orders out. They went through those names then "re-called" the bag that had already been sitting there. Took about 10 minutes for them to give me the bag that was sitting there when I walked up. Food was good though, just not as warm. Weekends are very busy. read more

The cheesesteak is pretty good. Service however is very very slow and they serve so many beers, it's common that they bring the wrong ones to the table. Have seen it several times. Bar is woefully understaffed so you'll wait 30 minutes for the IPA you didn't order because you don't like IPA's, but don't worry the waitress will assure you that the obvious IPA in your hand is in fact the honey blond you ordered. read more

As a long time Yard House Patron, I have to confess that this location is in need of an overhaul. Sunday afternoon.... We bellied up and were ignored for a good 10 min by the 3 bartenders. When the waiter finally acknowledged us, provided menues and asked for our order about 2 min. later giving them to us!..we ordered..I went to the Men's room...they were out of paper towels....I told the bartender....We ate our Calamari and chicken lettuce wraps...BTW, The Chicken for the wraps was inconsistently chopped with big chucks if chicken mixed in...which I had to chop up with my knife...Once done eating, my girlfriend had to flag down the waiter. I returned to the bathroom to wash my hands .....and nope, still no paper towels....I've been here several times over the years and this was a disappointment for the quality normally experienced at the YH. read more

Huge fan of this spot, been a few times, last time we went in we got an entree we weren't big fans of, and Greg and our server Nami were very understanding and appreciative the whole time. I recently visited Yard House and had a mixed experience. The assistant manager was really helpful and attentive, which I appreciated. However, the bar staff and servers could have been friendlier--some were quite dismissive, making it uncomfortable to ask for service. We were left waiting for attention both at the bar and when looking for a table. I hope they work on improving the hospitality overall, as it was the assistant manager's courtesy that kept our visit from being entirely disappointing. I was staying at the Sheraton witch is connected to them and was there the first night and tried to go the second night as is one of my favorite restaurants but after being treated so bad I will not be going back for the next 3 nights I'm in town. read more

My visit here had its ups and a down, but the way it ended really gave me a positive perception of this restaurant. My family and I went on a Friday night, so it was really busy and a bit chaotic, especially with kids. But the wait wasn't too bad. A typical wait time for a Friday night . One of the best things about this restaurant is their selection of foods they offer. They have such a wide variety of types of foods they offer, from burgers to pasta to Asian food to tacos and just many other types of foods to choose from. Everyone's food came out in a timely manner except my son's food. His food took really long. Unusually long. Turns out there was a mishap, and his food was given to another table. We had multiple managers come and apologize. They just were very apologetic. That's what I stood out to me was how much they cared. The server was very sorry, too . We got 3 free desserts from them as well. I really appreciated how they owned up to their mistake and made up for it. All in all, I don't have any bad feelings about what happened because they showed they cared. I would go here again. The food was really good and the service was great. Our server was awesome, and like i said, the managers were caring. Mistakes happen in the restaurant industry, and this restaurant handled their mistake the right way. read more

I will definitely not be back. What happened yard house?! Your burgers used to be so darn good, filling, delicious, amazing and it was always a good time going here. I guess two years can really change a restaurant. Ordered the calamari, truffle burger, fish & chips and 2 tacos which literally cost 15$ for two tacos, uncooked rice and left over beans from yesterday. HORRIBLE truffle burger - super simple, how can you guys mess it up? well by putting no sauce, barely any meat, I literally felt like I was eating bread with melted cheese on it. Fish and chips were decent. Service was good which is the only reason why I gave two stars. However just won't be back here. read more

The place is very spacious. I enjoyed my drink which was a take on the Long Island - it had a light fruity flavor and I enjoyed it a lot. Our friends got sandwiches and beers and their plates we're clean when we left! We were all headed to the Paramount afterwards so it was a nice place that was very close by to just walk to our event afterwards. We will be back again soon! read more

We stopped in here after a night out drinking as it was the only thing open on 16th street mall after 12am. They were actually very busy - probably because they were the only ones open. This place is very busy. But for me that means it's delicious. And it was. We got on the wait list and was given a 10 min wait time. And got sat in less than 4 min. Bri was an amazing waitress. I ended up ordering a salt watermelon margarita and a steak bowl. Oh my goodness. If there were more that 5 stars I would choose it. My meal was beyond delicious. Go here if you want vicious, unforgiving food poisoning! My partner and I came to Denver for my birthday weekend. We needed a quick bite before the hockey game. Went here and my partner instantly started to feel very sick after his pizza a few hours later. We had to leave the game early because he was so unwell. This was the only thing he ate so I know it's the culprit as he is experiencing class food poisoning symptoms. He's been in bed the entire day and in terrible shape. Do not eat here!!! Came here after a really bad experience at another restaurant and all I could think of was, "This is what great service should be". Beer selection was huge and we got to try around 10 different ones, all of them unique in flavor. Ordered the Poke Nachos for an appetizer and we were about to order more since they were so great! Also ordered the Bbq Chicken Salad and it was HUGE! Great portion with so many components to it. Service was so attentive and our two servers were simply the best. I'm so sad that I can't remember the names but the lady had blue strands of hair and the gentleman was from originally from Guatemala I believe. I cannot wait to go back and try more things. What can I say, the Yard House is what it is. There is a great selection of beer on tap and slightly better than average bar food. I was seated quickly at the bar. For a Saturday night, it looked like only 1 bar tender for the whole place. He was running getting drinks from everyone, so after I ordered, he never came back around. read more
