Great friendly efficient service today by Sergio. I had a food item that I needed quickly and he was so busy but he was able to help. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Sorry for this Long overdue review After reading reviews we were not sure if we went to the right place. When we arrived into the parking lot the valet parking guy ran over to us and was insisting we have to valet park. I explain to him we didn't need to valet because we found a spot. Not to mention my vehicle was brand spanking new. The inside was dark & pretty dated Service was horrible the food was just as bad. I ordered steak hahhhh after returning it 3x's see photos I said forget it. I'm glad we ordered appetizers Being in a new house & not unpacked we were new to the area so we figured we have had Seasons 52 in NY before we will give this one a try but this one we will Never again for Thanksgiving or for a casual dinner either I'm guessing Chinese next time we move during the holidays.....

My MIL took us to Seasons 52 during our Thanksgiving week visit. I've heard of Seasons 52 and didn't know that it was a chain. We arrived at around 1:30pm and very few people were here. The hostess was on the phone and our soon-to-be waitress was standing next to her. Neither greeted us, though, I wouldn't expect the hostess on the phone to interrupt the call, a smile would have been welcoming. We requested an outside table by the water and the hostess originally sat us further away so my MIL requested to be closer. Being that there were maybe 5 tables filled in the entire restaurant both inside and outside, I thought that there was a lack of attention to detail or attention to customers in general. This is all just first world problems, I know that, but being that our waitress wasn't the most friendly person around, I thought I'd mention all of it. Our waitress, she was fine. A bit brash but she did greet us at the table quickly, refill our waters, and our orders all came out at the same time and quickly. I did feel like she was a little snarky when my MIL had not paid yet because we were taking our time and talking. When we were leaving, she was in the entrance/exit and didn't see that we were trying to get around. She then said "oh, you guys are finally leaving?" Just strange mannerisms towards paying customers. My husband ordered the Mahi-Mahi tacos, my MIL had the caramelized grilled sea scallops, and I had the cedar plank-roasted salmon. We ended our meals with 3 of their mini jar desserts: key lime pie, raspberry chocolate chip cannoli, and the peanut butter chocolate. Everything was cooked perfectly and it all tasted fantastic. It's strange to say but the green beans were probably my favorite part of the meal, they were fresh and so good! I sampled a bite of the scallops and they were delicious. My husband's tacos were also good, especially the salad that came with it. Surprisingly, his lunch plate, which was cheaper than my MIL's and my meal, had a bigger portion. The desserts were nice and I definitely favored the key lime pie. I think $5 for a shot glass dessert was reasonably priced, I truly thought they would be more expensive. I don't know if I'll go back to Seasons 52, especially not this location unless my MIL offers again. Though the food was good, it wasn't memorable. It's also a pricey to come here unless you're ordering small or on the lunch menu. The most memorable part of our visit was the waitress and that's not a compliment. However, the food was beautiful to photograph!

Came here for lunch with some co workers. We received it outside since we were a table of 10 and they didn't have seating inside. We were promptly greeted by the server. We advised that we were Ina time crunch so we quickly Ordered our food. We had quite a selection from the pork chop to tacos to tuna salad to meatballs and flat bread.

Always a nice calm vibe here. Stopped in for lunch., had the lunch special- half flat bread and half bowl of soup. We sat in the bar area. Justin was the bartender and server, he was excellent. Friendly and professional. I would return here again.

The service is always fabulous - attentive without being overbearing. Food is always fresh and well-prepared - seasoned just right - with enough variety to keep you coming back! Even when extra busy, you can enjoy the ambiance of a high end steakhouse!

My friend and I did the wine tasting first. We had a great experience with Tyler; he was very knowledgeable about the wines, including those not on the tasting list. I appreciate the service he provided us. Vanessa..Vanessa is one of the top servers at the wine tasting bar in my opinion. She gave us some different things to try, like turning wine into a chocolate strawberry wine with two flavors. She was on the money. She gave top-tier services. Kemen's smile is always contagious when he is here. We call him the truffle expert. The service that he provides at the wine tasting as well is top tier. If you are ever there, ask for one of these tasters; I promise you won't be disappointed. After our tasting, we had dinner, and our waiter's name was Anastasia. My party had the chicken Matteo (extremely average and mostly red peppers with limited chicken), a trufi pizza (mostly arugula, no truffles in sight, minimal Mushrooms and the taste was a below average), the salmon which was prepared fine and a Caesar salad. The most legendary part of our dinner was when we ordered the rigatoni bolognese, which Matteo's is known for and the waiter only notified us they were unable to make the dish 30 minutes later. No apology was offered and one member of our party got to sit at the table without food while everybody had to eat. Ridiculous..... The atmosphere: 5/10, looks new but nothing special and it's extremely loud. The food: 5/10, nothing tasted great. The pasta options on the menu were unappetizing. I have never been to an Italian restaurant and thought, not one of these pastas (besides the bolognese) sounds good. The pizza was below average too. The service: 1/10, after the waiter messing up and only letting us know they couldn't make the pasta 30 minutes later they did not apologize or offer us a single thing. What good restaurant behaves that way. Overall, this is a C-. There are too many places that are superior in every way. Plus they lack the courtesy you'd expect for a supposedly good restaurant is disappointing. When you screw up, you offer your patrons an apology. The manager never even came over to our table. SHAMEFUL! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I explain below: Firstly, the positive: *the ambiance was very nice. *the bread is very very good. Beautiful crisp outside and fluffy inside. *you can tell the chefs are highly trained Constructive criticism: *The portion sizes are small for what you are paying. *They need to train their waiters better. Invest in them. I asked questions you would expect, such as "what is popular here?" and "what are you known for?" The waitress didn't know. She also forgot to put in our to-go order. I got the special the Branzino. Beautifully presented, delicious. Overpriced for portion and the fried potatoes, broccoli I could make at home. Why am I paying that much for that? I don't want to spend that much on pasta that is easy to make: just boiled in water with a quick prepped sauce-- for this price, I expect the pasta is home-made or sourced from high quality Italian manufacturer. Only the tagliatelle is house made. I want my waitress to be able to tell me: Where the pasta came from -- Italy?, is it slow-dried? Where did the olive oil come from? When were the olives picked in the season? For their prices, I expect this detail! That's the tier they are in. The burrata, my appetizer had arugula that some tasted like dirt. I don't know why-- was it washed well? How can they prevent this? The waitress told me all the desserts are made in house. Maybe they are? But I was disappointed. The tiramisu didn't really taste like a traditional tiramisu. Was it whipped cream? Was it very lightly whipped buttercream? I didn't taste much coffee flavor. Was there mascarpone? It looked like it had mostly the easy to make, cheap whipped cream top. All in all, I am not sure if I will come back. Maybe a couple times to try something different. Just to see if my complaints are consistent. Italian restaurants especially pricy ones-- you expect passion, sourced ingredients, informed waiters. Those weren't there.

If you want to know how the French dine, this is the place for you. The Food: This where the bistro shines. I chose the Les OCufs Gratings which featured baked eggs with soft center, a touch of cream & melted Swiss cheese. I added the ham and spinach optional. The dish was accompanied with a toasted baguette. It was a fantastic dining experience!! In addition to my entree I also tried their raisin roll which was a wonderfully light and crispy pastry that represents French pastries beautifully. One negative, I ordered a black tea (only offered Earl Grey) and steamed milk (got hot milk). You would think a place that offers cappuccinos and lattes could be able to provide steamed milk but, obviously not here. However, I must admit, although I don't like Earl Grey tea, this version was actually ok. Service: Where the ambiance and food scores 5 stars, the service drags it all down to a 3 star experience. My server deserted me after I placed my order. Asking for more hot water (for my tea), another honey packet or anything else required me getting up and searching for "anyone" to assist. The Bottom Line: As always, my "customer so what"... would I come back: Most likely, because the food and atmosphere were exceptional, I'd more than likely put up with the service. If you don't mind paying the price of being ignored to "eventually" enjoy a fantastic meal, you'll like this bistro.

We came here on Motown night, so the music is very loud and the dance floor was popping. So, it was great in that aspect. We decided to go with the $40 3-course meal. My friend got a hibiscus margarita, which she said tasted like straight tequila with water. We both got the dynamite shrimp ($20 on regular menu), and it only came with 4 shrimp. $5 per shrimp for it just to be okay seems pretty steep. You could get better at Bonefish or Cheesecake Factory. Additionally my friend makes lifestyle content, so she was recording. A guy (looked like a cook possibly or another waiter) stopped by our table and said "I hope you're not giving us bad press." Which I would've taken as a joke, but immediately afterwards he went to our waiter whispered something, who then looked at our table. Then the waiter immediately whispered to, presumably the manager, who then looked at our table, which kind of made us feel weird about the interaction. Next was the main course, my salmon tasted so fishy and not fresh. Even if it was good, the sliver of salmon given was not worth its price point on the menu ($32). The Brussel sprouts tasted like the bottom of a burnt pain. It was not edible, and I nearly spit out my food. The waiter did not come to check on us or ask us how the food was. Just to put into perspective how bad the food is, this is first time I've ever sent food back. When we finally got another waiter to track down ours, my waiter just said "okay" and walked away when I told him about the food. He was walking around for about for about 5 minutes before coming back and asking if I wanted something else. I went with a Caesar salad, which is priced about $18 compared to the $32 salmon. I got no discount on my meal despite downgrading the entree and not having the best service. Our waiter talked to the manager, but the manager never came to our table. The last course was cheesecake, which was just alright. I ate half of it and left hungry. I made a stop by Wendy's on my way home. I have never had food this bad, and the fact that no one was apologetic about the experience was just the cherry on top. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here.
