They had trouble fixing that bad valve, but they didn't give up. They stayed until the job was done, which took several hours due to leaks in the underground pipes. At any point they could've given up and left me with an underground leak, but they took pride in their work. They did not try to charge me extra beyond what they initially quoted. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. Sienna Turf is the worst landscaping company we've ever had. They were hired to do our entire…read moreneighborhood, including individual lawns and the common area. Over the summer they simply stopped coming for several months without any notification or explanation, yet everyone continued to receive bills. Those on auto-pay continued to be charged, and when we approached the company, some families were given refunds but not all. We were eventually told that they stopped service due to a personal situation that was very disturbing to many members of the community. We had hired them to do additional work on our house, which they took nearly a year to complete. The work was sloppy and not done to satisfaction, yet when we complained about it the response was threatening and litigious. We paid them only because we wanted to get them out of our neighborhood, as other people were reporting fear about having them physically present around children. Even writing this I am afraid of retaliation, but I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we did. Seriously reconsider if you are thinking about hiring them. They are irresponsible, do terrible work, and don't care one bit about customer service.
